By driving the first linear guide 59, one set of the hinge assemblies moves along the first linear guide 59, and the distance between the two sets of the first hinge assemblies 39 can be adjusted, so that the folding bottom of the carton with different lengths can be adapted. The second flap assemblies 38 are movable along the second linear guide 54 by driving the second linear guide 54, and the distance between the two sets of second flap assemblies 38 can be adjusted to accommodate the folded bottoms of cartons with different widths. By driving the third linear guide 53, the horizontal mounting plate 46 can move up and down along the third linear guide 53, and further drive the second flap assembly 38 to move up and down, so as to adapt to the folded bottoms of cartons with different heights. The fourth linear guide rail 68 is driven, and the moving upright column 69 can move along the fourth linear guide rail 68, so as to drive the conveyor belt arranged on the moving upright column 69 to move, and further adapt to transportation of cartons with different widths.
In the embodiment of the application, by adopting the technical scheme, the chest developer 6, the pressing slide rail 9, the pressing slide block 10 and the pressing baffle plate 11 are arranged, so that the pressing baffle plate 11 can always press the carton, and the carton is prevented from inclining and collapsing along with the reduction of the carton; the conveyor belt bracket 8 can be adjusted in the horizontal direction through the arranged horizontal slide rail 13 and the horizontal slide block 12, so that the requirement of placing cartons with different widths is met; through the arranged lifting platform 16 and the gear lifter 19, the lifting platform 16 and the conveyor belt bracket 8 can be lifted and lowered, the requirement of placing cartons with different heights is met, and the carton conveying work of cartons with different specifications is met; the stable operation of the lifting platform 16 in the lifting process can be ensured through the arranged stabilizing component, and the carton is prevented from inclining and collapsing.
Through the swinging boom 32, slide bar 31 and the guide way 37 that set up for not only have the power of horizontal direction at the in-process of unpacking, two sides of carton atress simultaneously, make unpacking speed faster, unpacking in-process carton structure is more stable, and equipment failure rate is little.
Can improve the folding efficiency of carton flap to applicable in the carton of different specifications, satisfy the flap joint sealing operation of not unidimensional carton. The distance between the two groups of first folding blade assemblies 39 can be adjusted through the arranged first linear guide rails 59, so that the folding device is suitable for folding bottoms of cartons with different lengths; the second linear guide rail 54 is arranged, so that the distance between the two groups of second folding blade assemblies 38 can be adjusted, and the folding bottom of the cartons with different widths can be adapted; the third linear guide rail 53 is arranged and can drive the second folding blade component 38 to move up and down so as to adapt to the folded bottoms of the cartons with different heights; the fourth linear guide rail 68 can drive the conveyor belt arranged on the moving upright post 69 to move, so that the transportation of cartons with different widths is adapted. Through the first hinge assembly 39 and the second hinge assembly 38, the folding of the carton hinge can be completed, the folding efficiency of the carton hinge is improved, and the linear guide rod 63 and the V-shaped guide rod 64 are arranged, so that the structure is simple, and the folding of the carton hinge is realized.

the carton opening mechanism is used for grabbing cartons and opening the cartons, and comprises a horizontal support frame, a mounting frame, a first connecting frame and a first suction disc group, wherein the horizontal support frame is mounted at the upper end of a rack, the mounting frame is arranged on the horizontal support frame in a sliding manner, a rodless cylinder is arranged in the horizontal support frame, the inner surface of the mounting frame is connected with a sliding block on the rodless cylinder, the first connecting frame is arranged on the mounting frame, and the first suction disc group is arranged at the lower end of the first connecting frame;
the folding mechanism is used for folding the folding leaves at the bottom of the carton and comprises a first folding leaf component and a second folding leaf component, the first folding leaf component is arranged below the carton opening mechanism through a mounting bracket, the second folding leaf component is horizontally arranged on one side of the carton opening mechanism through a moving bracket, and the second folding leaf component is arranged on two sides of the first folding leaf component;
the carton sealing mechanism is used for bonding the folded hinges at the bottom of the carton;
the carton sealing device comprises a rack, wherein a carton inlet and a carton outlet are formed in the rack, and the carton conveying mechanism, the carton opening mechanism, the hinge mechanism and the carton sealing mechanism are sequentially arranged in the rack along the advancing direction of a carton.

A carton unpacking machine as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a carton pushing mechanism for pushing the folded carton to the carton sealing device, wherein the carton pushing mechanism comprises a fixing bracket and a push rod, the fixing bracket is arranged on one side of the hinge mechanism, a fifth linear guide rail is arranged on the fixing bracket, and the push rod is fixedly arranged on a slide block of the fifth linear guide rail.

the second folding baffle comprises a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate, a gap is formed between the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, and an inclined surface is arranged on the inner surface of the first clamping plate.

A carton unpacking machine as recited in claim 1, wherein the moving support comprises a horizontal mounting plate and a vertical mounting plate, the horizontal mounting plate being provided with a second linear guide rail, the second flap assembly being provided on a slide of the second linear guide rail; and a third linear guide rail is arranged on the vertical mounting plate, and the horizontal mounting plate is arranged on a sliding block of the third linear guide rail.

A carton unpacking machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the support brackets comprise a support chassis, a fixed upright and a moving upright, the fixed upright is fixedly arranged at one side of the support chassis, a fourth linear guide is arranged on the support chassis, the moving upright is arranged on a slide block of the fourth linear guide, the second conveyor belts are arranged in two groups, one group of the second conveyor belts is arranged on the fixed upright, the other group of the second conveyor belts is arranged on the moving upright, and a stop block is arranged on the second conveyor belts.
