本实用新型涉及一种高韧性热塑料乳液瓶,是针对现有同类产品的内瓶与外瓶、大圈之间卡扣固定结构设计欠佳的技术问题而设计。其要点是该乳液瓶的外瓶瓶口处内瓶外径设有凸起的固定圈,外瓶的瓶口处内径设有大于外瓶内直径的阶梯槽,外瓶的固定圈设置于外瓶的阶梯槽,大圈的圈口内径设有直径小于下方内径的限位圈,大圈扣合固定于外瓶的外径瓶口同时,内瓶的固定圈限位于大圈的限位圈内径,头帽外侧的外罩扣合固定于大圈的顶部外径的台阶圈,大圈的台阶圈位于大圈的限位圈外径。泵芯组立的阀杆伸出内塞外径设有波纹型弹簧,波纹型弹簧的一端与内塞相抵,波纹型弹簧的另一端与阀杆的头帽一端外径外翻边相抵,波纹型弹簧为一体成型塑料件。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及乳液瓶,是一种高韧性热塑料乳液瓶。
背景技术
乳液瓶是一种用于乳液挤出的微型喷雾器,其主要用于乳液的存取,特别是化妆品乳液。其一般由头帽、泵芯、大圈、瓶体组成。现有一些乳液瓶设有内外瓶结构,如中国专利文献中披露的申请号201620372855.1,授权公告日2016.11.23,实用新型名称“一种乳液瓶”;该乳液瓶包括外瓶、内瓶和瓶盖,所述的外瓶上端口内侧设有凸块,所述的凸块具有导向端和卡位端,所述的导向端与外瓶内壁呈由窄变宽的倾斜面,所述的卡位端与外瓶内壁呈垂直的平面,所述的外瓶上端口外侧设有内凹的台阶;所述的内瓶上部周面上成型有一外凸的定位圈,定位圈的直径大小与外瓶上端的内径匹配,在定位圈的周面上设有与凸块形状匹配的卡槽,中节卡装于外瓶外侧的台阶上。但上述产品的内瓶与外瓶、大圈之间卡扣固定结构设计欠佳,中圈和头帽的外径缺少氧化铝外罩包裹设计。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本实用新型的目的是向本领域提供一种高韧性热塑料乳液瓶,使其解决现有同类产品的内瓶与外瓶、大圈之间卡扣固定结构设计欠佳,中圈和头帽的外径缺少氧化铝外罩包裹设计的技术问题。其目的是通过如下技术方案实现的。
一种高韧性热塑料乳液瓶,该乳液瓶的外瓶内设有内瓶,外瓶的瓶壁为厚瓶壁,伸出外瓶的内瓶瓶口外径设有外螺纹,中圈内径的内螺纹与内瓶的外螺纹连接,泵芯组立通过中圈固定于内瓶的瓶口,连接处设有垫片,伸出中圈的泵芯组立中阀杆设有头帽,阀杆伸出泵体的泵口处内塞,内塞卡扣固定于中圈的内圈口,头帽的出液孔设有喷嘴,泵芯组立的吸管伸入内瓶的内径底部。其结构设计要点是所述外瓶的瓶口处内瓶外径设有凸起的固定圈,外瓶的瓶口处内径设有大于外瓶内直径的阶梯槽,外瓶的固定圈设置于外瓶的阶梯槽,大圈的圈口内径设有直径小于下方内径的限位圈,大圈扣合固定于外瓶的外径瓶口同时,内瓶的固定圈限位于大圈的限位圈内径,头帽外侧的外罩扣合固定于大圈的顶部外径的台阶圈,大圈的台阶圈位于大圈的限位圈外径,上述内瓶为高韧性热塑料内瓶。从而内瓶通过外径的固定圈更好地固定于大圈、外瓶之间,同时不影响中圈与内瓶的连接固定。
所述内瓶的固定圈上方瓶口直径向内缩小后向上凸起,中圈的底部圈口位于大圈的顶部限位圈处圈口内侧,中圈的顶部设有直径小于底部直径的上圈槽,头帽的底部圈口位于中圈的上圈槽内。从而外瓶的瓶口上方部件呈阶梯式缩小,各部件之间限位连接效果好。
所述泵芯组立的阀杆伸出内塞外径设有波纹型弹簧,波纹型弹簧的一端与内塞相抵,波纹型弹簧的另一端与阀杆的头帽一端外径外翻边相抵,波纹型弹簧为一体成型塑料件。上述结构使该乳液瓶整体为全塑结构。
所述中圈的外径设有包覆套合的氧化铝中圈,头帽的外径设有包覆套合的氧化铝头帽罩。从而中圈和头帽的外形更美观。
所述大圈、外瓶、外罩扣合直径由大圈处向两端缩小。从而外瓶和外罩呈锥形结构。
本实用新型结构设计合理,生产、使用方便,密封性、稳定性好,外形美观,限位、连接更加牢固,握持使用更舒适;适合作为双层瓶体的乳液瓶使用,及其同类产品的结构改进。

现结合附图,对本实用新型结构作进一步描述。如图1所示,该乳液瓶的外瓶1内设有内瓶2,外瓶的瓶壁为厚瓶壁,伸出外瓶的内瓶瓶口外径设有外螺纹,中圈4内径的内螺纹与内瓶的外螺纹连接,泵芯组立11通过中圈固定于内瓶的瓶口,连接处设有垫片10,伸出中圈的泵芯组立中阀杆设有头帽8,阀杆伸出泵体的泵口处内塞,内塞卡扣固定于中圈的内圈口,头帽的出液孔设有喷嘴7,泵芯组立的吸管伸入内瓶的内径底部。外瓶的瓶口处内瓶外径设有凸起的固定圈,外瓶的瓶口处内径设有大于外瓶内直径的阶梯槽,外瓶的固定圈设置于外瓶的阶梯槽,大圈3的圈口内径设有直径小于下方内径的限位圈,大圈扣合固定于外瓶的外径瓶口同时,内瓶的固定圈限位于大圈的限位圈内径,头帽外侧的外罩6扣合固定于大圈的顶部外径的台阶圈,大圈的台阶圈位于大圈的限位圈外径。内瓶的固定圈上方瓶口直径向内缩小后向上凸起,中圈的底部圈口位于大圈的顶部限位圈处圈口内侧,中圈的顶部设有直径小于底部直径的上圈槽,头帽的底部圈口位于中圈的上圈槽内。泵芯组立的阀杆伸出内塞外径设有波纹型弹簧1101,波纹型弹簧的一端与内塞相抵,波纹型弹簧的另一端与阀杆的头帽一端外径外翻边相抵,波纹型弹簧为一体成型塑料件。中圈的外径设有包覆套合的氧化铝中圈5,头帽的外径设有包覆套合的氧化铝头帽罩9,大圈、外瓶、外罩扣合直径由大圈处向两端缩小。 使用时,打开外罩,按压头帽,液体即可通过喷嘴挤出。
上述内瓶为高韧性热塑料内瓶,高韧性热塑料按以下重量份数配比的各组分:多元醇80-100份,小分子二醇10-15份,异氰酸酯10-50份,改性氧化石墨烯胶体10-30份,氧化镁3-5份,抗紫外剂5-10份,光稳定剂3-5份,增塑剂1-3份,上述抗紫外剂为抗紫外剂327或抗紫外剂1130;光稳定剂为光稳定剂622或光稳定剂770,增塑剂为丙三醇、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯中的一种或几种的组合物;将各组分按相应重量份数配比后,放入开炼机内混炼并熔融聚合,然后在压力为200-500MPa,由第一阶双螺杆挤出机挤出,螺杆温度控制在170-290℃,挤出机转速为300-1000RPM,第二阶螺杆的温度控制分为三个区域,1-4节为第一温区,螺杆温度为160-220℃,5-9节为第二温区,为170-240℃,10-14节为第三温区,螺杆温度为160-220℃,挤出机转速为300-1000RPM;第二阶螺杆的温度控制分为三个区域,1-4节为第一温区,螺杆温度为160-220℃,5-9节为第二温区,为170-240℃,10-14节为第三温区,螺杆温度为160-220℃,挤出机转速为300-1000RPM;第三阶单螺杆的温度控制在130-170℃,挤出机转速为50-150RPM,继续反应冷却,通过模头进行水下切粒,得到所述的热塑性聚氨酯的颗粒,上述阶螺杆为单螺杆挤出机。

1.一种高韧性热塑料乳液瓶,该乳液瓶的外瓶(1)内设有内瓶(2),外瓶的瓶壁为厚瓶壁,伸出外瓶的内瓶瓶口外径设有外螺纹,中圈(4)内径的内螺纹与内瓶的外螺纹连接,泵芯组立(11)通过中圈固定于内瓶的瓶口,连接处设有垫片(10),伸出中圈的泵芯组立中阀杆设有头帽(8),阀杆伸出泵体的泵口处内塞,内塞卡扣固定于中圈的内圈口,头帽的出液孔设有喷嘴(7),泵芯组立的吸管伸入内瓶的内径底部;其特征在于所述外瓶(1)的瓶口处内瓶(2)外径设有凸起的固定圈,外瓶的瓶口处内径设有大于外瓶内直径的阶梯槽,外瓶的固定圈设置于外瓶的阶梯槽,大圈(3)的圈口内径设有直径小于下方内径的限位圈,大圈扣合固定于外瓶的外径瓶口同时,内瓶的固定圈限位于大圈的限位圈内径,头帽外侧的外罩(6)扣合固定于大圈的顶部外径的台阶圈,大圈的台阶圈位于大圈的限位圈外径,上述内瓶为高韧性热塑料内瓶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高韧性热塑料乳液瓶,其特征在于所述内瓶(2)的固定圈上方瓶口直径向内缩小后向上凸起,中圈(4)的底部圈口位于大圈(3)的顶部限位圈处圈口内侧,中圈的顶部设有直径小于底部直径的上圈槽,头帽(8)的底部圈口位于中圈的上圈槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高韧性热塑料乳液瓶,其特征在于所述泵芯组立(11)的阀杆伸出内塞外径设有波纹型弹簧(1101),波纹型弹簧的一端与内塞相抵,波纹型弹簧的另一端与阀杆的头帽(8)一端外径外翻边相抵,波纹型弹簧为一体成型塑料件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高韧性热塑料乳液瓶,其特征在于所述中圈(4)的外径设有包覆套合的氧化铝中圈(5),头帽(8)的外径设有包覆套合的氧化铝头帽罩(9)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高韧性热塑料乳液瓶,其特征在于所述大圈(3)、外瓶(1)、外罩(6)扣合直径由大圈处向两端缩小。
