In this embodiment, the connecting member 42 is a countersunk head screw, and the shape of the mounting/dismounting groove 10 is a hexagonal plum blossom shape. By adopting the non-standard anti-theft nut mounting structure, later-period professional maintenance is facilitated, and safety is ensured; the quincunx groove bolt head structure is convenient to disassemble and assemble, the head part 9 is not easy to slip compared with an inner hexagonal bolt head, and later maintenance and repair can be facilitated. Further, the bottom of the attaching and detaching groove 10 is also provided with a cylindrical guard portion 11. The present embodiment further provides a lock shaft, which has substantially the same structure as the lock shaft in embodiment 1, except that: the blocking component 4 comprises a blocking component 41, the first connecting portion 5 is a protruding portion which extends outwards from the surface of the blocking component 41, the second connecting portion 6 is a groove which is recessed inwards from the surface of the shaft lever 2, the first connecting portion 5 is clamped on the second connecting portion 6, the shaft lever 2 is not exposed out of the blocking component 4, abrasion of the shaft lever 2 can be reduced, and the service life of the lock shaft is prolonged.
The first connecting part 5 and the second connecting part 6 are detachably connected, the blocking part 4 can be independently detached from the shaft lever 2 after the blocking part 4 is damaged, a new blocking part 4 is replaced without replacing a lock shaft, the blocking part 4 is convenient to maintain and replace, and the cost can be saved.
However, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the connection form of the first connection part 5 and the second connection part 6 is not particularly limited, and various suitable connection forms, such as snap-fit, plug-in, hook-in, tenon, screw-in, etc., may be adopted according to the actual situation.

The present embodiment further provides a lock shaft, which has substantially the same structure as the lock shaft in embodiment 1, except that: the blocking component 4 comprises a blocking component 41, the first connecting portion 5 is a clamping groove which is inwards recessed from the surface of the blocking component 41, the second connecting portion 6 is an end portion of the shaft rod 2 far away from the shaft seat 1, the second connecting portion 6 is embedded in the first connecting portion 5, and the second connecting portion 6 is located in the blocking component 4 or the end face of the second connecting portion 6 is flush with the end face of the blocking component 4 far away from the shaft seat 1. In this embodiment, the end of the shaft rod 2 is inserted into the slot of the blocking component 4, so that the shaft rod 2 is not exposed out of the blocking component 4, and the service life of the lock shaft can be further prolonged.
The first connecting portion 5 and the second connecting portion 6 are detachably connected, the blocking component 4 can be detached from the shaft rod 2 independently after the blocking component 4 is damaged, the blocking component 4 can be replaced with a new one, a lock shaft does not need to be replaced, the blocking component 4 can be maintained and replaced conveniently, and cost can be saved.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the connection form of the first connection part 5 and the second connection part 6 is not particularly limited, and various suitable connection forms may be adopted according to practical situations, such as clamping, buckling, inserting, hooking, joggling, screwing and the like.

Claims (23)

1. A lock shaft, characterized in that the lock shaft comprises:
the shaft comprises a shaft body and a shaft rod, wherein the shaft body comprises a shaft seat and the shaft rod is arranged on the shaft seat;
the shaft sleeve is rotatably sleeved on the shaft lever;
the blocking component is arranged at one end, far away from the shaft seat, of the shaft rod and used for limiting the shaft sleeve to be separated from the shaft rod, and the end face, far away from the shaft seat, of the shaft rod is not exposed out of the end face, far away from the shaft seat, of the blocking component.
2. The lock shaft of claim 1 wherein said blocking member has a first coupling portion on a side thereof adjacent said shaft, and a second coupling portion on an end thereof remote from said shaft seat, said first coupling portion being removably coupled to said second coupling portion.
3. The lock shaft according to claim 2, wherein the first connecting portion is a protruding portion extending outward from the surface of the blocking member, the second connecting portion is a recessed portion recessed inward from the surface of the shaft, and the first connecting portion is fitted to the second connecting portion.
4. The lock shaft of claim 2, wherein the first connecting portion is a slot recessed inward from a surface of the blocking member, the second connecting portion is an end of the shaft away from the shaft seat, the second connecting portion is embedded in the first connecting portion, and the second connecting portion is located inside the blocking member or an end surface of the second connecting portion is flush with an end surface of the blocking member facing away from the shaft seat.
5. The lock shaft of claim 2 wherein said blocking member comprises a blocking member and a connector member, said first connector member being located on said connector member, said connector member being adapted to connect said blocking member to said shaft.
6. The lock shaft of claim 5 wherein said coupling is removably disposed on an end of said shaft remote from said shaft seat.
7. The lock shaft of claim 6 wherein the stop includes a collar portion and an insert portion, the insert portion extending outwardly from a surface of the collar portion.
8. The lock shaft of claim 7 wherein said insert is nested with said shaft.
9. The lock shaft of claim 8 wherein said insert is sleeved on an outer wall of said shank.
10. The lock shaft of claim 8 wherein said shank defines a receiving groove in an outer wall thereof, said insert being received in a sidewall of said receiving groove.
11. The lock shaft of claim 10, wherein an end of the sleeve remote from the shaft seat is disposed on an outer wall of the insertion portion.
12. The lock spindle of claim 9 or 10, wherein the blocking member covers an end face of the spindle shaft remote from the spindle seat.
13. The lock shaft of claim 9 or 10 wherein said collar portion covers at least a portion of an end surface of said sleeve remote from said shaft seat.
14. The lock shaft of claim 7 wherein the collar portion is provided with a chamfer on its outer periphery.
15. The lock shaft of claim 7 wherein said collar portion has an outer diameter greater than an outer diameter of said insert portion.
16. The lock shaft of claim 7 wherein said connector member extends through said collar portion and is removably connected to said spindle.
17. The lock shaft of claim 7 wherein an inner wall surface of said collar portion is configured for abutting engagement with said connector.
18. The lock shaft of claim 7 wherein said collar portion has a reduced inner diameter along the direction in which said insert portion extends, said collar portion having a minimum inner diameter less than the inner diameter of said insert portion.
19. The lock shaft of claim 7 wherein said sleeve has an outer diameter greater than an outer diameter of said collar portion.
20. The lock shaft as claimed in claim 5, wherein the second connecting portion is a connecting hole, and the connecting hole is provided to be engaged with the connecting member.
21. The lock shaft according to claim 20, wherein the coupling member includes the first coupling portion and a head portion, the first coupling portion being a threaded portion detachably coupled to the coupling hole; the head is arranged at one end of the threaded portion, and a dismounting groove is formed in the surface, deviating from the threaded portion, of the head.
22. A battery pack, characterized in that it comprises a lock shaft according to any one of claims 1 to 21.
23. An electric vehicle comprising the battery pack according to claim 22.
