Step 300: the acrylic cover plate is taken down and placed at the temporary storage position, and the loudspeaker 142 is subjected to code scanning identification.
Step 400: the speaker 142 is inspected using the inspection assembly 133 described above.
Step 500: after the examination, the acrylic cover plate is covered on the cover plate again, then the acrylic cover plate is turned over by 180 degrees through the turning shaft 147, and the acrylic cover plate is fixed on the chassis 148 under the adsorption effect of the magnet.
Step 500: the speaker 142 on the acrylic cover plate is grabbed by the magnetic pen 123 and transferred to the watch case.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the watchcase assembling device further includes a tray assembly 140, and the tray assembly 140 is disposed on one side of the carrier 100 for placing an operating tool.
Specifically, the tray assembly 140 includes a frame 152 and a tray 153; the tray 153 is arranged in the frame 152; in the actual working process, a common operating tool can be placed on the material tray 153, so that the operation is more convenient.

the positioning member moves on the base along a second direction, so that the positioning member can move to a first preset position;
when the positioning member moves to the first preset position, the positioning member moves along a first direction, the first direction is a vertical direction, and the positioning member can lock the loudspeaker on the watch case at a second preset position;
the positioning component comprises a transition plate and a positioning plate arranged on the transition plate in a sliding manner along the first direction;
the transition plate is arranged on the base in a sliding manner along the second direction;
the end part of the positioning plate is provided with a limiting groove, and the limiting groove is used for clamping the loudspeaker on the watch case;
the end part of the positioning plate is sleeved with a rubber pressing block, and the limiting groove is formed in the rubber pressing block;
the first locking member is arranged on the positioning member;
the first locking member can lock the positioning member at the second preset position;
the first locking member comprises a first locking part and a first clamping part arranged opposite to the first locking part;
the first locking part is arranged on the positioning plate, and the first clamping part is arranged on the transition plate;
the first locking part is provided with a first inclined plane, and the first clamping part is provided with a second inclined plane;
when the positioning plate moves along the first direction, the first locking portion can lock or release the first clamping portion.
2. A watch case assembly device comprising a load bearing platform and a mounting base and positioning assembly of claim 1 disposed thereon;
the mounting base is used for placing a watch case, and the loudspeaker can be placed in the watch case by driving the loudspeaker along the first direction;
the positioning assembly is used for locking the loudspeaker in the watch case.

the moving assembly is provided with a clamping part, a horizontal moving part and a vertical moving part which are connected in sequence;
the clamping part can clamp the loudspeaker, and the horizontal moving part can drive the loudspeaker to move along a third direction so as to move the loudspeaker to the mounting base bearing the watch case; the vertical moving part can drive the loudspeaker to move along the first direction so as to place the loudspeaker in the watch case.
4. The watch case assembling device according to claim 2, further comprising a cleaning member provided on one side of said mounting base;
the cleaning assembly is provided with a cleaning part and a driving part connected with the cleaning part, and the driving part can drive the cleaning part to be conveyed to the interior of the watchcase so that the cleaning part can clean the watchcase.
5. The watch case assembly device according to claim 2, further comprising an inspection assembly provided on the plummer;
the inspection assembly is provided with a detection part, a fixed part and a sliding part; the detection part is arranged on the fixing part in a sliding manner through the sliding part; the detection unit faces the speaker and detects the speaker.
