The push rod device 204 moves along the annular track, and when the push rod device 204 is pushed, the push rod device moves up and down along the direction of the guide shaft 207; when the ejector rod device 204 moves upwards, the switching beam 206 is driven to move upwards, the switching beam 206 cooperates with the rotation of the pin shaft 205 and the preforming guide roller 209 to move back and forth along the roller track plate 210, so that the preforming plate 213 is in an open state. On the contrary, when the mandril device 204 acts, the mandril device moves up and down along the direction of the guide shaft 207; when the ejector rod device 204 makes a downward stroke, the switching beam 206 is driven to move downward, and the switching beam 206 cooperates with the rotation of the pin shaft 205 and the pre-forming guide roller 209 to move back and forth along the roller track plate 210, so that the pre-forming plate 213 is in a closed state.
The ejector rod device 204 drives the two opposite pressing structures 201 to be horizontally placed and opened or to be upwards rotated and closed along the middle part under the action of external force. Theoretically, the mounting sequence of the longitudinal cutter roller and the transverse cutter roller 303 can be adjusted according to actual requirements, and a plurality of cutting edges can be mounted on the longitudinal cutter roller 302. As shown in fig. 6, the bottom of the two-axis manipulator is provided with a sucker for sucking the dough cover, the sucker is provided with an air inlet 101, the bottom of the sucker is provided with a suction hole 102 for negative pressure suction, the dough cover is sucked by the sucker under the action of negative pressure, the bottom of the sucker is provided with a separation ring 103 for preventing the dough cover from being completely attached to the suction hole 102, the suction hole 102 is located in the separation ring 103, the sucker is communicated with a negative pressure device through an air pipe, the negative pressure device provides negative pressure to the sucker, and the negative pressure device acts on the dough cover from the suction hole 102. Due to the action of the isolation ring 103, the wrapper cannot be completely attached to the suction hole 102 at the bottom of the sucker, a certain vacuum space can be reserved between the suction hole 102 and the wrapper, the wrapper falls conveniently in the later period, and the wrapper is sucked and falls through the ventilation condition of the negative pressure device.
The isolation ring 103 is a convex structure, and the isolation ring 103 protrudes out of the plane where the suction hole 102 and the bottom surface of the suction cup are located.
The first embodiment: as shown in fig. 7, one wrapper is positioned corresponding to one spacer 103. The spacing ring 103 is adapted to the size of the wrapper and is in principle not larger than the size of the wrapper.
The second embodiment: as shown in fig. 8, at least two independent isolation rings 103 are correspondingly arranged at the position of one dough cover, and a space is arranged between the independent isolation rings 103. The spacing is arranged between the adjacent isolation rings 103, so that the partial position of the wrapper can be adsorbed, not all the wrappers can be adsorbed, and although the stress area is reduced during adsorption, the wrappers are easier to fall down.
Third embodiment: as shown in fig. 9, at least a plurality of isolation rings 103 are correspondingly arranged at the position of one dough cover, the short sides 104 of the isolation rings 103 at the same side are mutually communicated, and the adjacent isolation rings 103 share one long side 105. The short sides 104 of the spacers 103 are connected to each other, and it is equivalent to share one side with the spacers 103, and the short sides 104 are connected to form a new side. And the positions of the long sides 105 adopt a common form, so that each adjacent isolation ring 103 can be closely arranged. In this structure, the suction holes 102 in the spacer 103 are symmetrically positioned. That is, the distribution and the position of the suction holes 102 of the leftmost separator 103 are symmetrical to the distribution and the position of the suction holes 102 of the rightmost separator 103.
Suction holes 102 are uniformly distributed at the bottom of the suction cup corresponding to the periphery of the dough cover.

The clamping device 5 is used for placing the folded dough sheet between the forming torsion claw 601 and the forming bottom plate 603, the bottom of the dough sheet is in contact with the baffle 607, the forming torsion claw 601 is driven by the second power device 605 to horizontally move towards the forming bottom plate 603 at the moment and press two ends of the folded dough sheet, and then the third power device 609 is used for driving the forming torsion claw 601 to twist, so that two ends of the folded dough sheet are rotated, folded and pressed into a shape; the first power device 608 operates to drive the baffle 607 to separate from the formed stuffed food, and the stuffed food falls on the discharging conveyer belt under the action of gravity and is conveyed out by the discharging conveyer belt.
The second guiding assembly 602 comprises a second cross bar 610 connected with the output end of the second power device 605, a second connecting column 611 is arranged on the second cross bar 610, the second connecting column 611 passes through the forming bottom plate 603 and then is connected with the connecting plate 604, and the forming bottom plate 603 guides the second connecting column 611. A driving gear 612 is arranged at the rear end of one of the formed torsion claws 601, a driven gear 613 is arranged on the other formed torsion claw 601, the driving gear 612 and the driven gear 613 are meshed with each other, the driving gear 612 is meshed with a rack 614, the rack 614 is connected with a slider slide rail assembly 615, the slider slide rail assembly 615 is connected with a power transfer block 616, and the power transfer block 616 is connected with the output end of a third power device 609. The output end of the first power device 608 is connected with a first guide assembly 618, the first guide assembly 618 is connected with the baffle 607, the first guide assembly 618 comprises a first cross rod 619 connected with the output end of the first power device 608, the first cross rod 619 is connected with a first connecting column 620, the first connecting column 620 is connected with the baffle 607 after penetrating through the forming bottom plate 603, and the forming bottom plate 603 guides the first connecting column 620. In the fourth step, before the stuffing is injected into the wrapper by the stuffing injection device 4, the wrapper is poked downwards in advance by a preforming die 402 or a stuffing injection pipe arranged at the bottom of the stuffing injection device 4, and a recess is formed in the middle of the wrapper.
Further, the pushing structure in the fifth step is an external power source or a rail. 1.
