Description

Connecting structure of hand-operated grinding wheel
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a connection structure of a hand grinding wheel (hand grinder), which can more easily and quickly attach and detach a processing disk (disk) connected to a rotation shaft of a grinding wheel main body for polishing, cutting, or cutting the surface of an object to be worked.
Background
Generally, hand grindstones are used for polishing a rough surface or a portion to be painted of a processed member smoothly, or for partially cutting a material such as a pipe, angle iron, or iron plate. That is, the hand grinding wheel grinds or cuts an unprocessed portion, a corner, or the like by rotating the rotary shaft at a high speed and grinding the surface of the object with the consumable plate by the air pressure generated by the driving of the electric motor or the operation of the compressor (compressor). In the case of the disc, since a grindstone or sandpaper is worn out together with the shaved surface and is easily consumed, it is required to be frequently replaced in a state where a large number of discs are prepared, and thus, a form capable of easily disassembling the disc is being improved.
As a structure for mounting a disc in such a hand grinding wheel, the following is used as in korean laid-open utility model publication No. 20-1989-0010365 or korean laid-open utility model publication No. 20-1996-0026826: after the rotating shaft mounted in the grinding wheel body is fitted and fixed to the disk, the disk is fixed by a nut or by fastening a bolt to the rotating shaft. Therefore, in such a configuration, simply fastening the disk to the grinding wheel main body by a bolt or a nut lowers the fastening force due to friction or micro-vibration of the disk rotating at high speed, which causes uneasiness to the operator, and in fact, an extra cover is provided around the disk to cope with a safety accident caused by loosening of the disk during the operation.
Further, the following techniques are disclosed in korean laid-open patent publication No. 10-2009-0074461: the disk holder is screwed to the rotary shaft of the grinding wheel body via the fixing holder, so that the disk is prevented from loosening from the fixing holder, and the disk can be easily and quickly attached and detached by the brake unit provided to the grinding wheel body. In such a configuration, since the disk holder must be fastened to the fixing bracket on the rotary shaft by a screw, not only is there a trouble that the disk holder must be removed or fastened again during the work, but also an extra brake unit must be operated, thereby causing considerable inconvenience to the operator.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a hand grinding wheel connecting structure in which a connector attached to a rotating shaft of a grinding wheel main body is made simple in structure, a disk can be easily attached and detached by one-touch, and work efficiency can be improved with little cost.
The present invention for achieving such an object may include: a housing (70) that is attached to and detached from a rotary shaft attached to one end of the grinding wheel body; upper and lower fastening pieces (80A, 80B) respectively fitted and fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the housing; and a spring (90) interposed between the upper and lower fastening pieces for applying an elastic force, wherein an inner diameter portion (71) which is fitted and fixed to a rotation shaft of the grinding wheel body penetrates through the housing (70), 4 convex portions (73) each having a retainer (72a) are formed vertically and long at positions opposed to each other in the outer peripheral edge of the cylindrical body, and an external thread portion (74) is formed in the outer peripheral edge of the body located at the lower tip of the convex portion, the upper fastening piece (80A) is formed with 4 concave grooves (82) extending outward from a central through hole (81a) and is fitted and assembled to the 4 convex portions (73) of the housing (70) while forming a peripheral edge portion (83a) in the outer peripheral edge, a flange (85B) is formed in a disc-shaped body (84) constituting the lower piece (80B) in a projecting manner, and the flange (85B) has an internal thread portion (85a) to be fastened to the external thread portion (74) of the housing (70), and the flange (85B) has an internal thread portion ) The spring (90) is accommodated between an outer edge peripheral edge portion (83a) formed on an outer edge of the upper fastening piece (80A) and an outer peripheral edge of a flange (85B) formed on a disc-shaped body (84) of the lower fastening piece (80B).
The present invention, by virtue of the above-described features, can greatly reduce the production cost by simply configuring the interlocking member of the connector attached to the rotary shaft of the hand grinding wheel, and can greatly improve the efficiency by quickly performing the replacement work at the time of work by easily attaching and detaching the consumable disk to the connector in one-touch manner.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments according to the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in the present specification because the characteristic structures and functions thereof show one configuration example.
First, as a preferred example of applying the present invention, the technology disclosed in korean patent laid-open publication No. 10-0973157 will be described in detail, and the following description will be given of the structure and operational effects of the present invention after deriving the problems associated with the technology.
As shown in fig. 1 to 11, the hand grinding wheel is composed of a power coupling unit 20 including a general grinding wheel body 10 and a disk holder 30 in which a disk D is integrally mounted.
A rotary shaft 11 having a screw hole 11a is provided at one side end of the grinding wheel main body 10 so as to be rotated at a high speed by driving of an electric motor or air pressure of a compressor, and a power coupling unit 20 and a disk holder 30 are mounted on the rotary shaft 11.
A plurality of recesses 32 are formed at regular intervals in the bottom of the through-hole 31 of the disk holder 30, and 3 protruding pieces 33 are formed between the recesses 32 so as to be attachable to and detachable from the power coupling unit 20.
The power coupling unit 20 includes a stopper 40 and a housing 50 that rotates forward and backward on the stopper 40, and a cylindrical coupling member 60 is attached to a central portion of the housing 50 and a fixing bolt 12 is fastened to the rotary shaft 11 of the grinding wheel body 10.
Screw- shaped accommodation grooves 42a and 42b are formed on both sides of a through hole 41 formed in the center of the stopper 40 so as to be gradually separated from the center of the through hole 41, and recessed holes 43a and 43b are formed between the accommodation grooves 42a and 42b so as to face each other. The stopper 40 has a pair of opposite lines 44a between concave and convex portions 44, and concave and convex portions 44 for preventing slipping are provided on the outer edge surface thereof. Safety keys 46 formed by a cylindrical roller 45a and a quadrangular claw (paw) 45b are mounted in the housing grooves 42a, 42b, respectively.
The housing 50 for performing a function of locking or unlocking the disc holder 30 by horizontally operating the safety key 46 on the stopper 40 is formed of a flange 51 and a body 52 inserted into the through hole 41 of the stopper 40.
An opposite line 51a is formed in the outer edge surface side of the flange 51 while a quadrangular guide groove 53 opposed to each other is formed in the bottom surface thereof to be inserted into the quadrangular claws 45b of the upper end of the assembly safety key 46, respectively. An insertion groove 54 is formed in a body 52 at the lower end of the flange 51, the housing 50 assembled to the through hole 41 of the stopper 40 can be coupled to a fixing ring 55, and positioning ball stoppers 56 are provided on both sides of the upper surface of the flange 51, so that the housing 50 can be rotated tightly on the stopper 40.
The ball stopper 56 is configured by inserting the mounting steel ball 57 and the spring 58 into the insertion hole 51b formed on both sides of the upper surface of the flange 51 and then fastening them with the fixing bolt 59, and is elastically inserted into and separated from the recessed holes 43a and 43b formed in the stopper 40 when the housing 50 rotates forward and backward.
The coupling member 60 is assembled to the insertion hole 51c formed in the center of the housing 50 and fastened to the rotary shaft 11 of the grinding wheel body 10, and has a boss 61 formed thereon. 3 engaging portions 62 (each including a horizontal portion and a vertical portion extending downward from one end of the horizontal portion) are formed on the upper side of the boss 61 so that the protruding piece 33 of the disk holder 30 can be inserted and fixed or detached.
However, in the hand grinding wheel as described above, although the disk holder 30 can be easily attached to and detached from the rotary shaft of the grinding wheel main body 10, the stopper 40 and the housing 50 constituting the power coupling unit 20, or the steel ball 57, the spring 58, the fixing bolt 59 and the like constituting the safety key 46 and the positioning ball plug 56 are provided in a complicated structure, which increases the manufacturing cost, and thus, it is a considerable burden in a work site using a large amount of consumables. In particular, the safety key may be not operated well due to foreign matter such as fine particles generated during operations such as grinding and cutting using a hand-operated grindstone, and may cause a failure.
Fig. 12 to 20 are views for explaining a connection structure of a hand grinding wheel according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the drawing, the connector K detachably attached to the rotary shaft 11 of the hand grinding wheel includes a housing 70, upper and lower fastening pieces 80A and 80B fitted and fixed to outer peripheral surfaces of the housing 70, respectively, and a spring 90 interposed between the upper and lower fastening pieces 80A and 80B to give an elastic force.
An inner diameter portion 71 having a screw thread to be threadably attached to the rotary shaft 11 of the grinding wheel body 10 penetrates through the housing 70, 4 projections 73 forming a chuck 72a are formed in the cylindrical body on the upper end side, and an external thread portion 74 is formed outside the lower end.
The upper fastening piece 80A has 4 grooves 82 formed to be inserted into the projections 73 of the housing 70 and an outer peripheral edge portion 83a formed to be projected from an outer edge thereof to the outside of the through-hole 81a, and the lower fastening piece 80B has a flange 85B formed to be projected from a central portion of the disc-shaped body 84 and having a female screw portion 85a to be fastened to the male screw portion 74 of the housing 70.
Thus, the spring 90 can be accommodated between the upper and lower fastening pieces 80A, 80B, and the disk 100 can be attached and detached in one-touch fashion by holding the components in a state where the upper and lower fastening pieces 80A, 80B are attached to the case 70.
That is, the disc 100 is usually provided with a disc-shaped processing portion 101 for polishing or cutting a work object as a consumable to be disposed of when the lifetime is exhausted due to long-term use, and has a holder portion 102 for connecting the processing portion 101, and the disc can be attached to and detached from the housing 70 by forming a protruding piece 103 inside the holder portion 102.
According to such a configuration, the inner diameter portion 71 of the housing 70 constituting the connector K can be fixed to the rotary shaft 11 of the grinding wheel main body 10 by screwing, and in this state, the disc 100 is slightly rotated while the groove formed by the projection piece 103 of the disc 100 is fitted to the projection portion 73 of the housing 70, and fixed by the catch 72a of the projection portion 73.
At this time, the upper fastening piece 80A can receive the elastic force and be pressed downward by the spring 90 interposed between the upper fastening piece 80A and the lower fastening piece 80B, and then restore and firmly hold the tray 100.
Therefore, the operation of grinding or cutting off the unprocessed portion, corner, or the like of the object by the high-speed rotation of the disk 100 can be performed while the rotary shaft 11 of the grinding wheel main body 10 is rotated at a high speed by the air pressure generated by the driving of the electric motor or the operation of the compressor. When the disc 100 is to be replaced, the disc 100 can be easily removed by releasing the disc 100 from the respective catches 72a formed in the protruding portion 73 of the housing 70 by slightly rotating the disc 100 in the opposite direction while pressing it.
As for the spring 90, it is sufficient that it is constituted by silicone or other material having elastic force instead. For example, instead of the spring 90, an elastic member formed in a cylindrical shape by an elastic substance such as rubber may be applied.
As described above, according to the hand-operated grinding wheel connecting structure of the present invention, the interlocking member of the connector attached to the rotation shaft of the grinding wheel body is simply configured, so that the production cost can be greatly reduced, and the consumable disk can be easily attached to and detached from the connector in one-touch manner, so that the replacement work during the work can be quickly performed, and the efficiency can be greatly improved.
The technical problems of the present invention are accomplished by the technical features as described above, and although it is described by way of limited embodiments and drawings, it is obvious that a person having ordinary knowledge in the art to which the present invention pertains may make various modifications and variations within the technical idea of the present invention and the equivalent scope of the appended claims.
