塑料制品是采用塑料为主要原料加工而成的生活、工业等用品的统称。包括以塑料为原料的注塑、吸塑等所有工艺的制品。塑胶是一类具有可塑性的合成高分子材料。它与合成橡胶、合成纤维形成了日常生活不可缺少的三大合成材料。塑料改性是指在现有合成树脂加工成塑料制品的过程中或在已有塑料制品的基础上,通过物理或化学方法改变制品的一些性能。它是继聚合方法之外又一种获取新性能塑料的简捷而有效的方法。复合改性塑料通常是在树脂中的添加改性剂与树脂发生物理或化学反应形成的,使树脂的性能得到改善。目前复合改性塑料的注塑大多数还是采用传统的注塑机,传统的注塑机上料桶内部没有搅拌装置,需要人工搅拌完成后添加到料桶内,并且料桶出料时容易堵塞出料管,成型时,通过升降机构带动成型上模下降,成型上模与成型下模合模后,通过挤压机构将熔融状态的塑料喷射到成型上模与成型下模之间冷却成型,操作起来十分不方便,且合成的改性塑料由于内部改性剂分散不均匀而造成塑料局部性能达不到所需的要求,产品加工报废率高,提高了生产成本。
本实用新型即是针对现有技术的不足而研究提出的。

本实用新型的目的是克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供了一种将物料自动搅拌并且不会堵塞出料管的一种注塑成型均匀混料送料机构。

本实用新型公开了一种注塑成型均匀混料送料机构,包含固定在成型机上的升降机构,所述升降机构下方的成型机上固定有成型下模,所述升降机构上固定有与成型下模配套使用的成型上模,所述升降机构上还固定有支架,所述支架上固定有搅拌罐,所述搅拌罐上方分别固定有进料管Ⅰ和进料管Ⅱ,所述搅拌罐上方固定有搅拌电机,所述搅拌电机输出端与搅拌罐内部的搅拌轴固定连接,所述搅拌轴上固定有搅拌叶,所述搅拌轴上还倾斜固定有翻滚块,所述搅拌轴底部固定有螺旋叶Ⅰ,所述搅拌罐底部固定有导料管,所述导料管末端固定有挤压管,所述挤压管内部固定有螺旋叶Ⅱ,所述螺旋叶Ⅱ由输送电机驱动转动,所述挤压管底部外周侧还均匀缠绕有加热棒,所述挤压管底部还设置有喷射孔,所述喷射孔与成型上模上的成型通道相连。通过进料管Ⅰ往搅拌罐内部添加塑料颗粒,通过进料管Ⅱ往搅拌罐内添加改性剂,搅拌电机启动,搅拌电机带动搅拌轴转动,搅拌轴上搅拌叶自动对搅拌罐内进行搅拌,将塑料原料与改性剂搅拌混合,并且搅拌轴上固定的翻滚块随搅拌轴一起转动,由于翻滚块均倾斜固定在搅拌轴周侧,翻滚块转动时,塑料颗粒与改性剂随翻滚块端面向上移动,与上层的原料相互混合,实现塑料颗粒与改性剂的充分混合,并且通过搅拌轴底部的螺旋叶Ⅰ随搅拌轴转动,螺旋叶Ⅰ底部与搅拌罐底部还有间隙,搅拌时,螺旋叶Ⅰ底部的物料从间隙中排出并向上翻滚混合,由于螺旋叶Ⅰ结构问题,螺旋叶Ⅰ转动时伴随着推动物料往垂直叶片方向运输的特性,可以有效推动物料进入到导料管中,可以有效避免导料管位置堆积堵塞导料管,搅拌完全的物料进入到挤压管中,成型时,升降机构带动本装置下降,成型上模和成型下模合模后,输送电机螺旋叶Ⅱ转动,螺旋叶Ⅱ转动时带动挤压管内的混合物向下运输,通过加热棒将塑料颗粒加热成熔融状态后通过喷射孔进入到合模后的成型上模与成型下模之间,模具内注满塑料后,输送电机停止,熔融状态的塑料冷却成型后,升降机构再次启动,成型上模与成型下模分离,取出成型后的塑料,循环作业。
优选的,所述导料管为L型。
本实用新型与现有的技术相比有如下优点:
1.搅拌电机带动搅拌轴转动,搅拌轴上搅拌叶自动对搅拌罐内进行搅拌,将塑料原料与改性剂搅拌混合。
2.翻滚块转动时,塑料颗粒与改性剂随翻滚块端面向上移动,与上层的原料相互混合,实现塑料颗粒与改性剂的充分混合。
3.螺旋叶Ⅰ转动时伴随着推动物料往垂直叶片方向运输的特性,可以有效推动物料进入到导料管中,可以有效避免导料管位置堆积堵塞导料管。
4.本装置可以完成对塑料原料及改性剂的自动搅拌,并且搅拌充分后直接成型,无需人工搅拌及搬运,极大的减少了人力成本。
