Different openings are respectively formed according to design requirements, a cabin door 31 is formed on the front wall, and an equipment cabin hole and a shutter window are formed on the rear wall 32.
Referring to fig. 7, the shelter extension structure is designed according to the parallel link motion principle, and includes a slide rail 109, an extension side plate 106, a guide groove, an extension top plate 103, an extension bottom plate 108, an extension end plate 107, a link, and a pulley rope set. Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in the using process, the expansion side plate 106 is installed at the end portions of the two slide rails 109, and is connected with the fixed cabin body through the slide rails 109, and the expansion cabin can be expanded by pushing and pulling the expansion side plate 106 to drive the slide rails 109: one end of the expansion top plate 103 is hinged with the fixed cabin body, the other end of the expansion top plate 103 is hinged with the top of the expansion side plate 106 through a top plate connecting rod 104, in the process of pushing and pulling the expansion side plate 106, a guide wheel at the unfolding end of the expansion top plate 103 moves up and down in a top plate guide groove 105 of the expansion side plate 106, linkage of the expansion top plate 103 and the expansion side plate 106 is realized, the expansion top plate 103 can be horizontally unfolded or vertically stored, and meanwhile, the top plate connecting rod 104 is horizontally or vertically stored together; one end of the expansion bottom plate 108 is hinged with the expansion side plate 106, the other end of the expansion bottom plate 108 is connected with the bottom position of the side face of the main cabin 3 through a bottom plate connecting rod 110, in the process of pushing and pulling the expansion side plate 106, guide wheels at the unfolding end of the expansion bottom plate 108 move up and down in bottom plate guide grooves 111 at two ends of the side face of the main cabin 3, linkage of the expansion bottom plate 108 and the expansion side plate 106 is realized, the expansion bottom plate 108 can be unfolded horizontally or vertically, and meanwhile, the bottom plate connecting rod 110 is also folded horizontally or vertically together; the expansion end of the expansion top plate 103 is connected with the expansion end of the expansion bottom plate 108 through a steel wire traction rope 101, in the expansion process, the gravity of the expansion top plate 103 and the expansion bottom plate 108 changes the tension direction through pulleys 102 respectively arranged at the two side positions of the end surface of the expansion top plate 103 and the upper position of the expansion side plate 106 to enable the traction rope 101 to be stressed in balance, so that the acting force in the expansion process is reduced, in the whole operation process, the expansion side plate 106 drives a sliding rail 109, and under the driving of a connecting rod and a pull rope, the expansion top plate 103 and the expansion bottom plate 108 are linked and expanded in parallel. When the expanding top plate 103 and the expanding bottom plate 108 are unfolded to the horizontal position, the expanding end plates 107 are opened, and the expanding cabin body is completely unfolded.
The cabin body is internally composed of a pollution area, a clean area, an aseptic area and an environment protection equipment area, and the adjacent positions of the pollution area, the clean area, the aseptic area and the environment protection equipment area are mutually separated to avoid cross contamination. After the cabin body is expanded, material doors 16 are respectively arranged between the main cabin 3 and the first expansion cabin 1 and the second expansion cabin 10 at the side close to the front wall and the side close to the rear wall 32 of the cabin body, so that the cleaned instruments can be conveniently conveyed and people can conveniently come and go. The middle part of the main cabin 3 is provided with a first equipment area 29 near a pollution area of the first expansion cabin 1, a second equipment area 13 is arranged between the first equipment area 29 and the second expansion cabin 10 towards a sterile area of the front wall of the cabin body, a third equipment area 9 is arranged in a clean area at the opposite side of the second equipment area 13, and a fourth equipment area 2 is arranged at the adjacent position of the environmental protection equipment area, wherein the first equipment area 29 is positioned in the pollution area, the second equipment area 13 is positioned in the sterile area, and the third equipment area 9 and the fourth equipment area 2 are positioned in the clean area, so that various disinfection equipment can be arranged in different areas to avoid cross pollution. Wherein the polluted area is provided with a sewage instrument vehicle 27, a sewage receiving and classifying table 28, a single-row basket storage rack 30, an ultrasonic cleaning machine 24 workbench, a double-groove sewage cleaning water tank 26, an eye washer 25 and a cleaner (comprising an air gun, a water gun and the like); the cleaning area is provided with a purified water barrel 4, a packing table 6, a plasma sterilizer 5 and a high-temperature sterilizer 8 (provided with a single exhaust pipeline and capable of bearing high temperature of 134 ℃); the sterile area is provided with equipment facilities such as a sterile instrument vehicle 14, a sterile article storage rack, a negative oxygen ion sterilizer 23, a computer 20, a printer 21, a telephone, a workbench 15, a chair, a sound box 19 and the like; and the environment protection equipment area is provided with equipment facilities such as an air conditioner, a ventilator unit, a power distribution cabinet and the like.
Further, a front side functional space 17 is arranged between the material doors 16 which are close to the opposite side of the front wall of the cabin body of the first expansion cabin 1 and the second expansion cabin 10, a rear side functional space 7 is arranged between the material doors 16 which are close to the opposite side of the environment protection equipment area, and a middle functional space 12 is arranged between the second equipment area 13 and the third equipment area 9 and is positioned in the sterile area. The front functional space 17, the rear functional space 7 and the middle functional space 12 can be used as material transportation and personnel movement spaces when the cabin body is unfolded, and medical auxiliary equipment can be arranged when the cabin body is stored, so that the limited shelter space is utilized to the maximum extent.
In this embodiment, this distribution system comprises switch board, aviation plug, cable, sky and open, picture peg etc.. The shelter is powered by a three-phase four-wire system AC380V, wherein an incoming and outgoing line connector, a control air switch, a lightning arrester, a power indicator lamp, an Ethernet interface and an optical fiber interface are arranged in a power interface window; the power interface window has the functions of short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection, surge prevention and lightning protection; the maximum loadable current of the inlet and outlet wire connector and the bus can reach 80A, the load can be about 50Kva, and the power can be supplied to various field modes; inside the square cabin, leakage protection and functional equipment power supply and overload and short circuit protection switch elements are placed in an indoor distribution box, and 4 paths of leakage protection switches are arranged in the distribution box and are used for supplying power to an air conditioner, a ventilation/socket, lighting and communication equipment respectively.
According to the distribution condition of electric appliance loads inside a shelter, the total power of the loads in the shelter is about 20kW, the maximum current of an air conditioner load loop is 23A, the maximum current of a fan heater/socket is 20A, according to the magnitude of current-carrying capacity, an air conditioner leakage protection switch is of a C25 type, and a cable is of a national standard copper core of 4 square millimeters; the electric leakage protection switch of the fan heater/socket is C25 type, and the cable is 4 square millimeters of national standard copper core; the equipment power supply socket cable adopts 2.5 square millimeters of national standard copper core, and the lighting circuit cable adopts 1.5 square millimeters of international copper core. The disinfection and sterilization shelter power distribution system consists of external power supply, supplies power for lighting, ventilation, cooling and heating and medical equipment, and can be matched with a power supply system for carrying ships and type-selection airplanes. By using 6mm 2 The cable as internal bus can provide 35A total current for the disinfection and sterilization shelter, and total power 24kW satisfies the power consumption demand that disinfection and sterilization shelter total power is 19kW, and cold and warm power is 9kW, and lighting power is 0.2kW, and ventilation power is 0.1kW, and medical equipment power is 9kW, and information-based equipment is 0.3kW.
The communication system of the embodiment is composed of two network interfaces including a network incoming interface 33, a network outgoing interface 35, a ring network switch 34, a printer 21, a sound box 19, and the like. Referring to fig. 3, the disinfection and sterilization shelter information workstation, the computer 20, the printer 21, the phone 22, the wireless router and the ring network switch 34 are in communication. The information interconnection and intercommunication with the communication system of the lightweight shelter medical treatment system can be realized through the ring network switch 34.
The communication system has the following functions:
(1) The ring network switch 34 realizes networking with a communication system of the lightweight shelter medical treatment system;
(2) The information workbench realizes information registration and article application;
(3) The telephone 22 realizes the voice communication in the system;
(4) The printer 21 realizes character recording, printing and retention;
(5) When the ship-mounted or airplane-mounted communication platform is carried on a ship or an airplane, the communication platform can be in butt joint with a carrying platform communication system, and a communication function is realized.
The heating and ventilation system of the embodiment comprises an air conditioner, an air duct, an air inlet and outlet valve and an air conditioner controller. Under the environment temperature of minus 41 ℃, the average temperature in the cabin is increased to more than 20 ℃ within 60min by a heating device; and at the ambient temperature of 46 ℃, the average temperature in the cabin is reduced to below 36 ℃ within 60min by the cooling device. The ventilation frequency is not less than 6 times/hour.
The water supply and drainage system consists of a hand washing basin 18, a water supply pipeline and a standard joint, a drainage pipeline and a standard joint, an air compressor, contactless water supply, purified water, a purified water barrel, an induction water tap and other equipment facilities, and the cleaning water is used for cleaning surgical instruments and dressings. The purified water is used for sterilizing a sterilizer; the fire extinguisher convenient for storage and taking and the medical first-aid articles are simultaneously arranged in the cabin.
When the square cabin is used, the square cabin is transported to a designated place, leveling is carried out by means of the leveling support legs, then an external power supply, water and a communication network are connected, the square cabin is expanded, the expansion side plates of the square cabin are pushed and pulled, the expansion side plates drive the sliding rails, and the expansion top plate and the bottom plate are linked and unfolded in parallel under the driving of the connecting rods and the pull ropes. When the expansion top plate and the expansion bottom plate are unfolded to the horizontal positions, the expansion end plates are opened to the outer sides of the expansion cabins, and the expansion cabin bodies are completely unfolded, so that a first expansion cabin 1 and a second expansion cabin 10 are expanded, please refer to fig. 4 and 5, the first expansion cabin 1 is set as a pollution area, the main cabin 3 is set as a clean area, and the second expansion cabin 10 is set as a sterile area. Arranging movable medical auxiliary equipment, and respectively arranging a sewage instrument vehicle 27, a sewage receiving and classifying table 28 and a single-row basket storage rack 30 in a polluted area; the sterile area is provided with a sterile instrument vehicle 14 and a sterile article rack 11, so that in an expanded state, the front side functional space 17 and the rear side functional space 7 have logistics passing capacity and personnel passing capacity, and cleaned instruments are transmitted through the material door 16. When the shelter is completed and the disinfection and sterilization operation needs to be transferred, the sewage instrument vehicle 27 and the sterile instrument vehicle 14 can be moved to the front functional space 17, the sewage receiving and classifying table 28 and the single-row basket storage frame 30 are moved to the rear functional space 7, and the sterile article frame 11 is moved to the middle functional space 12, so that medical auxiliary equipment in the first expansion cabin 1 and the second expansion cabin 10 can be emptied, and then the first expansion cabin 1 and the second expansion cabin 10 can be stored to restore the size state of a single cabin body convenient to transport.

The cabin body is according to the structural size of the bilateral medical function expansion shelter of the army 6m standard specification. The front of the shelter is provided with a main entry cabin door 31 with double doors, the opening angle is larger than 110 degrees, and a third-level limiting device is arranged to avoid collision with a cabin plate when the door is opened. The door frame adopts the aluminium alloy, is equipped with multiple tang installation joint strip on the aluminium alloy to guarantee the requirement of keeping warm and the leakproofness requirement. The inner side of the door is provided with a three-point shelter door lock, and both the inside and the outside are provided with handles. The stainless steel handrail is arranged on the inner side, and the rain-proof eaves are arranged above the door to prevent rainwater from permeating into the cabin along the door gap. Leveling support legs are arranged on two sides of the main cabin 3, the lifting stroke is 300mm, the leveling support legs are used for leveling the square cabin, and the whole square cabin is provided with 4 leveling support legs.
An air conditioner shutter, an air outlet, a power supply and signal line interface window are sequentially arranged on the outer side of the first expansion cabin 1, which is close to the rear wall 32, from top to bottom; a water interface window is arranged below the side, close to the cabin door 31, of the outside of the second expansion cabin 10, and an air conditioner shutter and an oxygen interface window are sequentially arranged from top to bottom on the side, close to the rear wall 32; the rear wall 32 of the cabin is provided with a heating and ventilating system and a shutter door from top to bottom in sequence. An alternating current 380V input, an alternating current 380V output, a lightning arrester, an input power indicator lamp and two grounding columns are arranged in the power and signal line interface window, one grounding column is an equipment ground, and the other grounding column is a lightning protection ground; in the aspect of signal interface, two network ports and a telephone port are arranged for signal output in the cabin and outside the cabin. The oxygen interface window is mainly used for centralized oxygen supply in a shelter hospital, and the pipeline is connected with two oxygen supply terminals on an equipment belt in a first-aid operation shelter. The water interface window is mainly used for supplying water to a hand washing pool 18 in the emergency operation shelter, and comprises two interfaces, one is a water supply interface with the size of DN15, and the other is a sewage outlet of a cabin door 31 with the size of DN 25.
2 military shelter air conditioners are arranged above the shelter rear wall 32, the rated refrigerating capacity is 10000W, the rated heating capacity is 6000W, the use requirement of the shelter is met, an equipment cabin louver door is arranged below the shelter, and equipment such as a ventilating duct and a weak current box are mainly arranged inside the shelter; the shelter is provided with a power supply and signal line interface window, a water interface window and an oxygen interface window, and an interface window box frame is made of aluminum section and is embedded on the cabin wall and is provided with a sealing rubber strip; the wall box cover is made of aluminum section and is connected with the wall box frame through a stainless steel long hinge. The side surface of the opened wall box cover is provided with a water baffle plate which is also used as a support, the support angle is 45 degrees, and water eaves are added above the wall box.
And the periphery of the shelter is adhered with aluminum-plastic plates, and the color is light gray. The material has the performances of moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, no pollution, no odor, no radiation, fire prevention/water prevention and convenient cleaning. The surface of the decorative plate is flat and smooth by using an aluminum-plastic plate for decoration. The anti-skid floor leather is laid on the ground, so that the anti-skid floor leather has the anti-washing and anti-corrosion capabilities while playing the anti-skid function. The environment-friendly decoration standard in the cabin is in line with the national standard, and the environment-friendly decoration material which passes the quality certification of China 'CCC' is selected to meet the requirements of fire prevention, static prevention, pollution prevention, long service life, durability, easy cleaning, good maintenance and the like; the cabin body has the working temperature of-41-46 ℃, the storage limit temperature of-55-70 ℃, the relative humidity bearing capacity of 95% (25 ℃), can be unfolded or folded under the condition of 5-grade wind, can resist the influence of salt spray corrosion environmental conditions in coastal areas of China when operated under the condition of 8-grade wind, meets the requirement of GB/T10125-2012, and can resist solar radiation with the strength of 1120W/square meter.
Preferably, the mass of the single cabin is less than 1500kg, the size of the single cabin is less than 6058mm multiplied by 6000mm multiplied by 2438mm, the door width of the cabin door 31 is less than 1200mm, the door height is less than 1800mm, the door thickness is less than 30mm, and the door leaf width is less than 900mm.

The shock absorber is provided with a leveling device, as shown in fig. 10, the leveling device is composed of a heightening cylinder 604, a positioning gear ring 611, a slide bar 610 and a sliding groove 609, the heightening cylinder 604 is provided with an internal thread, and the outer wall of a first bottom plate cylinder of the lower base body 605 is provided with an external thread matched and connected with the outer wall; the positioning gear ring 611 is arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate, the sliding groove 609 and the sliding strip 610 are arranged on the outer wall of the heightening cylinder 604, wherein the number of the sliding strip 610 and the sliding groove 609 are not less than two, the circumferential distance of at least one group along the positioning gear ring 611 is the sum of the integral multiple and the half pitch of the positioning gear ring 611, the lower end of the sliding strip 610 is provided with a tooth-shaped structure matched with the positioning gear ring 611, and two sides of the upper end of the sliding strip are provided with sliding pins; the middle part of the sliding groove 609 is of an empty groove structure along the axial direction of the heightening cylinder 604, the upper part and the lower part of the sliding groove 609 are respectively connected with the outer wall of the heightening cylinder 604, the lower part of the sliding groove 609 is of an opening structure, a space for accommodating the up-and-down movement of the sliding pin is arranged between the two sides of the sliding groove 609 and the outer wall of the heightening cylinder 604, and the sliding strip 610 is magnetically connected with the heightening cylinder 604. the disinfection and sterilization equipment is arranged in the main cabin and is used for disinfecting and sterilizing the square cabin;
the medical auxiliary equipment is movably arranged in the cabin body and comprises an instrument trolley, a classification table and a storage rack;
the power supply and distribution system comprises a power distribution cabinet and a cable and is used for supplying power to equipment in the opposite cabin;

2. A sterilization shelter as claimed in claim 1 wherein said expansion mechanism comprises:
the sliding rail is arranged at the bottom of the side surface of the main cabin, one end of the sliding rail is connected with the main cabin, and the other end of the sliding rail is a telescopic free end;
the expansion side plate is arranged in parallel with the side face of the main cabin, and the bottom of the expansion side plate is connected with the free end of the sliding rail;
the guide grooves comprise top plate guide grooves vertically arranged at two ends of the expansion side plates and bottom plate guide grooves vertically arranged at two ends of the side surface of the main cabin;
one end of the expansion top plate is hinged with the top of the side surface of the main cabin, and the other opposite end of the expansion top plate is a top plate unfolding end and is provided with a top plate guide wheel which can move up and down along the top plate guide groove;
one end of the extension bottom plate is hinged with the bottom of the extension side plate, and the other opposite end of the extension bottom plate is a bottom plate unfolding end and is provided with a bottom plate guide wheel which can move up and down along the bottom plate guide groove;
the expansion end plates are arranged at two ends of the expansion side plates and can be expanded to open a front wall and a rear wall which form the expansion cabin after the expansion cabin is expanded;
