Description

本实用新型涉及汽车发动机换热和制动器降温用的水箱。
高原地区长途行车，发动机往往过热，水箱的容量有限，不能使发动机水套内的水降温，水温高，蒸发快，又不能及时补充。高原地区的道路，坡长且坡度大，有的坡全长20几公里，遇到一直上坡，水温过高，发动机力量下降；而一直下坡，频繁制动，刹车毂和制动片过热，需要供应大量清水冷却制动元件。长途跋涉，驾驶员身体又累又脏，需要洗澡水。
本实用新型目的是提供大、中型汽车一个副水箱，用来调节发动机水温，喷淋制动毂，供驾驶员淋浴等。
本实用新型是在汽车驾驶室顶部车箱或大梁上安装一个副水箱，使之连接发动机水套，制动轮毂和淋浴喷头等。
车上安装该水箱，打开阀门即可调节发动机水箱的水温，达到降温目的。夏日炎炎，驾驶室顶有水箱可以隔热，驾车人不会中暑乃至造成交通事故。连续下坡，频繁制动，喷淋制动冷却水，避免制动毂与制动片抱死而过分磨损。有了副水箱，修车后可以放水洗手，到站后可以淋浴，解除一天的疲劳。

大、中型汽车顶部（或底盘大梁）安装一个水箱4，与水箱连接的水管2又与发动机排换水阀1相通，发动机水套中的水与水箱中的水，在一定温差下自动交换。水管8与三通阀9连接，三通阀同时连接洗手用水管10和淋浴喷头11。水管7连接水阀15、过滤器14、三通管13至轮毂的淋水管12，淋水管细如针头，水中不溶物易于堵塞淋水管，使用过滤器可保证制动用水通畅。水箱上还有注水盖6和排气管5。为了随时掌握水箱水位高低，在水箱内安装一个水位开关并将电线3连到驾驶室水位表，便于掌握水位高低。
驾驶员淋浴时，只需站在门里边，用塑料布临时围档，水箱内的水足够一人洗浴。

1、一种汽车多功能水箱，其特征在于驾驶室顶部安装水箱4，连接水箱的水管2与发动机排换水阀1相通；水管8与三通阀9连接，三通阀连接洗手用水管10和淋浴喷头11；水管7连接水阀15、过滤器13、三通管13至轮毂的淋水管12；水箱上还有注水盖6和排气管5，电线3从水位表连至水箱的水位开关。
2、如权利要求1所述水箱，其特征在于水箱4可安装在底盘大梁或车箱上。
