Description

本实用新型涉及一次性尿布。
具有延伸在尿布纵向相对端和当尿布系在尿布使用者的身上时可以隆起在尿布上面的侧边，从而可以防止排泄的体液从尿布的腿部开孔泄漏出去的尿布是众所周知的。尿布的这种制作方法例如在美国专利4，704，116号中有所揭示，在所揭示的尿布中，一液体可渗透的上层片部分折叠以形成延伸在尿布纵向相对端之间的套状侧边而弹性件则在绷紧的状态下纵向地粘结在这些套状的侧边上以便使这些套状侧边在系在使用者的身上时可以隆起在尿布上面。这种尿布制作方法在日本专利申请公报1988－105102和1988－112703中也有所揭示，在所揭示的尿布中，一对套状件是分开制作的，每一个套状件的长度都相应于尿布的纵向长度，而侧边则是将这些套状件粘结到尿布的上层片而形成的。当套状侧边或套状件是用液体可渗透材料如上层片那样的材料制成时，有时候它们是经过处理以获得所希望的防水性能从而防止体液的渗漏的。
所述可以在尿布使用者将尿布系在身上时隆起的侧边，其实只要至少有沿着胯部区的纵向延伸的长度就可以达到预期的功能。然而已有技术的套状侧边或套状件是延伸在整个纵向两相对端之间的，即延伸在尿布的两条相对的腰围线之间，而这些在所述相对腰围线附近的套状侧边或套状件的部分是缩起来粘结到上层片上面的。这样的安排显然是有缺点的，即前后腰围线附近的区域变得臃肿而带硬性，使尿布使用者感到不舒服。
因此本实用新型的主要目的是解决上述问题而又不降低侧边阻挡体液泄漏的功能或效果。解决的办法是将从尿布吸水的芯体的相对两侧向外延伸的上层片和／或底层片部分折叠起来形成当尿布使用者把尿布系在身上时就可以向上隆起的侧边，同时不使此侧边超过基本上与胯部区域相应的必要的范围。
根据本实用新型，上面提出的目的是用这样一种一次性尿布来实现的。这种一次性尿布基本上包括一液体可渗透的上层片，一液体不能渗透的底层片和一夹在此两层之间的吸水的芯体，从所述吸水的芯体的横向相对两侧边向外延伸的上层片和／或底层片以及弹性件，该弹性件在沿尿布纵向绷紧的情况下，粘结到从所述吸水芯体的横向相对侧向外延伸的上层片和／或底层片的相应部分上，弹性件至少延伸在尿布胯部区的整个纵向长度范围内，所述相应部分沿着弹性件折叠以形成突起在尿布的上面的折叠部分，而该折叠部分的相对的两内侧则接合或粘结在一起，其特征是，所述相对内侧接合或粘结在一起的折叠部分的长度不超过尿布纵向相对端内部纵向30mm或30多mm的范围内的必要的长度，而且它的向上突起的高度从弹性件的纵向相对端到胯部区域是逐步增加的，以使这些折叠部分当弹性件收缩时可以在尿布的纵向上必要的长度范围内突起在尿布的上面的侧边。具有这种结构安排的尿布，当弹性件收缩时，沿着粘结在上层片和／或底层片上的弹性件折叠的上层片和／或底层片部分至少延伸在胯部区内的必要的长度范围内，并且当这些弹性件收缩时，此折叠部分在所述弹性件的纵向相对端之间的范围内隆起在尿布上面。这些侧边的高度在胯部区的中部最大，沿着侧边的纵向相对端高度逐步降低。

现在请参阅图3A和3B。图3A和图3B是和图2略有不同的第二侧边的实施例的剖视图。先参阅图3A，其中弹性件夹上层片和底层片2、3之间，并至少间断地粘结于上层片和底层片2、3中的一片之上。在图3B中，上层片2比较狭，它在第二侧部7的里侧就中断3，亦即第二侧边7仅由底部片形成。第二侧边7可以由上层片也可以由下层片形成。虽然底层片3的相对区域图中是彼此紧密接触的，但是，由于是间断地粘结在一起的，两相对区域也可以向着底边19逐步分开。
