Abstract

Description

本实用新型涉及用于吸收和容纳人体排泄物的一次性使用的尿布。
对一次性使用的尿布已经提出了许多改进方案。这种尿布包括：一液体可渗透的上片；一液体不可渗透的下片；一夹在上、下两片之间的起吸收作用的嵌片；成形于尿布的裆部的相对两侧用以形成腿口的凹口；设置于靠近所述凹口的边缘的可拉伸的弹性件；以及设置在所述上片的相对两侧、能够在弹性件收紧时抬起来以防人体排泄物侧向漏出的挡片。
但是，已知技术的这种挡片是沿其全长与所述上片做成一体的，这样，这些挡片随着尿布的围绕在使用者腿部的区域的拉伸或收缩而拉伸或收缩。结果，这种挡片随着尿布腿口的松驰而松弛，以致常常导致人体排泄物的漏出。即使用这些挡片能防止人体排泄物的侧向漏出，尿布的处于这些彼此隔开的挡片之间的区域仍允许人体排泄物扩散至一较大的范围，并且排泄物至少会弄脏使用者贴在这一区域上的皮肤。
本实用新型的主要目的是解决这一问题，其办法是用一个尺寸能盖住所述裆部，即盖住使用者的大小便器官的辅助垫粘合在所述上片上，使该辅助垫不直接受所述腿口的运动的影响。
为实现上述目的，根据本实用新型的一种一次性使用的尿布包括：一液体可渗透的上片；一液体不可渗透的下片；一夹在上、下两片之间的起吸收作用的嵌片；成形于所述尿布的裆部的相对两侧的凹口，所述凹口用以形成所述尿布的腿口；以及设置于靠近所述凹口的边缘的可拉伸弹性件，其特点在于：所述一次性使用的尿布还包括一辅助垫，它独立于所述尿布，大小做成可盖住尿布的裆部，并以其纵向两端部粘合在所述上片的上表面上，而留其横向相对的两外侧区域为自由区。所述辅助垫设有可纵向拉伸的弹性件，它们大体平行于辅助垫的两相对的外边缘延伸，并位于其内侧一定距离处，以便随着所述弹性件收缩，所述辅助垫可变形为具有一倒Ω形的横截面。
所述辅助垫最佳包括一液体可渗透的上片、一液体不可渗透的下片和一夹在它们之间的用于吸收液体的嵌片。
在尿布使用时，所述辅助垫在设置于其相对两侧的弹性件的收缩作用下变形成具有倒Ω形的横截面。这种变形为倒Ω形的辅助垫能够最先且很容易承接住排泄物。这种辅助垫仅固定在尿布的中央部分，因此，总是稳定地盖在使用者的大小便器官上而不直接受尿布的腿口的运动的影响。
下面，参阅附图，通过举例来更详细地描述本实用新型。
图1是示出根据本实用新型制作之尿布的内侧的立体图；
图2是一沿图1中线X－X的剖视图，放大示出了长度和宽度方向均伸展开来的所述尿布。
图3为一与图2相似、但是沿线Y－Y取的剖视图；
图4是一示出穿在使用者身上的所述尿布的立体图。
请参阅图1和图2，尿布1包括：一液体可渗透的上片2；一液体不可渗透的下片3；一夹于上、下两片2、3之间的吸收嵌片4，上、下两片的外周缘粘合在一起；成形于裆部的相对两侧的凹口5，所述凹口5将用于形成两边的腿口；纵向可拉伸的弹性件6，其夹在上、下两片之间并分别靠近两凹口5的边缘；以及固定于尿布后身的两侧的带状固定件7。几条横向延伸于尿布前身的外表面的加强带8粘合于所述外表面，各带状紧固件7的自由端将被粘贴在加强带上（见图3、图4）。尿布1的后身沿其后端设有夹于所述上、下两片之间的横向可拉伸的弹性件9。一个压扁而形成的凹槽16平行于弹性件9横向地延伸。
在尿布1上片2的裆部的上表面，设有一适当尺寸和形状的辅助垫10，用来包住穿戴者的胯部和大小便器官。辅助垫10包括：一液体可渗透的上片11；一液体不可渗透的下片12；一吸收液体的嵌片13，它比嵌片4薄并夹在上下两片11、12之间，后两者又沿它们的外周缘粘合在一起；以及夹在所述上、下片11、12之间的纵向可拉伸的两条弹性件14，彼此大致平行地延伸，并且其至辅助垫10的两相对边缘分别为一合适的宽度。辅助垫10还有几条直接在对应于两弹性件14的线上纵向延伸的以及处于由这两条线限定的间距内的压扁槽15。垫10粘合在上片2的纵向中央部分上。因此，当弹性件14收缩时，辅助垫10的两相对的横向边部皱弯成倒V字形，它们的脊由两弹性件14限定的所述两条线形成，而且辅助垫10作为一个整体变形为具有一倒Ω形的横截面，这可从图1看得很清楚。尽管直接在弹性件14的线上形成压扁槽15有助于垫10沿这两条线弯曲成其脊由这些线限定的倒V字形，但是，即使每一条线上不作出槽15，垫10也将以同样的方式弯曲。辅助垫10的宽度最好做得在所述垫10变形为倒Ω形时能使所述垫10的两相对侧边延伸出两凹口5的最深处之外一适当的程度。
请参阅图3，尿布1包括分别沿各自一端彼此相连接的前身1a和后身1b。所述辅助垫10在尿布1的裆部粘合于上片2上，并纵向延伸跨过所述前身和后身1a、1b的连接处。尽管这种结构不是本发明的一个部分，但这种结构通常允许，比如，前身和后身1a、1b用彼此不同类型的材料制成，以便前身1a的透气性和液体吸收性与后身1b的不同。尽管以这种方式构成的尿布1的不足之处在于，在前身和后身1a、1b的连接处吸收排泄物的能力必然很低，但这一问题可以通过在上述有问题的区域将辅助垫10粘合在上片2上来克服。
上片2和上片11可用无纺纤维制成，下片3和下片12可用塑料薄膜制成，嵌片4、13可用掺有超强吸水性的聚合物颗粒的松软纸浆制成，而弹性件6、9、14可用橡胶或具有类似橡胶的弹性的人造橡胶制成。
根据本实用新型的实施例，在尿布1被如图4所示那样穿在使用者身上时，变形为一具有所述倒Ω形的容器的辅助块10能完全盖住使用者的大小便器官，其相对的两外边缘区在弹性件14同时也在绕腿口设置的弹性件6的作用下紧压在那一部位。换句话说，辅助垫10用作一个承接和容纳人体排泄物的口袋，不让它们沿所述垫10的周边漏出去。
根据本实用新型，辅助垫能可靠地收存人体排泄物并防止排泄物在尿布范围内扩散到较大的范围而弄脏使用者的皮肤。此外，辅助垫10不会直接接受尿布的两相对外侧边缘的运动的影响，其一承接住人体排泄物，就能可靠地将它们收存在其内。因此，即使尿布的相对两侧有所松弛，人体排泄物也不会从裆部的两相对侧向外漏出。

Claims (2)

1、一种一次性使用的尿布，它包括一液体可渗透的上片；一液体不可渗透的下片；一夹在上、下两片之间的吸收嵌片；成形于所述尿布的裆部的相对两侧的凹口，所述凹口用于形成所述尿布的腿口；以及设置于靠近所述凹口的边缘的可拉伸弹性件，其特征在于：所述一次性尿布还包括一独立于所述尿布设置的辅助垫，其尺寸做成可盖住尿布的裆部，并以其纵向两端部粘合在所述上片的上表面上，而留其横向两相对的外侧区域为自由区；所述辅助垫设有可纵向拉伸的弹性件，它们大体平行于辅助垫的两相对外边缘延伸，并位于其内侧一定距离处，以便随着所述弹性件收缩，所述辅助垫可变形为具有一倒Ω形的横截面。
2、如权利要求1所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于：所述辅助垫包括一液体可渗透的上片，一液体不可渗透的下片以及夹在它们之间的一吸收液体的嵌片。
