技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种改进的气动喷枪调幅组件。
背景技术
气动喷枪是利用压缩空气迅速释放作为动力的一种喷涂设备,由进气管往枪体内部供入压缩空气,高压的压缩空气在枪口前部的空气帽喷射出来时,就在涂料喷嘴的前部产生一个比大气压低的负压区,在枪口产生的这个压力差就把涂料从涂料贮罐中吸出来,并在压缩空气高速喷射力的作用下,雾化成微粒喷洒在被涂物表面;气动喷枪的技术已经较为成熟,但对于产品结构的进一步优化,提高产品的性能、使用寿命,降低产品的制造成本,或者简化产品的装配工序,都是保持产品市场竞争力的重要手段。
现有的气动喷枪的调幅组件,一般设在枪体的调幅通道内,调幅杆通过轴向移动实现气路的开度的调节,可以将空气帽的喷涂形状由扇形往圆形渐变调节,研究发现,气流在通过调幅杆自由端与调幅通道的内壁处时,存在局部气流紊乱、气流不畅的现象。
发明内容
针对上述问题中存在的不足之处,本实用新型提供一种改进的气动喷枪调幅组件。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种改进的气动喷枪调幅组件,调幅组件设在枪体的调幅通道内,包括与所述枪体固定连接的调幅螺座、穿设在所述调幅螺座内部并与所述调幅螺座通过螺纹旋接的调幅杆,所述调幅杆与所述调幅螺座之间设有调幅密封圈,所述调幅杆的中部设有夹紧挡圈,所述夹紧挡圈用于限制所述调幅杆的位置,所述调幅杆的内端为调幅部,所述调幅部上成型有往轴心线方向偏斜的第一斜面、第二斜面;
调幅部位置采用了两次或两次以上的角度渐变结构,气流在流动时会更加顺畅,从而降低雾化的波动性使喷出的雾化颗粒更加均匀。
作为方案的进一步改进,所述调幅杆的外端通过螺钉固定有调幅并帽,所述调幅螺座具有与所述调幅并帽相作用的凸肩,所述凸肩用于限制所述调幅杆的位置;
在上述技术方案中,通过调幅并帽便于转动调幅杆,同时,调幅并帽与凸肩的配合也起到了限位的作用。
作为方案的进一步改进,所述第一斜面与所述调幅杆的轴心线的夹角为15度,所述第二斜面与所述调幅杆的轴心线的夹角为53.75度;
在上述技术方案中,第一斜面采用小角度,第二斜面采用稍大角度,气流在通过调幅部的位置时,气流面积逐渐增大,气流流动较缓和,波动性小。
作为方案的进一步改进,所述调幅螺座与所述枪体通过螺纹连接并密封,所述调幅螺座的外端设有六角,所述六角隐藏在所述调幅并帽内;
在上述技术方案中,通过六角便于调幅螺座与枪体的连接,六角隐藏的设计使得调幅组件整体美观。
本实用新型相对于现有技术的有益效果为:对调幅组件进行了结构的改进,调幅部位置采用了两次或两次以上的角度渐变结构,与枪体的调幅通道相配合时,气流在流动时会更加顺畅,从而降低雾化的波动性使喷出的雾化颗粒更加均匀;现有的调幅螺座一般在中部设有六角,而本方案将六角设在调幅螺座的外端并由调幅并帽隐藏,使产品美观大方。

如图1~5所示,本实用新型实施例的一种改进的气动喷枪调幅组件,调幅组件2设在枪体1的调幅通道11内,包括与枪体1固定连接的调幅螺座22、穿设在调幅螺座22内部并与调幅螺座22通过螺纹旋接的调幅杆23,调幅杆23与调幅螺座22之间设有调幅密封圈24,调幅杆23的中部设有夹紧挡圈25,夹紧挡圈25用于限制调幅杆23的位置,调幅杆23的内端为调幅部23a,调幅部23a上成型有往轴心线方向偏斜的第一斜面231、第二斜面232;调幅杆23的外端通过螺钉固定有调幅并帽21,调幅螺座22具有与调幅并帽21相作用的凸肩221,凸肩221用于限制调幅杆23的位置,通过调幅并帽便于转动调幅杆,同时,调幅并帽与凸肩的配合也起到了限位的作用;第一斜面231与调幅杆23的轴心线的夹角为15度,第二斜面232与调幅杆23的轴心线的夹角为53.75度,第一斜面采用小角度,第二斜面采用稍大角度,气流在通过调幅部的位置时,气流面积逐渐增大,气流流动较缓和,波动性小;调幅螺座22与枪体1通过螺纹连接并密封,调幅螺座22的外端设有六角222,六角222隐藏在调幅并帽21内,通过六角便于调幅螺座与枪体的连接,六角隐藏的设计使得调幅组件整体美观。

具体使用时,为便于理解本实用新型,现结合附图说明如下:
压缩空气由进气口进入枪体内并到达调幅通道处,通过调幅杆的轴向移动,可以实现空气帽的喷涂形状的调节,高压气体在通过调幅部与调幅通道的内壁之间的区域时,气流会沿着第一斜面、第二斜面的表面流动,而第一斜面、第二斜面沿着调幅杆的轴心线方向倾斜,使得气流面积逐渐增大,气流更顺畅,气流波动性小。
