As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the whole of the mounting frame 32 of the peripheral film cutting device 3 mounted on the conveying device 1 can be driven by the power structure 34 at the lower part in fig. 4 to lift and lower so as to adjust the cutting height, and the adjusting assembly 33 can push the first mounting frame 321 to move relative to the second mounting frame 322 so as to adjust the distance between the two oppositely arranged cutting knives 31, so as to adapt to products with different sizes; meanwhile, one end of the first mounting bracket 321 facing the product is provided with a clamping part 323 for clamping and positioning the product; for example, as shown in fig. 1, two peripheral film cutting devices 3 are provided, the outer package of the product is a rectangular parallelepiped, and the two peripheral film cutting devices 3 respectively cut the outer package of the product in the length direction and the width direction, thereby completing the peripheral cutting, and cutting the outer package of the product into two parts, i.e., an upper top film and a lower bottom film. The adjustment assembly 33 may be a pneumatic cylinder or other powered structure.
When the outer package of the product is in other shapes, the number of the outer peripheral film cutting devices 3 can be increased according to actual conditions, and the orientation of the cutting knife 31 is set, which is determined according to actual conditions and is not described herein.
In a specific embodiment, the conveying device 1 comprises a reversing segment 13 and at least two conveying segments with different conveying directions, wherein the reversing segment 13 is used for connecting adjacent conveying segments with different conveying directions.

As shown in fig. 10, the sucking assembly 81 may be a suction cup or other structures meeting the requirement, the suction cup in the sucking assembly 81 in fig. 10 is disposed in a cross shape, and is driven by the separator removing module 82 to lift and move for removing the separator between the products, so as to facilitate the grabbing device 2 to grab the products with the outer package. The partition removing module 82 may include a vertical moving mechanism and a lateral moving mechanism, a moving end of one of the vertical moving mechanism and the lateral moving mechanism is connected to the other, as shown in fig. 10, the lateral moving mechanism is a lateral cylinder, a moving end of the lateral cylinder is connected to the vertical moving mechanism, the vertical moving mechanism is a rodless cylinder or a one-way module, and the suction assembly 81 is disposed at a moving end of the vertical moving mechanism.
In a specific embodiment, the device further comprises a shooting device 6 arranged at the starting end of the conveying device 1, wherein the shooting device 6 is arranged towards the product to be subjected to outer package removal and is used for shooting the outer package of the product, and in the actual working process, the model and the type of the product can be judged according to the image of the outer package of the product shot by the shooting device 6, so that the conveying device 1, the grabbing device 2, the peripheral film cutting device 3, the top film tearing device 4, the bottom film removing device 5 and the like can be adjusted to a proper motion program.
As shown in fig. 9, the bottom film removing device 5 is provided with a frame 51, a product jacking mechanism 52 and a bottom film grabbing assembly 53, wherein the product jacking mechanism 52 and the bottom film grabbing assembly 53 are both installed on the frame 51, and of course, the bottom film removing device 5 may also be in other structural forms meeting the requirements, which is specifically determined according to actual situations. In the using process, when the product moves to the position corresponding to the product jacking mechanism 52, the product jacking mechanism 52 upwards supports the product, and in the process of upwards supporting the product, the product jacking mechanism 52 clamps the product by the side edge of the product to avoid clamping the bottom film; after the product is supported, the bottom film grabbing component 53 moves to a position for grabbing the bottom film, grabs the bottom film and drives the bottom film to move in a direction away from the product so as to separate the bottom film from the product; as shown in fig. 9, the film grabbing component 53 may move the base film downward and to the right (the side away from the product), thereby separating the base film from the product.
