The first actuator 35 is configured to drive the mounting plate 32 to move horizontally relative to the tester 31 to adjust the alignment of the winding arrangement or the assembled watch case with the tester 31, and to test by the tester 31 whether the plug of the winding arrangement is clean and the fastener of the assembled watch is firmly attached.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the first carrier 33 includes a first mounting seat 331, a first mounting groove 3311 is disposed on the first mounting seat 331, the flat cable group can be mounted in the first mounting groove 3311, and the first mounting seat 331 can rotate in the plane of the vertical mounting plate 32 to align different areas of the flat cable group with the detector 31. Specifically, the flat cable group is adsorbed by the flat cable adsorbing member 2221, and the flat cable adsorbing member 2221 is fixed in the first mounting groove 3311 to fix the flat cable group.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8, the first carrier 33 further includes a first connecting plate 332 and a second connecting plate 333, the first connecting plate 332 is disposed perpendicular to the mounting plate 32, and one end of the first mounting base 331 is rotatably connected to the first connecting plate 332. The second connecting plate 333 is provided with a sliding slot 3331, the other end of the first mounting seat 331 is provided with a sliding block 3312, and the sliding block 3312 can slide along the sliding slot 3331 to push the first mounting seat 331 to rotate, so that the first mounting seat 331 drives the flat cable group adsorbed by the flat cable adsorbing member 2221 to rotate. The flat cable set comprises two plugs, when the sliding block 3312 slides to the bottom of the sliding groove 3331, one plug is aligned with the lens of the detector 31, and when the sliding block 3312 slides to the top of the sliding groove 3331, the other plug is aligned with the lens of the detector 31, so that the two plugs can be alternately checked. Preferably, the sliding block 3312 protrudes out of the sliding groove 3331 to form a handle, and the handle is pushed to rotate the first mounting seat 331, so that the operation is more convenient.
Further, with continued reference to fig. 8, the second carrier 34 includes a second mounting seat 341 and a fixing frame 342, the second mounting seat 341 is provided with a second mounting groove 3411, and the carrier loaded with the assembled watch case can be placed in the second mounting groove 3411. Mount 342 sets up on mounting panel 32, is formed with the installation inclined plane on the mount 342, and second mount pad 341 sets up on the installation inclined plane, forms the angle of predetermineeing between installation inclined plane and the vertical plane to make the bottom of second mount pad 341 to detector 31's direction slope, make things convenient for the fastener of detector 31 in to the watchcase to observe. Preferably, a magnetic element is disposed at the bottom of the second mounting groove 3411, and the carrier can be fixed by adsorption, so that the carrier is limited in the second mounting groove 3411.
Preferably, one of the second mounting groove 3411 and the second workpiece is provided with a first positioning post 34111, and the other is provided with a first positioning hole into which the first positioning post 34111 can be inserted to position the carrier. In this embodiment, the first positioning pillar 34111 is disposed at the bottom of the second mounting groove 3411, and the first positioning hole is disposed on the carrier.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the inspection mechanism 3 further includes a plurality of slide rails 36, the slide rails 36 are disposed at the bottom side of the mounting plate 32, the plurality of slide rails 36 extend along the arrangement direction of the first carrier 33 and the second carrier 34, and the driving end of the first driving member 35 is connected to the mounting plate 32 to drive the mounting plate 32 to slide along the slide rails 36.
Preferably, the inspection mechanism 3 further comprises a limit assembly configured to limit the range of movement of the mounting plate 32. Specifically, the limiting assembly includes two blocking members 37, the two blocking members 37 are respectively disposed at two ends of the mounting plate 32 in the moving direction, and the mounting plate 32 stops when touching the blocking members 37 in the moving process, so that the mounting plate 32 moves between the two blocking members 37, thereby limiting the moving range of the mounting plate 32.
The watchcase assembling process comprises the following steps:
firstly, assembling the watch case on the carrier, assembling the carrier on the carrier mounting plate 212, and closing the protective cover plate 213;
then, the first blowing driving element 261 is started to drive the first blowing head 262 to move towards the watch case, so that the first blowing head 262 is aligned with the key accommodating groove for blowing cleaning, and the first blowing head 262 is reset after blowing is finished to avoid the carrier mounting plate 212;
then, the key adsorbing member 2212 is removed from the support 2211, the key is adsorbed by the key adsorbing member 2212, the key is installed in the key accommodating groove, and the first pressing member 231 is started to enable the first pressing head 2312 to press the key;
then, the rotary cylinder 214 is started to enable the carrier mounting plate 212 to drive the carrier to integrally rotate for 180 degrees, so that the flat cable accommodating groove and the mounting piece accommodating groove on the inner side of the watchcase are upward and exposed out of the middle of the annular watchcase;
then, starting a second purging driving part 271 to drive the second purging head 272 to move towards the meter case, so that the second purging head 272 is aligned with the flat cable accommodating groove for purging and cleaning, and the second purging head 272 is reset after the blowing is finished to avoid the meter case and the carrier;
then, the flat cable adsorbing member 2221 adsorbs the flat cable group, the whole is moved to the checking mechanism 3, the flat cable adsorbing member 2221 is fixed on the first mounting seat 331, one of the plugs in the flat cable group is aligned with the lens of the detector 31, the plug is cleaned, and whether the plug is clean or not is checked by the detector 31; then, the first mounting seat 331 is rotated to align another plug with the lens of the detector 31, the plug is cleaned, and the detector 31 checks whether the two plugs are clean or not until the two plugs are clean;
then, the flat cable adsorbing member 2221 is removed from the first mounting seat 331, the flat cable group is moved to the flat cable group accommodating groove on the inner side of the watch case for assembly, and the flat cable group is guided by the flat cable group calibrating member 241;
then, the mounting piece is adsorbed by the mounting piece calibration piece 242, the mounting piece is moved to a mounting piece accommodating groove on the inner side of the watch case for assembly, and the mounting piece is guided by the mounting piece calibration piece 242;
then, the two pressing plates 2322 are rotated respectively, so that the two second pressing heads 2323 respectively press the winding displacement group and the mounting sheet, and the mounting sheet calibration member 242 is pulled out;
then, the three screws are locked by using the screwdriver, so that the keys, the flat cable group and the mounting piece are locked on the watch case by the screws;
finally, the second pressing part 232 and the first pressing part 231 are adjusted to release the pressing of the keys, the winding displacement group and the mounting piece, the protective cover plate 213 is opened, the carrier carrying the assembled watch case is taken out, the carrier and the watch case are integrally fixed on the second mounting seat 341 of the inspection mechanism 3, and whether the screws are installed qualified or not is detected by the detector 31.

Claims (12)

1. An inspection mechanism, comprising:
a detector (31) configured to detect a workpiece;
a mounting plate (32) disposed below the detector (31);
a first carrier (33) and a second carrier (34), both arranged on the mounting plate (32), the first carrier (33) being capable of carrying a first workpiece and the second carrier (34) being capable of carrying a second workpiece;
a first drive (35) configured to drive the mounting plate (32) to move horizontally relative to the inspection apparatus (31) to adjust the alignment of the first or second workpiece with the inspection apparatus (31).
2. The inspection mechanism of claim 1, wherein the first carrier (33) comprises:
the detection instrument comprises a first mounting seat (331), wherein a first mounting groove (3311) is formed in the first mounting seat (331), the first workpiece can be mounted in the first mounting groove (3311), and the first mounting seat (331) can rotate in a plane vertical to the mounting plate (32) so that different areas on the first workpiece can be aligned with the detection instrument (31).
3. The inspection mechanism of claim 2, wherein the first carrier (33) further comprises:
a first connecting plate (332) arranged perpendicular to the mounting plate (32), wherein one end of the first mounting seat (331) is rotatably connected to the first connecting plate (332);
the second connecting plate (333), be provided with spout (3331) on the second connecting plate (333), the other end of first mount pad (331) is provided with slider (3312), slider (3312) can follow spout (3331) slides to promote first mount pad (331) rotates.
4. The inspection mechanism of claim 1, wherein the second carrier (34) comprises:
a second mounting seat (341), wherein a second mounting groove (3411) is formed in the second mounting seat (341), and the second workpiece can be placed in the second mounting groove (3411);
the fixing frame (342) is arranged on the mounting plate (32), a mounting inclined plane is formed on the fixing frame (342), the second mounting seat (341) is arranged on the mounting inclined plane, and a preset angle is formed between the mounting inclined plane and a vertical plane, so that the bottom end of the second mounting seat (341) inclines towards the direction of the detector (31);
one of the second mounting groove (3411) and the second workpiece is provided with a first positioning post (34111), and the other is provided with a first positioning hole into which the first positioning post (34111) can be inserted.
5. The inspection mechanism according to claim 4, wherein a bottom of the second mounting groove (3411) is provided with a magnetic member for attracting and fixing the second workpiece.
6. The inspection mechanism of any one of claims 1-5, further comprising:
the sliding rails (36) are arranged on the bottom side of the mounting plate (32), the sliding rails (36) extend along the arrangement direction of the first carrier (33) and the second carrier (34), and the driving end of the first driving piece (35) is connected with the mounting plate (32) so as to drive the mounting plate (32) to slide along the sliding rails (36);
a limit stop assembly configured to limit a range of movement of the mounting plate (32).
7. A watch assembly device, characterized in that it comprises an assembly mechanism (2) for assembling watch parts to a watch case and an inspection mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 6 for inspecting said parts before assembly and/or said watch case after assembly.
8. Watch assembly device according to claim 7, further comprising an operating station (1), said assembly means (2) and said inspection means being provided on said operating station (1), said assembly means (2) comprising:
the positioning assembly (21) is arranged on the operating table (1), the positioning assembly (21) is configured to clamp and position the watch case, a containing groove is formed in the watch case, and the watch parts are installed in the containing groove;
the conveying assembly can move the watch parts to the positioning assembly (21) and place the watch parts in the accommodating grooves;
and the pressing assembly can press the watch parts in the accommodating groove.
9. Watch assembling device according to claim 8, characterized in that said positioning assembly (21) comprises:
the carrier is provided with a fixed groove matched with the watchcase, the wall of the fixed groove is provided with an avoidance port, and when the watchcase is fixed in the fixed groove, the accommodating groove on the watchcase is opposite to the avoidance port;
a fixed support (211) arranged on the operating table (1), wherein the fixed support (211) is provided with a mounting surface (2111);
a carrier mounting plate (212) rotatably provided on the mounting surface (2111), the carrier being mountable on the carrier mounting plate (212);
a protective cover plate (213) pivotally connected to the carrier mounting plate (212) and capable of covering the opening of the fixing groove of the carrier so as to limit the carrier in the fixing groove;
the carrier mounting plate (212) rotates relative to the mounting surface (2111) so that the avoidance port faces upwards or downwards.
10. The watch assembly device of claim 9, wherein the watch components include a button, a winding arrangement, and a mounting tab, and wherein the compression assembly comprises:
the first pressing piece (231) comprises a second driving piece (2311) and a first pressure head (2312), the fixed end of the second driving piece (2311) is arranged on the carrier mounting plate (212), the movable end of the second driving piece (2311) is connected with the first pressure head (2312), the avoiding opening in the carrier faces upwards, the key is mounted in the accommodating groove, and the second driving piece (2311) can drive the first pressure head (2312) to rotate and lift relative to the avoiding opening so as to press the key in the accommodating groove or avoid the accommodating groove;
and the two second pressing and combining parts (232) comprise bases (2321), pressing plates (2322) and second pressing heads (2323), one end of each pressing plate (2322) is rotatably connected with the corresponding base (2321), the other end of each pressing plate is connected with the corresponding second pressing head (2323), the carrier mounting plate (212) rotates until the avoidance port faces downwards, the wire arrangement group and the mounting piece are mounted on the inner side of the watchcase relative to the key, and the pressing plates (2322) are rotated to enable the two second pressing heads (2323) to respectively press the wire arrangement group and the mounting piece.
11. A watch assembly device according to claim 10, characterised in that said watch parts are connected to said watch case by means of fasteners, said assembly mechanism (2) further comprising:
