The controller 400 determines coordinates of the product frame 1002 based on the photo information and controls the work table 300 to move the member to be attached 1001 to the attachment position according to the coordinates, and the member to be attached 1001 is attached to the product frame 1002 by an attaching device (not shown) to complete the assembly.
In one embodiment, the component to be attached 1001 is glass, and the product frame 1002 is a frame of a mobile phone. Referring to fig. 2, the light source device 100 includes a supporting frame 10, a fixing frame 20 and a light source assembly 30, wherein the fixing frame 20 is mounted on the supporting frame 10, and the light source assembly 30 is movably connected to the fixing frame 20 to adjust an angle and a position of the light source assembly 30 relative to the fixing frame 20.
Referring to fig. 3, the fixing frame 20 is provided with an installation groove 21 and an adjustment groove 22, the adjustment grooves 22 are adjacently disposed at two ends of the installation groove 21 in the length extending direction, and the length extending direction of the adjustment groove 22 is perpendicular to the length extending direction of the adjacent installation groove 21. The mounting groove 21 is used for accommodating the light source assembly 30, and the adjusting groove 22 is used for adjusting the position of the light source assembly 30 relative to the fixing frame 20, specifically, the position of the light source assembly 30 relative to the fixing frame 20 is adjusted by moving the light source assembly 30 in the adjusting groove 22 along the length extending direction perpendicular to the mounting groove 21.
In one embodiment, the mounting groove 21 is U-shaped, so as to increase the moving space of the light source assembly 30, and facilitate the adjustment of the position of the light source assembly 30 in the mounting groove 21 by the adjusting groove 22. It is understood that the mounting groove 21 may be a bottomless groove or a bottomed groove as long as the light source assembly 30 can be received in the mounting groove 21.
In an embodiment, the fixing frame 20 is similar to a rectangle, four sides of the fixing frame 20 are respectively provided with mounting grooves 21, two ends of each mounting groove 21 in the length direction are respectively adjacent to an adjusting groove 22, and the light source assembly 30 may be installed in the mounting groove 21 on one side of the fixing frame 20, may also be installed in two mounting grooves 21 on two opposite sides of the fixing frame 20, and may also be installed in four mounting grooves 21 on four sides of the fixing frame 20. It is understood that the position and number of the light source assemblies 30 mounted on the fixing frame 20 can be adjusted according to the requirement, and are not limited to the above definition.
In other embodiments, the fixing frame 20 may have other shapes, such as a circular structure, a triangular structure, etc., to meet different assembly requirements.
In one embodiment, to increase the stability of the light source assembly 30 on the fixing frame 20, the number of the adjusting slots 22 at one end of each of the mounting slots 21 in the length extending direction is two, and the two adjusting slots 22 are arranged in parallel or approximately in parallel. For example, in the fixing frame 20 shown in fig. 3, four adjustment grooves 22 are provided at both ends of any one of the mounting grooves 21 in the longitudinal extension direction, and the adjustment grooves 22 are provided at one end of the mounting groove 21 in the longitudinal extension direction in parallel or substantially parallel.
In one embodiment, the fixing frame 20 further has a fixing portion 23, and the fixing portion 23 partially protrudes out of the edge of the fixing frame 20 and forms a fixing groove 23a for fixing to the supporting frame 10.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, in an embodiment, the light source apparatus 100 further includes a transferring mechanism 40, the transferring mechanism 40 is mounted on the supporting frame 10, the fixing frame 20 is connected to the transferring mechanism 40 through the fixing portion 23, and the transferring mechanism 40 drives the fixing frame 20 to move along a horizontal direction, so as to drive the light source assembly 30 to move.
It is understood that the transferring mechanism 40 can also move the fixing frame 20 in the vertical direction to adjust the relative distance between the light source assembly 30 and the camera and the product frame.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the light source assembly 30 includes a light source element 31 and a mounting member 32, the mounting member 32 is mounted on the fixing frame 20 through the adjustment slot 22, and the position of the mounting member 32 on the fixing frame 20 is adjusted through the adjustment slot 22, and the light source element 31 is received in the mounting slot 21 and adjustably mounted on the mounting member 32, so as to adjust the angle and position of the light source element 31 relative to the fixing frame 20.
The two ends of the light source 31 connected to the mounting member 32 are respectively provided with a mounting hole 311 for fitting with the mounting member 32 to mount the light source 31 to the mounting member 32.
The mounting member 32 includes a first mounting surface 321 and a second mounting surface 322 disposed at an angle with respect to the first mounting surface 321, the first mounting surface 321 has a first mounting hole 321a, the light source 31 is mounted on the first mounting surface 321 through the first mounting hole 321a, the second mounting surface 322 has a second mounting hole 322a, and the mounting member 32 is mounted on the adjustment groove 22 through the second mounting hole 322 a. In one embodiment, the mounting member 32 is L-shaped, and has a first mounting surface 321 extending along a first direction and a second mounting surface 322 extending along a second direction, wherein the first mounting surface 321 is perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the second mounting surface 322, i.e. the first direction is perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the second direction.
In one embodiment, the fitting hole 311 of the light source part 31 includes a first hole 3111, a second hole 3112 and a third hole 3113. The first mounting hole 321a of the first mounting surface 321 of the mounting member 32 includes a fixing hole 3211 and two first adjusting holes 3212, the fixing hole 3211 is located between the two first adjusting holes 3212, and the mounting member 32 realizes the rotational connection between the light source 31 and the mounting member 32 through the fixing hole 3211 and the second hole 3112 of the light source 31. The two first adjusting holes 3212 extend in different directions, specifically, one of the first adjusting holes 3212 extends in a vertical direction, and the other first adjusting hole 3212 extends in a horizontal direction, and is respectively matched with the first hole 3111 and the third hole 3113 through the two first adjusting holes 3212, so as to adjust an angle of the light source 31 relative to the fixing frame 20.
The two first adjusting holes 3212 may also be arc-shaped structures with the fixing hole 3211 as a center.
The second mounting hole 322a includes a second adjusting hole 3221, and the second adjusting hole 3221 is disposed in the same direction as the adjusting groove 22, and is used for cooperating with the adjusting groove 22 to adjust the position of the mounting member 21 relative to the fixing frame 20, and therefore, the position of the light source element 31 mounted on the mounting member 21 relative to the fixing frame 20. In one embodiment, the number of the second adjusting holes 3221 corresponds to the number of the adjusting slots 22, for example, the second mounting holes 322a are provided as two parallel or approximately parallel second adjusting holes 3221 corresponding to two adjusting slots 22.

the light source component comprises a light source component and a mounting component, wherein the light source component is accommodated in the mounting groove and is adjustably mounted on the mounting component, the mounting component is mounted on the fixing frame through the adjusting groove, and the position of the mounting component on the fixing frame is adjusted through the adjusting groove so as to adjust the angle and the position of the light source component relative to the fixing frame.
2. The light source device of claim 1, wherein the mount comprises:
the first mounting surface is provided with a first mounting hole, and the light source piece is mounted on the first mounting surface through the first mounting hole; and
and the second mounting surface and the first mounting surface are arranged at a certain included angle, and the second mounting surface is provided with a second mounting hole which is used for being matched with the adjusting groove so that the mounting part is mounted on the fixing frame.
3. The light source device according to claim 2, wherein the first mounting surface extends in a first direction, and the second mounting surface extends in a second direction, and the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction.
4. The light source device according to claim 2, wherein the first mounting hole includes:
a fixing hole; and
the two first adjusting holes extend in different directions;
the light source piece is further provided with assembling holes corresponding to the fixing hole and the two first adjusting holes and used for being matched with the fixing hole and the two first adjusting holes to adjust the angle of the light source piece relative to the fixing frame.
5. The light source device according to claim 2, wherein the second mounting hole includes:
the setting direction of the second adjusting hole is the same as that of the adjusting groove, and the second adjusting hole is used for being matched with the adjusting groove to adjust the position of the light source piece relative to the fixing frame.
6. The light source device according to claim 1, wherein a length extending direction of the adjustment groove is perpendicular to a length extending direction of the corresponding mounting groove.
7. The light source device according to claim 1, wherein the mounting groove is U-shaped.
8. The light source device according to claim 1, wherein the holder has a rectangular-like shape, and the light source assembly is mounted to at least one side of the holder.
9. The light source device according to claim 8, wherein the light source assembly is mounted to two opposite sides of the fixing frame, or to four sides of the fixing frame.
