Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种吹塑桌板，包括本体，所述本体的周侧下方设置有向下凸起的凸缘，所述凸缘的底端面设置有至少一个向上凹陷的凹槽，该吹塑桌板可以有效的提交其强度，不会轻易折弯变形。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种吹塑桌板。
背景技术
桌子在我们的生活中已经再熟悉不过，现在在家庭中桌子的桌板一般都是使用木材，这种桌板质量重，而且占用空间，无法继续折叠，最重要的就是需要使用木材，这样会对自然环境带了影响，所以现在这折叠桌子中使用到了塑料件来制成桌板，用塑料件制成的桌板同时采用的是中空的结构，这件不仅可以减少塑料的使用，同时减小了其质量，但是中空的桌板又存在强度不足的问题，这样导致其极容易受力折弯变形。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种吹塑桌板。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种吹塑桌板，包括本体，所述本体的周侧下方设置有向下凸起的凸缘，所述凸缘的底端面设置有至少一个向上凹陷的凹槽。
本实用新型实施例中，位于凸缘内圈的本体下方形成镂空部，所述凸缘与镂空部配合的侧壁上设置有至少一个凹陷部。
本实用新型实施例中，所述凹陷部一侧与凸缘与镂空部的侧壁配合联接，所述凹陷部的下端与凸缘底端面配合连接。
本实用新型实施例中，所述凸缘上设置有至少两个凹槽，所述凹陷部设置在位于两凹槽间的凸缘侧壁上。
本实用新型实施例中，位于凸缘内圈的本体下方形成镂空部，所述凸缘与镂空部配合的侧壁上设置有至少一个凸起部。
本实用新型实施例中，所述凸起部一侧与凸缘与镂空部的侧壁配合联接，所述凸起部的下端与凸缘底端面配合连接。
本实用新型实施例中，所述凸缘上设置有至少两个凹槽，所述凸起部设置在位于两凹槽间的凸缘侧壁上。
本实用新型的一种吹塑桌板，具有如下有益效果：通过在凸缘上设置凹槽，这样提高整个吹塑桌板的强度和抗弯性，使该桌板不会被轻易的折弯变形。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图，对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本实用新型保护的范围。

参考说明书附图，一种吹塑桌板，包括本体100，所述本体的周侧下方设置有向下凸起的凸缘10，所述凸缘的底端面设置有至少一个向上凹陷的凹槽11，参考说明书附图，图中绘制的实施例：该桌板为四方桌，那么，在桌板的四周下方都设置有一个凸缘，而凹槽可以为一个长条形的设置在凸缘上，也可以分成多个并排的设置在凸缘上，在一较佳的使用中，凹槽、凸缘和本体是一体吹塑而成。
为了加强桌板的抗弯性和强度，位于凸缘内圈的本体下方形成镂空部20，所述凸缘与镂空部配合的侧壁上设置有至少一个凹陷部12。所述凹陷部一侧与凸缘与镂空部的侧壁配合联接，所述凹陷部的下端与凸缘底端面配合连接，该凹陷部为凸缘底端面及侧壁均往里凹陷形成，具体参考说明书附图。
在一较佳的实施例中：所述凸缘上设置有至少两个凹槽，所述凹陷部设置在位于两凹槽间的凸缘侧壁上。
本实用新型另一实施例中：位于凸缘内圈的本体下方形成镂空部，所述凸缘与镂空部配合的侧壁上设置有至少一个凸起部，图中未绘制该实施例的示意图。所述凸起部一侧与凸缘与镂空部的侧壁配合联接，所述凸起部的下端与凸缘底端面配合连接。所述凸缘上设置有至少两个凹槽，所述凸起部设置在位于两凹槽间的凸缘侧壁上。该实施例中，凸起部的位置与上述凹陷部的位置一致，具体可参考关于凹陷部的说明书附图。

Claims (6)

1.一种吹塑桌板，包括本体，其特征在于，所述本体的周侧下方设置有向下凸起的凸缘，所述凸缘的底端面设置有至少一个向上凹陷的凹槽；位于凸缘内圈的本体下方形成镂空部，所述凸缘与镂空部配合的侧壁上设置有至少一个凹陷部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吹塑桌板，其特征在于，所述凹陷部一侧与凸缘与镂空部的侧壁配合联接，所述凹陷部的下端与凸缘底端面配合连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种吹塑桌板，其特征在于，所述凸缘上设置有至少两个凹槽，所述凹陷部设置在位于两凹槽间的凸缘侧壁上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种吹塑桌板，其特征在于，位于凸缘内圈的本体下方形成镂空部，所述凸缘与镂空部配合的侧壁上设置有至少一个凸起部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种吹塑桌板，其特征在于，所述凸起部一侧与凸缘与镂空部的侧壁配合联接，所述凸起部的下端与凸缘底端面配合连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种吹塑桌板，其特征在于，所述凸缘上设置有至少两个凹槽，所述凸起部设置在位于两凹槽间的凸缘侧壁上。
