The wire stripping and terminal making up device according to claim 5, wherein: the feeding device further comprises a feeding limiting mechanism, wherein the feeding limiting mechanism comprises a limiting baffle plate, a limiting adhesive tape and an adhesive tape displacement component, and the limiting baffle plate is arranged at the discharge end of the whole line roller; the adhesive tape displacement component is arranged at the feeding end of the whole line roller, and the adhesive tape displacement component is connected with the limiting adhesive tape.
