Example one
The embodiment of the utility model provides an automatic waste discharge equipment for slice product, including the first conveyer 100 and the waste discharge device 200 that set gradually.
The first conveying device 100, as shown in fig. 4:
the first conveyor 100 is used to convey the sheet products 10 to be discarded to the waste discharge device 200. In the present embodiment, the first conveying device 100 includes a conveyor belt 102, and the conveyor belt 102 is controlled to be conveyed toward a predetermined direction (shown as right in fig. 4). The driving structure of the conveying belt 102 is, like the existing structure of a factory belt pull, a power motor drives a rotating shaft to rotate, the rotating shaft is in contact with the conveying belt 102, the conveying belt 102 is driven to move through contact friction force, and the effect of automatic transmission is achieved.
Two first limiting blocks 101 which are symmetrically arranged are arranged above the conveying belt 102, and the first limiting blocks 101 are fixed on a rack of the first conveying device 100. The two first stoppers 101, which are symmetrically disposed, are substantially parallel inside and form a first conveying path for conveying the sheet product 10. The width of the channel is equal to the distance between the first stoppers 101, and substantially corresponds to the width of the sheet product 10, so as to prevent the sheet product 10 from tilting or deflecting on the conveyor belt 102.
At the inlet end 103 of the first conveyor 100, the distance between the two symmetrically arranged first stoppers 101 gradually decreases and gradually changes to be approximately equal to the width of the sheet product 10, so as to prevent the sheet product 10 at the mouth end of the first conveyor 100 from entering the channel. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, at the inlet end 103 of the first conveying device 100, the inner sides of two first stoppers 101 symmetrically arranged may be in a V-shaped structure.
The waste discharging device 200 is shown in fig. 4 to 7:
the waste removal device 200 has a work surface 201. The worktable 201 of the waste discharging device 200 is provided with two second stoppers 210 symmetrically arranged, and the second stoppers 210 are used for limiting the sheet product 10 on the worktable 201 and preventing the sheet product 10 from inclining on the worktable 201. The two symmetrically disposed second stoppers 210 are substantially parallel inside, and form a second conveying path therebetween for conveying the sheet product 10. The width of the channel corresponds approximately to the width of the sheet product 10.
After the sheet material is subjected to the previous punching process, a plurality of sheet products 10 with waste materials are sequentially placed on the conveyor belt 102, and the sheet products 10 are conveyed to the working table 201 of the waste material discharging device 200 by the conveyor belt 102.
The waste discharging apparatus 200 further includes a waste punch 202, and a first driving part 207 driving the waste punch 202. The first driving member 207 is preferably a cylinder. A jig 220 is provided on the work table 201, and the waste punch 202 and the air cylinder are held by the jig 220. The jig 220 and the work table 201 are fixed on a frame. As shown in fig. 4-7, the fixture 220 includes a plate 221 and four posts 222.
Below the waste punch 202, a waste discharge hole 206 is provided at the work table 201 of the waste discharge device 200, and the size of the waste discharge hole 206 is smaller than the peripheral size of the sheet product 10 and larger than the size of the waste. The exhaust punch 202 moves downward by the cylinder and applies a force to the middle waste, causing the middle waste to drop from the exhaust hole 206 into the recycling bin.
At the waste discharging device 200, the conveyor belt 102 or the like is not provided. The waste evacuation device 200 has a work surface 201 that is approximately the same height as the conveyor belt 102, or the work surface 201 has a height that is equal to or slightly less than the height of the conveyor belt 102. The first conveyor 100 is adjacent to the table 201 of the waste discharge device 200 with a small gap between them so that when any one of the sheet products 10 is transferred from the conveyor 102 to the table 201, one end of the sheet product 10 is on the conveyor 102 and the other end is on the table 201 of the waste discharge device 200. The conveyor belt 102, which is transported in a given direction, gives the sheet product 10 a thrust that allows it to reach the work surface 201 of the waste discharge device 200 smoothly. The scrap discharge apparatus 200 has a smooth work surface 201 for less frictional resistance. The sheet products 10 are continuously transported by the conveyor belt 102 to the countertop 201, and subsequent sheet products 10 push the preceding sheet products 10 on the countertop 201 in a predetermined direction (shown as to the right). On the countertop 201, a plurality of sheet products 10 are arranged in sequence.
Because the sheet product 10 is sheet-like and easily deformed. For improvement, the waste discharging apparatus 200 further includes a positioning plate 203 and a plurality of top pillars 204 fixed on the positioning plate 203. The top pillar 204 corresponds to the sheet product 10 in the up-down direction. At the end of the top pillar 204, an elastic member 208, such as a soft gel member, is provided. The posts 204 are evenly distributed around the sheet product 10, and when the waste punch 202 punches downward, the posts 204 can press the sheet product 10 to prevent it from deforming, so as to maintain a good flatness.
Two first guide posts 205 are fixed on the positioning plate 203, holes matched with the first guide posts 205 are formed in the jig 220, and the first guide posts 205 are matched with the holes and used for limiting the positioning plate 203 when sliding up and down.
The positioning plate 203 and the punch are driven by the cylinder to move downwards, after the positioning plate and the punch move downwards for a first distance, the sheet product 10 is pressed by the plurality of top pillars 204, and the punch is close to the waste in the middle of the plastic product and has a small distance. The waste punch 202 then continues to move downward a second distance and the waste is discarded. The second distance is much smaller than the first distance. When the waste punch 202 continues to move downward a second distance, the positioning plate 203 follows, but the top pillar 204 deforms. At the same time, the resilient element 208 may also avoid damage to the sheet product 10. It will be appreciated that the resilient element 208 may be deformed by an amount greater than the second distance.
Alternatively, it is also possible to provide the top pillar 204 as an elastic member and to eliminate the elastic member 208 provided at the top pillar 204.
After the intermediate portion of the waste material is removed, the sheet product 10 continues to move in the desired direction over the countertop 201. A stop 211 is provided at the trailing end of the second stopper 210 to prevent the sheet product 10 from falling off the countertop 201.
The automatic waste discharge equipment of the embodiment realizes automatic feeding through the conveyor belt and automatic waste discharge through the waste discharge device, thereby improving the production efficiency; the transmission device and the waste discharge device are coordinated to operate by debugging the parameters of the equipment, so that the quality of the products produced in batches can be kept stable. In addition, the waste discharge device can also prevent the product from deforming after being stressed when the punch punches downwards.
