本实用新型涉及一种基于食品级高分子材料真空瓶,是针对解决现有同类产品的大圈结构设计简单,大圈的色彩设置较为不便,较难通用的技术问题而设计。其要点是该真空瓶的大圈包括大内圈和大外圈,泵芯组立的泵体处泵口设有内塞,泵芯组立通过内塞的外径和泵体的泵口卡扣固定于大内圈内的中心孔;大外圈的顶部孔口下方与大内圈的顶部孔口顶部相抵,大外圈的底部孔口扣合固定于瓶体的外螺纹口下方外径台阶端角,大外圈的中间内径与大内圈的顶部孔口下方大圈面套合连为一体,所述瓶体的台阶端角处大外圈与盖罩的罩口扣合,扣合处的大外圈内径设有内环槽,大内圈的大圈面上方大外圈顶部一端向上通过锥形的过渡段缩小,大外圈为色彩不同的大外圈。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及真空瓶,是一种基于食品级高分子材料真空瓶。
背景技术
真空瓶,或称为乳液瓶,是一种能使气体与外界温度隔绝的容器或隔绝外部细菌的容器。其工作原理是用弹簧的收缩力,且不让空气进入瓶中,造成真空状态,而利用大气压力来推动瓶底的活塞前进。现有一些真空瓶为了外瓶能重复使用,内瓶采用替换式结构,如中国专利文献中披露的授权公告号CN214139690U,授权公告日2021.09.07,实用新型名称“轻量化可降解单层真空瓶”;再如中国专利文献中披露的授权公告号CN213229762U,授权公告日2021.05.18,实用新型名称“轻量化防静电真空瓶”;但上述产品和同类产品的大圈外径一般采用氧化铝外罩,从而导致回收利用较为不便。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本实用新型的目的是向本领域提供一种基于食品级高分子材料真空瓶,使其解决现有同类产品的大圈结构设计简单,较难回收利用,大圈的色彩设置较为不便,较难通用的技术问题。其目的是通过如下技术方案实现的。
一种基于食品级高分子材料真空瓶,该真空瓶的瓶体一端底部设有底盖,瓶体内设有大活塞,瓶体另一端的外螺纹口设有大圈,瓶体的外螺纹口处瓶口设有通过大圈固定于所述瓶口的泵芯组立,固定处的瓶口设有垫片,伸出大圈的泵芯组立处阀杆与头帽连接,大圈的外径设有盖罩;其结构设计要点是所述大圈包括大内圈和大外圈,泵芯组立的泵体处泵口设有内塞,泵芯组立通过内塞的外径和泵体的泵口卡扣固定于大内圈内的中心孔,伸出内塞的阀杆外径设有弹簧,弹簧的两端分别与内塞,及阀杆的端口外径限位筋相抵,大内圈的中心孔上方设有顶内槽,头帽底部的帽口套入内大圈的顶内槽;大外圈的顶部孔口下方与大内圈的顶部孔口顶部相抵,大外圈的底部孔口扣合固定于瓶体的外螺纹口下方外径台阶端角,大外圈的中间内径与大内圈的顶部孔口下方大圈面套合连为一体,所述瓶体的台阶端角处大外圈与盖罩的罩口扣合,扣合处的大外圈内径设有内环槽,大内圈的大圈面上方大外圈顶部一端向上通过锥形的过渡段缩小,瓶体的外螺纹口处瓶口与大内圈的大圈面内侧内螺纹口旋紧连接,大外圈为色彩不同的大外圈。上述大内圈和大外圈组成的大圈提高了盖罩的稳定性,旋转大外圈时需要用力才能带动大内圈一起旋转,防止了瓶体的打开。同时,盖罩采用透明材料制成,大外圈采用不同的色母颗粒制备生产不同色彩的大外圈,便于使用者通过大外圈的色彩区别不同的产品,及替换不同色彩的大外圈即可区别不同的产品。
所述大外圈的中间内径与大内圈的大圈面套合处所述大内圈的大圈面外径设有外齿圈,大外圈的中间内径设有定位槽或定位筋,大外圈为食品级高分子大外圈。从而便于大外圈通过定位槽或定位筋啮合固定于大内圈的外齿圈。
所述泵芯组立的弹簧为金属弹簧或塑料弹簧。上述泵芯组立采用塑料弹簧时,整体回收利用即可;泵芯组立采用金属弹簧时,卸下头帽,过盈拉出外罩的金属弹簧,剩下的产品整体即可回收利用。
所述泵芯组立的泵体内阀针一端套合固定于阀杆内,直至阀杆的出液孔,阀针内中心设有内通孔,泵体内小活塞夹持于阀杆与阀针之间套合处的外径,小活塞的外径与泵体的内径相抵密封,小活塞的内径处内圈顶部插入阀杆底部的进液孔,阀针另一端的端部位于小活塞的外径处外圈底部内,泵体内的吸管处扣合固定设有弹套或球珠。上述为泵芯组立的实施例,其亦可采用其他现有泵芯结构。
本实用新型结构简单合理,生产、使用方便,稳定性、密封性好,回收利用方便;其适合作为基于食品级高分子材料真空瓶使用,及其同类产品的结构改进。

具体实施方式
现结合附图,对本实用新型结构作进一步描述。如图1所示,该真空瓶的瓶体1一端底部设有底盖9,瓶体内设有大活塞8,瓶体另一端的外螺纹口设有大圈,瓶体的外螺纹口处瓶口设有通过大圈固定于所述瓶口的泵芯组立2,固定处的瓶口设有垫片4,伸出大圈的泵芯组立处阀杆204与头帽6连接,大圈的外径设有盖罩7。上述大圈包括大内圈3和大外圈5,泵芯组立的泵体201处泵口设有内塞202,泵芯组立通过内塞的外径和泵体的泵口卡扣固定于大内圈内的中心孔,伸出内塞的阀杆外径设有弹簧203,弹簧的两端分别与内塞,及阀杆的端口外径限位筋相抵,大内圈的中心孔上方设有顶内槽,头帽底部的帽口套入内大圈的顶内槽;大外圈的顶部孔口下方与大内圈的顶部孔口顶部相抵,大外圈的底部孔口扣合固定于瓶体的外螺纹口下方外径台阶端角,大外圈的中间内径与大内圈的顶部孔口下方大圈面套合连为一体,所述瓶体的台阶端角处大外圈与盖罩的罩口扣合,扣合处的大外圈内径设有内环槽501,大内圈的大圈面上方大外圈顶部一端向上通过锥形的过渡段缩小,瓶体的外螺纹口处瓶口与大内圈的大圈面内侧内螺纹口旋紧连接,大外圈为色彩不同的大外圈。
上述大外圈的中间内径与大内圈的大圈面套合处所述大内圈的大圈面外径设有外齿圈,大外圈的中间内径设有定位槽502或定位筋。泵芯组立的弹簧为金属弹簧或塑料弹簧,泵芯组立的泵体内阀针206一端套合固定于阀杆内,直至阀杆的出液孔,阀针内中心设有内通孔,泵体内小活塞205夹持于阀杆与阀针之间套合处的外径,小活塞的外径与泵体的内径相抵密封,小活塞的内径处内圈顶部插入阀杆底部的进液孔,阀针另一端的端部位于小活塞的外径处外圈底部内,泵体内的吸管处扣合固定设有弹套207或球珠。
使用时,打开盖罩,按压头帽,液体即可挤出。
上述大外圈为食品级高分子大外圈,食品级高分子材料包括如下重量份:聚氯乙烯55-60份,对苯二甲酸二甲酯31-38份,石墨烯粉末15-10份和复合稳定剂1-2.5份,所述复合稳定剂由8-15份聚乙二醇油酸酯、3-7份环氧大豆油和40-60份腈基磷酸二乙酯组成,所述聚氯乙烯58份,对苯二甲酸二甲酯35份和复合稳定剂2份,聚乙二醇油酸酯中聚乙二醇的平均分子量为300-600,此时聚乙二醇油酸酯为液态,能与复合稳定剂中的其他成分均匀混合。具体制作步骤如下:称取所需比例的聚氯乙烯、对苯二甲酸二辛酯、石墨烯粉末和复合稳定剂,在高速搅拌机中混合均匀,将上述混合均匀的塑料母粒装入塑料成型模具的料筒170-180℃干燥,再经双螺杆挤出机挤出成型,检验合格后,即可打包入库;所述双螺杆挤出机的各段温度为:一段140-150℃,二段155-160℃,三段165-170℃,模具温度170-180℃,挤出速度为10-30r/min。

1.一种基于食品级高分子材料真空瓶,该真空瓶的瓶体(1)一端底部设有底盖(9),瓶体内设有大活塞(8),瓶体另一端的外螺纹口设有大圈,瓶体的外螺纹口处瓶口设有通过大圈固定于所述瓶口的泵芯组立(2),固定处的瓶口设有垫片(4),伸出大圈的泵芯组立处阀杆(204)与头帽(6)连接,大圈的外径设有盖罩(7);其特征在于所述大圈包括大内圈(3)和大外圈(5),泵芯组立(2)的泵体(201)处泵口设有内塞(202),泵芯组立通过内塞的外径和泵体的泵口卡扣固定于大内圈内的中心孔,伸出内塞的阀杆(204)外径设有弹簧(203),弹簧的两端分别与内塞,及阀杆的端口外径限位筋相抵,大内圈的中心孔上方设有顶内槽,头帽(6)底部的帽口套入内大圈的顶内槽;大外圈的顶部孔口下方与大内圈的顶部孔口顶部相抵,大外圈的底部孔口扣合固定于瓶体(1)的外螺纹口下方外径台阶端角,大外圈的中间内径与大内圈的顶部孔口下方大圈面套合连为一体,所述瓶体的台阶端角处大外圈与盖罩(7)的罩口扣合,扣合处的大外圈内径设有内环槽(501),大内圈的大圈面上方大外圈顶部一端向上通过锥形的过渡段缩小,瓶体的外螺纹口处瓶口与大内圈的大圈面内侧内螺纹口旋紧连接,大外圈为色彩不同的大外圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于食品级高分子材料真空瓶,其特征在于所述大外圈(5)的中间内径与大内圈(3)的大圈面套合处所述大内圈的大圈面外径设有外齿圈,大外圈的中间内径设有定位槽(502)或定位筋,大外圈为食品级高分子大外圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于食品级高分子材料真空瓶,其特征在于所述泵芯组立(2)的弹簧(203)为金属弹簧或塑料弹簧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于食品级高分子材料真空瓶,其特征在于所述泵芯组立(2)的泵体(201)内阀针(206)一端套合固定于阀杆(204)内,直至阀杆的出液孔,阀针内中心设有内通孔,泵体内小活塞(205)夹持于阀杆与阀针之间套合处的外径,小活塞的外径与泵体的内径相抵密封,小活塞的内径处内圈顶部插入阀杆底部的进液孔,阀针另一端的端部位于小活塞的外径处外圈底部内,泵体内的吸管处扣合固定设有弹套(207)或球珠。
