The lifting support is connected to the translation trolley 4, the number of the lifting support is two, each lifting support is matched with a plurality of hydraulic oil cylinders, in the embodiment, each lifting support can be provided with four lifting oil cylinders, the lifting load is 50T, and the lifting stroke is 200 mm. However, it should be understood that in other embodiments, the number of the hydraulic cylinders of the lifting bracket may also be 5, or 6, etc., and is not limited to the 4 disclosed in this embodiment; the lifting load and the stroke are not limited to the parameters, and can be selected according to actual engineering requirements.
After the lifting support of the translation trolley 4 is lifted, the prefabricated part is supported through the gap between the steel frames of the roll-over stand 2, and then the self-propelled translation trolley 4 carries the prefabricated part away from the roll-over stand 2.
For the driving of the turning bracket, a driving mechanism 3 is connected between the bottom frame 1 and the turning frame 2, two sides of the turning frame 2 are respectively connected with the bottom frame 1 through revolute pairs, and the driving mechanism 3 is correspondingly arranged on two sides of the turning frame 2 so as to drive the turning frame 2 to rotate around the axis of the revolute pair; the driving mechanism 3 is a hydraulic oil cylinder, one end of the hydraulic oil cylinder is hinged to the base frame 1, and the other end of the hydraulic oil cylinder is hinged to the roll-over stand 2.
