The forming left gripper 203 is connected with a first gear shaft 206, a gear on the first gear shaft 206 is meshed with a first circular rack 207, and the first circular rack 207 is connected with a first servo motor 208; the right molding gripper 204 is connected with a second gear shaft 209, a gear on the second gear shaft 209 is meshed with a second circular rack 210, and the second circular rack 210 is connected with a second servo motor 211. The lifting assembly 300 comprises two synchronous fifth servo motors 301 and a synchronous sixth servo motor 302, each synchronous servo motor controls the ball screw 304 to move along the axial direction through a coupler 303, the ball screw 304 is connected with a mounting plate 305, and the forming assembly 200 is connected with the ball screw 304 through the mounting plate 305. The synchronous servo motor drives the ball screw 304 to rotate, and the ball screw 304 drags the forming assembly 200 to move up and down; meanwhile, the dough cover is suitable for products with different thicknesses by setting parameters.

The wonton sorting component 1002 comprises a seventh servo motor 101, a swing connecting rod 102 and a sorting clamping jaw 103, wherein the seventh servo motor 101 is connected with the swing connecting rod 102 to drive the swing connecting rod 102 to do arc reciprocating motion with the center of an output shaft of the servo motor 101 as the center of a circle; at least one pair of sequencing clamping jaws 103 is arranged on the swing connecting rod 102, a sequencing air cylinder 104 is arranged on each sequencing clamping jaw 103, and each sequencing air cylinder 104 is connected with each sequencing clamping jaw 103 to drive each sequencing clamping jaw 103 to open and close. The fifth servo motor 301 and the sixth servo motor 302 respectively drive the ball screw 304 connected with the fifth servo motor to rotate, the ball screw 304 drives the forming right gripper 204 and the forming left gripper 203 to move down and up through the mounting plate 305, and the fifth servo motor 301 and the sixth servo motor 302 move synchronously.
The first servo motor 208 drives the first circular rack 207 to rotate, the first circular rack 207 drives the first gear shaft 206 to rotate through the meshed gears, and the first gear shaft 206 drives the forming left gripper 203 to rotate; the second servo motor 211 drives the second circular rack 210 to rotate, the second circular rack 210 drives the second gear shaft 209 to rotate through the meshed gears, and the second gear shaft 209 drives the forming right gripper 204 to rotate.
The fourth servo motor 214 drives the pre-pressing tongue plate 202 to extend upwards or obliquely upwards, and the pre-pressing tongue plate 202 drives the wrappers of the wonton to be formed to be folded again.
