铸造厂经常会有一些圆形的铸型包括砂型铸型，石墨型铸型，这些铸型在转运和组装的过程比较困难，由于其结构、强度等原因，不可以在其上面进行打孔或加装吊环等行为，这就给转运、组装的工人带来了很大的困难，铸型都是体积重量比较大的，靠人工搬运异常困难，安全隐患极大。

为解决上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种夹持工装，该工装适用于托举搬运、组装大小不同圆柱形物体，结构简单，操作方便效率高，稳定性好，大大减轻工作强度的特点，具体所采取的技术方案如下。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种夹持工装，包括支撑圆盘，定位销筒，活动卡板，连接杆，顶紧把手，所述定位销筒固定连接在支撑圆盘上，所述支撑圆盘上方设有吊环，所述支撑圆盘下方设有顶紧把手，所述活动卡板通过连接杆与支撑圆盘相连，所述吊环通过焊接固定于支撑圆盘上。
优选地，所述支撑圆盘环形钢板结构，主要用于整个工装的托举和支撑的作用。

请参阅图3-4，所述定位销筒2，属于焊接组装结构件，主要作用是定位，根据所要夹持的物体直径的大小，调节其支撑圆盘1上的位置与顶紧把手3配合使用。活动卡板4，包括卡板7，连接杆5，连接销8，弧面是为了与被夹持的物体更好的贴合，连接杆5与水平面有一定的夹角，整套工装的使用机理就是起重机吊起整个工装和被夹持的物体时，物体在重力的作用下，一直保持有向下的趋势，卡板7连接杆8与水平面有一定的夹角，这样在重力的作用下，卡板7与被夹持物体支架摩擦力会增大，最终效果就是将物体托起进行搬运转移等工作。
本实用新型的特点就在于其设计整套工装实现各类体积重量不同的圆柱形物体的搬运和组装，大大减轻了劳动强度和降低了安全隐患，简单方便易操作，提高工作效率。
本实用新型的使用方法为：
将整套工装利用天车或起重机置于要被夹持转运的物体上，调节定位套筒2使其管壁紧紧贴合物体后锁紧顶紧把手3，再将活动卡板4贴合物体上，起吊整套工装，物体就会靠自身重力卡紧在工装上，在完成转运或组装。
