The packaging and stacking machine of claim 1, wherein the clamping device comprises a fixed clamping portion fixedly arranged on the mounting seat, a movable clamping portion movably arranged on the mounting seat, and a first driving mechanism for driving the movable clamping portion to move, wherein an output end of the first driving mechanism is connected with the movable clamping portion and drives the movable clamping portion to move away from or close to the fixed clamping portion.
