本实用新型有关一种塑料挤出机结构,包括有马 达、减速机组、入料斗、加热挤出螺套及挤出部;入料 斗将原料送入加热挤出螺套中加热熔融,并由马达所 带动的减速机组带动作加压向前至挤出端的模头中 挤出成型;其特征在于:该加热挤出螺套内为一主螺 杆及二副螺杆组合成的三螺杆的塑料挤出机结构。

Description

本实用新型有减种塑料挤出机结构,尤其是指一种应用具有一主螺杆及二副螺杆的三螺杆结构的加热挤出螺杆的挤出机结构。
塑料所产制的产品具有质轻价廉且使用方便的特性,在现阶段相当受到消费者的喜爱;故生产厂家除致力新产品的开发设计外,也在如何提高产量上尽心研究,以期在产品开发及生产上均有所突破。
图3为一般塑料挤出机的整体组成简图,该挤出机主要由马达11、减速机组12、入料斗13、加热挤出螺套14及挤出端15等组合而成;入料斗13将原料送入加热挤出螺套14内,此时,马达11带动减速机组12使加热挤出螺套14内原料加热加压前进,最后由挤出端15的模头挤出。
其中,加热挤出螺套14可谓整台塑料挤出机的心脏结构;原料在此进料、加热融熔、氧化加压及密练,最后在挤出端15的模头被压出成型所需形状;因此,该加热挤出螺套14的结构组成与使用原料种 类、产量等息息相关,其中又以内部的挤出螺杆最为重要;其设计计有单螺杆与双螺杆两种。
单螺杆挤出机适用于诸如PE、PP、PS……等大部分塑料,唯对聚氯乙烯(PVC)的塑料不适用,故以双螺杆挤出机来作为生产PVC塑料的挤出机;一般双螺杆的设计,均采两杆大小相同但螺旋方向相反的方式进行设计,该异向机混练作用是发生在压轧间隙,因此其轴向推力相当大,除耗费电力之外,且无法有效解决产量的增加。
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于,针对上述习用挤出机的缺失,提供一种具有三螺杆的PVC塑料挤出机结构。
本实用新型所提供的一种塑料挤出机结构,包括有马达、减速机组、入料斗、加热挤出螺套及挤出部;入料斗将原料送入加热挤出螺套中加热融熔并由马达所带动的减速机组带动作加压向前至挤出端的模头中挤出成型;其特征在于:该加热挤出螺套内为由一主螺杆及二副螺杆组合成一具有三螺杆的塑料挤出机结构。其中的加热挤出螺套由主螺杆、副螺杆、螺套、连接座及传动箱等组合而成。螺套为多个具凸缘的套体一一组合而成,其内供放置主螺杆及二副螺杆。螺套再安装于连接座上,且螺套利用传动箱与减速机组连接。其中的加热挤出螺套的连接座由前套板、后套板、结合螺栓、大套杆及两小套杆等组成。利用前、中套板分别设有止推轴承组以供安装主、副螺杆端并使之穿过,且前套板与螺套连接。后套板利用结合螺栓安装在传动箱上,配合轴承组以供安装大套杆及两小套杆,使大、小套杆分别插置连接主、副螺杆。且大、小套杆利用齿轮啮合传动;另外大套杆凸伸于传动箱的一侧可与机台的减速机组连接,以带动主、副螺杆转动。
为使本实用新型使用的技术手段、特征及达成目的易于明白了解,兹配合附图详细说明如下:

首先,请参阅图1,所示为本实用新型的三螺杆2、副螺杆3、螺杆座5及传动箱6等构件组合而成。
主螺杆2为具有多个不同节径及牙宽的螺杆体。
副螺杆3位于主螺杆2两侧各1支,而节径与牙宽与主螺杆2相对应。
螺套4为多个两端具凸缘41的套体一一连接而成,其内恰可供主、副螺杆2、3穿置套合,其顶端留有一浅凹坑42供安装模头。
连接座5(请一并参阅图2)由前套板51、中套板杆52、后套板53、结合螺栓54、大套杆55及两小套杆56等组成。利用前、中套板51、52分别安装有止推轴承组511、521以供安装主、副螺杆2、3端并让各杆端穿过。前套板51与螺套4连接。后套板53利用结合螺栓54安装在传动箱6上,并配合轴承组551、561、562以供安装大套杆55及两小套杆56,以使大、小套杆55、56可分别插置连接主、副螺杆2、3。且大、小套杆55、56利用齿轮552、563啮合传动。另外大套杆55凸伸于传动箱6的一侧可与机台的减速机组12连接,以带动主、副螺杆2、3转动。
借助以上的组合及实施,由于异向挤出机的混练作用是发生在压轧间隙,故与中间主螺杆2啮合的小直径螺杆,即两副螺杆的变数,有相当于习用同直径双螺杆塑料挤出机台数的机能总合,即本实用新型的三螺杆挤出机的性能有相当于同径小螺杆异方向双螺杆挤出机的挤出量的2倍、同时主螺杆在啮合部所受的压力左右可平衡,使其向螺套的推压力减至最小的程度。

Claims (3)

1、一种塑料挤出机结构,其包括:马达(11)、减速机组(12)、入料斗(13)、加热挤出螺套(14)及挤出部(15);入料斗(13)将原料送入加热挤出螺套(14)中加热融熔并由马达(11)所带动的减速机组(12)带动作加压向前至挤出端(15)的模头中挤出成型;其特征在于:该加热挤出螺套(14)内为一主螺杆(2)及二副螺杆(3)组合成一具有三螺杆的塑料挤出机结构。
2、如权利要求1所述的塑料挤出机结构,其特征在于:其中的加热挤出螺套(14)由主螺杆(2)、副螺杆(3)、螺套(4)、连接座(5)及传动箱(6)等组合而成;螺套(4)为多个具凸缘(41)的套体一一组合而成,其内供放置主螺杆(2)及二副螺杆(3);螺套(4)再安装于连接座(5)上,且螺套利用传动箱(6)与减速机组(12)连接。
3、如权利要求1所述的塑料挤出机结构,其特征在于:其中的加热挤出螺套的连接座(5)由前套板(51)、后套板(53)、结合螺栓(54)、大套杆(55)及两小套杆(56)等组成;利用前套板(51)、中套板(52)分别设有止推轴承组(511、521)以供安装主螺杆(2)、副螺杆(3)端并使之穿过,且前套板(51)与螺套(4)连接;后套板(53)利用结合螺栓(54)安装在传动箱(6)上,配合轴承组(551、561、562)以供安装大套杆(55)及两小套杆(56),使大套杆(55)、小套杆(56)分别插置连接主螺杆(2)、副螺杆(3);且大套杆(55)、小套杆(56)利用齿轮    (552、563)啮合传动;另外大套杆(55)凸伸于传动箱(6)的一侧可与机台的减速机组(12)连接,以带动主螺杆(2)、副螺杆(3)转动。
