背景技术
电动牵引车由电机带动,用于港口等区域性堆场的货物短途水平运输,物料往往存放在挂车中,需要牵引车来解决不同区间物料的高效运输。目前企业使用电动式牵引车以电能提供动力时,因牵引车在码头作业中,受作业工况需求,要求牵引车持续作业,且会频繁空载、重载起步、加速、急停、长时间待机等候作业,工作状态多样,复杂。传统的电动牵引车电池安装空间不足,电池配置容量有限,工作续航里程和工作时间有限,无法满足电动牵引车的长时间作业的需求,影响工作效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于在为牵引车的动力系统供电的过程中,提供一种牵引车供电系统,以解决传统的供电系统因电池容量低无法满足续航里程和工作时间的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术手段如下:

本实用新型实施例提供的牵引车供电系统10用于为牵引车20的动力系统21供电;当然在本实用新型的其他实施例中,该牵引车供电系统10还能够用于对其他动力系统进行供电,此处不作唯一限定。
请一并结合图1至图8,现对本实用新型提供的牵引车供电系统10进行说明。一种牵引车供电系统10,其设置于与牵引车20连接的运输挂车30的上方或下方。运输挂车30可用的安装空间大,牵引车供电系统10安装到运输挂车30上方或下方时,可以根据牵引车20使用工况配置不同容量的电池模组,保证牵引车20的续航里程和工作时间。
进一步地,牵引车供电系统10,包括电池模组、电池管理模块和配电装置。电池管理模块用于对电池模组的电压、电量和温度进行数据采集与逻辑控制。电池模组通过配电装置与动力系统21电连接,用于向动力系统21提供直流电源。具体地,牵引车20上还设置有整车控制模块。整车控制模块通过CAN总线分别与电池管理模块、电机控制模块、电源转换模块和电附件控制模块通信连接。牵引车20和运输挂车30连接时,配电装置通过高压线束将电池模组与动力系统21电连接,用于向动力系统21供电。同时,配电装置通过低压控制器线束接入整车控制模块。由整车控制模块控制电池模组为动力系统21供电。低压控制器线通过接插件的方式接入整车控制模块。电池管理模块通过CAN通信方式对电池模组的电压、电量和温度进行数据采集与逻辑控制。电机控制模块与动力系统21中的主驱电机连接,采集运行功率、电压、电流、温度数据,将数据上传至整车控制模块进行数据处理比较,整车控制模块将控制数据逻辑信息下达至电机控制模块中,由其直接控制主驱电机的运行状态。电源转换模块为整车用电设备相连提供所需的电源功率、电压、电流,电源转换模块通过CAN网络与整车控制模块连接,将电源功率、电压、电流等数据进行处理及逻辑控制。电附件控制模块与整车的电附件器件相连,电附件控制模块通过CAN网络与整车控制模块连接,将其相关控制数据信息传送至整车控制模块进行数据处理与逻辑控制。其中,整车控制模块可以是HCU(Hybrid Control Unit,混合动力整车控制器),电源转换模块为DC/DC电源转换模块,电附件控制模块为三合一电附件控制模块。
请一并结合图4至图8,牵引车供电系统10通过托架100设置于运输挂车30的上方或下方,使得牵引车供电系统10外部空间大,有利于散热。托架100上设置有第一箱体200,电池模组悬置于第一箱体200内。电池模组用于为动力系统21供电。即当牵引车20和运输挂车30连接后,通过电池模组为动力系统21供电,用于牵引车20的作业。当电池模组电量过低时,可以更换运输挂车30,对更换下来的运输挂车30上的电池模组进行充电,牵引车20可连接另一辆运输挂车30继续进行作业,保证整车可以每天24小时制进行工作。第一箱体200通过托架100与运输挂车30连接。避免了第一箱体200直接与运输挂车30连接。以使运输挂车30与第一箱体200之间具有间隙,方便气流流动对第一箱体200进行散热。本实施例中,第一箱体200为两个。两个第一箱体200分别位于运输挂车30轴线两侧。两个第一箱体200分别悬置有相同容量和重量的电池模组。
由于运输挂车30可装载电池模组的空间充足,可以配置大容量的电池模组,提升了动力系统21的电池容量。进而提高了牵引车20的续航里程和工作时间。改善了牵引车20工作效率。同时因为运输挂车30的空间较大,可以使维修难度和维修成本降低,提高了维修效率,提高牵引车20整体工作效率。
本实施例中,牵引车供电系统10装配在运输挂车30上,与将牵引车供电系统10放到牵引车20驾驶室侧面、后面以及车身两侧对比,能够有效的防护牵引车供电系统10安全,避免牵引车供电系统10受外部冲撞、砸压,提升牵引车供电系统10的安全性能。
第一箱体200对电池模组起包裹作用,提高电池模组的防水、防尘等能力。电池模组悬置于第一箱体200内。电池模组与第一箱体200之间留有一定间隙。可以在外部事物与第一箱体200发生碰撞时,形成对电池模组的保护。同时在整车工作时,避免因运输挂车30的振动,电池模组与第一箱体200以及运输挂车30发生碰撞的隐患。
进一步地,第一箱体200具有相对设置的第一侧壁(未示出)和第二侧壁210。第一侧壁上设有第一通风结构(未示出)。第二侧壁210上设有第二通风结构211。第一侧壁和第二侧壁210沿平行于运输挂车30轴线方向设置。以使在运输挂车30运动过程中,风能够从第一通风结构进入第一箱体200并从第二通风结构211排出,对电池模组进行冷却散热。运输挂车30轴线方向与图4中箭头X所指方向平行。
如图5所示,本实施例中,托架100包括上架体110和两个下架体120。各下架体120一一对应连接第一箱体200的下端。上架体110和下架体120互相平行且通过三角架130连接。下架体120之间通过横架140连接。托架100通过螺栓与运输挂车30连接。
第一箱体200内安装空间充足,电池模组本身可以形成良好的散热风道,保证牵引车供电系统10工作时,电池模组的温度控制在最佳的工作区间。提高牵引车供电系统10的使用寿命。进一步地,第一通风结构和第二通风结构211为栅孔或百叶窗孔211。如图6所示,本实施例中,第一通风结构和第二通风结构211为百叶窗孔211。采用百叶窗孔211,在满足通风的前提下,防止较大杂物进入第一箱体200破坏电池模组。第一箱体200上还设有用于移动第一箱体200的把手220和吊耳230。
请一并结合图4-图7,牵引车供电系统10还包括:设置于托架100上的第二箱体400和第三箱体500。配电装置收容于第二箱体400内。第三箱体500内收容有用于对电池模组进行充电的充电装置。设置第二箱体400和第三箱体500,使得配电装置和充电装置独立出来。避免整个牵引车供电系统10的应力过于集中,同时有利于线束的布置,牵引车供电系统10出现故障时,维修便利性提高。本实施例中,第二箱体400和第三箱体500一一对应的与第一箱体200沿平行于运输挂车30轴向方向设置。具体地,第二箱体400和第三箱体500一一对应连接下架体120的延伸部121。第二箱体400和第三箱体500均与所对应的第二侧壁210相对且间隙设置,以便于气体流动进行散热。进一步地,牵引车供电系统10与运输挂车30之间设置有减震装置。具体地,第一箱体200与托架100之间、第二箱体400和第三箱体500与延伸部121之间均设置有减震垫。由于采用了柔性物理连接,在整车工作时,提高了第一箱体200、电池模组、第二箱体400、配电装置、第三箱体500和充电装置的抗振能力,提高整个牵引车供电系统10的使用寿命。
进一步地,牵引车供电系统10还包括能量回收装置。能量回收装置用于将牵引车20制动时产生的能量转换成电能并通过配电装置回收至电池模组。牵引车供电系统10按照设定的控制策略为动力系统21供电。既能增加牵引车20的续航里程又能保证牵引车20的性能及安全不受影响,并且可以提高牵引车20整体工作效率。
进一步地,充电装置具有双枪充电插座。双枪充电插座用于与充电桩插头连接对电池模组进行充电。本实施例中,双枪充电插座朝向运输挂车30外侧,方便外部充电桩对电池模组进行充电。充电装置将外部输入的电能传递到电池模组进行储存。双枪充电插座可以满足两个充电桩同时对电池模组进行充电,实现快速充电目的。也可以根据需求选择双枪充电插座中任意一个充电插座连接进行充电。
如图8所示,进一步地,运输挂车30上设置有用于对牵引车供电系统10进行防护的防护栏600。防护栏600安装在托架100两侧,对整个牵引车供电系统10形成外部保护。整个防护栏600对第一箱体200、第二箱体400和第三箱体500形成包裹状态。防护栏600连接在运输挂车30上,不增加托架100的承重。同时防护栏600与第一箱体200、第二箱体400和第三箱体500之间留有一定的间隙,对整个牵引车供电系统10形成保护。
在一个具体的实施例中,牵引车供电系统10包括以下工作状态:
1、快速起动:由配电装置、整车控制模块、电池管理模块、电机控制模块、DC/DC电源转换模块、三合一电附件控制模块组成。整车控制模块为主要数据处理与逻辑控制核心部件,通过车载CAN网络通信与电池管理模块、电机控制模块、DC/DC电源转换模块、三合一电附件控制模块各部件进行连接通信,并且采集相关数据信息进行处理与控制交互。电池管理模块通过CAN通信方式与电池模组电压、电量、温度进行数据采集与逻辑控制。牵引车20通过整车控制模块控制整车的供电,可以快速进入工作模式。
2、平顺起步:牵引车20与运输挂车30连接后,由电池模组进行供电。动力系统21驱动牵引车20行驶,牵引车20起步平顺有力。无变速箱,无换挡过程,无动力中断,牵引车20动力连续,驾驶轻松,乘坐舒适。
3、能量回馈:驾驶员松油门或踩下刹车踏板等制动动作时,动力系统21产生制动阻力,产生的能量转换成电能给电池模组充电。制动回馈收回的能量可以用作动力系统21助力和纯电动模式的电量。
4、外接快速充电功能:牵引车20动力源由电池模组组成。电池模组通过充电装置为其充电。充电装置具有双枪充电插座,用于与充电桩插头连接对电池模组进行充电。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的牵引车供电系统10与常规牵引车20电池模组大量堆积在牵引车20驾驶室侧面和后面,以及车身两侧相比,提高了对电池模组的保护,电池模组的安全性大大提升。同时空间更大,配置的电量更多,提高了续航里程和工作时间。空间加大的同时电池的检查和维修也比较方便。
并且,电池模组布置方式的更改,电池模组有充足的空间布置散热风道,使电池模组的温升较慢、工作时的最高温度和平均温度降低且故障率降低。同时电池模组的容量衰减变慢,提高了电池模组的寿命。进一步地,高压线束的布置空间增大,可以与低压控制线束分开足够的距离,避免通讯产生的干扰导致牵引车20无法正常工作,提高了牵引车20的稳定性。
本实施例提供的牵引车供电系统10针对码头牵引车20频繁空载、重载起步、爬坡、加速、急停、长时间待机等候作业,每天持续24小时工作,工作状态多样、复杂的特点,采用锂电池组作为电池模组为动力系统21进行供电,实现了码头牵引车20纯锂电池输出电动行驶模式、制动能量回收模式、降低了能量的损失,完全实现了牵引车20零油耗和污染排放。
以上所揭露的仅为本实用新型较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本实用新型之权利范围,因此依本实用新型权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本实用新型所涵盖的范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种牵引车供电系统,用于为牵引车的动力系统供电,其特征在于,所述牵引车供电系统设置于与所述牵引车连接的运输挂车的上方或下方;
所述牵引车供电系统,包括电池模组、电池管理模块和配电装置;
所述电池管理模块用于对所述电池模组的电压、电量和温度进行数据采集与逻辑控制;
所述电池模组通过所述配电装置与所述动力系统电连接,用于向所述动力系统提供直流电源;
所述牵引车供电系统还包括能量回收装置,用于将所述牵引车制动时产生的能量转换成电能并通过所述配电装置回收至所述电池模组。
2.根据权利要求1所述的牵引车供电系统,其特征在于,所述运输挂车上设置有用于对所述牵引车供电系统进行防护的防护栏。
3.根据权利要求2所述的牵引车供电系统,其特征在于,所述牵引车供电系统与所述运输挂车之间设置有减震装置。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的牵引车供电系统,其特征在于,所述牵引车供电系统通过托架设置于所述运输挂车的上方或下方。
5.根据权利要求4所述的牵引车供电系统,其特征在于,所述托架上设置有第一箱体,所述电池模组悬置于所述第一箱体内;
所述第一箱体与所述运输挂车之间具有间隙,所述第一箱体具有相对设置的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁上设有第一通风结构,所述第二侧壁上设有第二通风结构,所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁沿平行于所述运输挂车轴线方向设置,以使在所述运输挂车运动过程中,风能够从所述第一通风结构进入所述第一箱体并从所述第二通风结构排出。
6.根据权利要求5所述的牵引车供电系统,其特征在于,所述第一通风结构和所述第二通风结构为栅孔或百叶窗孔。
7.根据权利要求6所述的牵引车供电系统,其特征在于,所述托架上设置有第二箱体和第三箱体,所述配电装置收容于所述第二箱体内,所述第三箱体内收容有用于对所述电池模组进行充电的充电装置。
8.根据权利要求7所述的牵引车供电系统,其特征在于,所述充电装置具有双枪充电插座,用于与充电桩插头连接对所述电池模组进行充电。
