背景技术
随着电动汽车的快速发展,充电桩作为电动汽车必要的配套产品也得到了快速发展,各种功能的充电桩产品层出不穷。但现有的充电桩在充电枪电缆线的收放线智能化上做的不够理想,有的充电桩直接没有收放线机构,有的是通过手动旋转收线盘收放线,有的虽然有电机驱动的自动收线盘但需要手动开闭电机开关,存在不足。
实用新型内容
针对上述不足,本实用新型提供一种新型智能充电桩,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种新型智能充电桩,其包括安装在壳体上部内的充电单元与主控模块以及安装在壳体下部上的收线机构;所述充电单元通过电缆与三相电网和充电枪连接,所述主控模块与充电单元连接,所述主控模块至少连接有身份识别模块、显示模块、通信模块、计量模块以及云服务器;所述收线机构包括收线工字轮、安装在收线工字轮内的主链轮与副链轮、安装在主链轮与副链轮上的链条以及安装在链条上的进线器,所述主链轮通过设置在收线工字轮内的伺服电机驱动,所述伺服电机的控制器与主控模块连接,所述收线工字轮通过设置在侧面的穿线管与壳体的后壳固定安装。
进一步地,所述显示模块的显示面板安装在壳体的前壳上。
进一步地,所述身份识别模块至少包括RFID单元,所述RFID单元的阅读器安装在壳体的前壳上。
进一步地,所述进线器包括安装在链条上的固定架以及安装在固定架上的导线辊。
进一步地,所述壳体上还设有充电枪插座,充电枪插座内设有与主控模块连接的枪头感应器。
进一步地,所述收线工字轮的侧面还设有链条导向护条。
进一步地,所述收线工字轮的侧面呈长圆形。

下面结合说明书附图及实施例对本实用新型做进一步地说明。

如图1-4所示,一种新型智能充电桩,其包括安装在壳体10上部内的充电单元与主控模块以及安装在壳体10下部上的收线机构20;所述充电单元通过电缆30与三相电网和充电枪(未图示)连接,所述主控模块与充电单元连接,所述主控模块至少连接有身份识别模块、显示模块、通信模块、计量模块以及云服务器;所述收线机构2包括收线工字轮3、安装在收线工字轮3内的主链轮4与副链轮5、安装在主链轮4与副链轮5上的链条6以及安装在链条6上的进线器7,所述主链轮4通过设置在收线工字轮3内的伺服电机8驱动,所述伺服电机8的控制器与主控模块连接,所述收线工字轮3通过设置在侧面的穿线管9与壳体10的后壳固定安装。
进一步地,所述显示模块的显示面板11安装在壳体10的前壳上;所述身份识别模块至少包括RFID单元,所述RFID单元的阅读器12安装在壳体10的前壳上。
进一步地,所述进线器7包括安装在链条6上的固定架70以及安装在固定架70上的导线辊71。
进一步地,所述壳体10上还设有充电枪插座13,充电枪插座13内设有与主控模块连接的枪头感应器(未图示)。
进一步地,所述收线工字轮3的侧面还设有链条导向护条14;所述收线工字轮3的侧面呈长圆形。
本实用新型的智能充电桩的使用过程为:充电用户使用充电卡贴近RFID单元的阅读器进行系统身份识别,身份识别成功后伺服电机的控制器启动伺服电机,主链轮反转放线用户可提枪插枪,充电单元给电动汽车充电机充电,显示面板显示充电状态等信息,充电完毕后用户插枪至充电枪插座内,枪头感应器发送信号至主控模块,伺服电机的控制器启动伺服电机,主链轮正转收线,同时计量模块计量计费,主控模块将用户充电信息经通信模块传送至后台云服务器。

1.一种新型智能充电桩,其特征在于:其包括安装在壳体上部内的充电单元与主控模块以及安装在壳体下部上的收线机构;所述充电单元通过电缆与三相电网和充电枪连接,所述主控模块与充电单元连接,所述主控模块至少连接有身份识别模块、显示模块、通信模块、计量模块以及云服务器;所述收线机构包括收线工字轮、安装在收线工字轮内的主链轮与副链轮、安装在主链轮与副链轮上的链条以及安装在链条上的进线器,所述主链轮通过设置在收线工字轮内的伺服电机驱动,所述伺服电机的控制器与主控模块连接,所述收线工字轮通过设置在侧面的穿线管与壳体的后壳固定安装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型智能充电桩,其特征在于:所述显示模块的显示面板安装在壳体的前壳上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型智能充电桩,其特征在于:所述身份识别模块至少包括RFID单元,所述RFID单元的阅读器安装在壳体的前壳上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型智能充电桩,其特征在于:所述进线器包括安装在链条上的固定架以及安装在固定架上的导线辊。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型智能充电桩,其特征在于:所述壳体上还设有充电枪插座,充电枪插座内设有与主控模块连接的枪头感应器。
