Abstract

Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种具有向下枢转的封闭件的车辆,并且更具体地涉及一种后挡板组件,其对在所述后挡板内插入可收起物品提供辅助。
背景技术
一些车辆封闭件,诸如后挡板,设置有可方便地收纳在所述封闭件内的组件。例如,后挡板可以包括踏板组件,所述踏板组件可以从打开的后挡板进行伸缩拉动,并且随后向下枢转以便于进入卡车货厢。然而,当人手动提升踏板组件以使其对准以便将组件可伸缩地滑动到后挡板中时,这种提升动作可能无意中导致后挡板开始向上枢转,这使得将组件滑动到后挡板中变得更加困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决了现有技术存在的技术问题。
一个实施例设想了一种车辆,所述车辆包括:可枢转地安装到所述车辆的封闭件,所述封闭件包括可从所述封闭件内展开的踏板;被配置为打开和关闭所述封闭件的电动系统,所述电动系统包括位置传感器;以及展开开关,所述展开开关检测何时收起所述踏板。所述车辆还可以包括控制器,所述控制器检测到从所述封闭件展开所述踏板,检测到所述封闭件小于完全打开,以及自动致动所述电动系统以驱动所述封闭件完全打开。
一个实施例的优点在于,可以采用用于封闭件(诸如后挡板)的电动上下系统,以在将踏板组件从展开位置移动到收起位置时将所述封闭件保持在完全打开的位置中。可以在不干扰用于所述封闭件的所述电动上下系统的操作的情况下完成这种对踏板组件的收起的辅助。

具体实施方式
图1至图6示出了车辆22(诸如皮卡车)的货厢20,所述货厢 20包括地板24,由前壁26、一对侧壁28和封闭件(诸如后挡板30) 围绕。每个侧壁28包括在其后端的卡车货厢支柱32,所述卡车货厢支柱32具有后挡板枢转铰链34,所述后挡板30围绕所述后挡板枢转铰链34枢转。
车辆22被配置为提供后挡板30的远程电动上下。电动上下系统 40可以包括驱动单元42,所述驱动单元42可以包括内部部件,诸如马达、机电离合器和用于马达的电力源。用于车辆的马达、机电离合器和电力源在本领域中是已知的,并且因此在本文中将不再讨论和示出。驱动单元42可以选择性地连接在后挡板30和货厢支柱32之间,以围绕枢转铰链34在关闭(向上)位置和打开(向下)位置之间来回枢转后挡板30。电动上下系统40还可以包括控制器44,所述控制器44 接收信号并且经由驱动单元42控制后挡板30的上下移动。虽然控制器44被示为安装在后挡板30中,但其也可以安装在车辆其他位置处并且可以是另一个控制器(诸如,例如车辆的车身控制器)的一部分(如果需要的话)。

电动上下系统40还可以包括踏板展开开关50,所述踏板展开开关50安装在邻近后挡板30的顶表面52处。该开关50与控制器44 通信。当踏板组件54在完全收起位置(图3和图4中所示)中时,开关 50闭合,并且当踏板组件54在部分展开(图2中所示)或完全展开(图 1中所示)的位置中时,开关50断开。
踏板组件54可以包括手动辅助支撑件56,所述手动辅助支撑件 56在不需要时可缩回到后挡板30中。踏板组件54还可以包括连接到横向延伸踏板60的一对支撑导轨58。可以与后挡板一起使用的踏板组件54的详情在美国专利6,918,624中公开,所述专利的全部内容通过引用并入本文。支撑导轨58从后挡板30的顶表面52延伸,并且当正确对准以便伸缩插入时可以伸缩地接收在后挡板30内(参见图 2)。在从后挡板30延伸之后(参见图1),支撑导轨58也可以向下枢转,以便更容易地被希望攀入货厢20中的人用作踏板。当踏板组件54在其完全收起位置中时(参见图3和图4),其接触踏板展开开关50,将开关50移动到闭合位置,并且当不在其完全收起位置中时(参见图 1至图2),开关50断开,从而向控制器44指示踏板组件54被至少部分展开。
参考图1至图8b,现在将相对于图9讨论用于后挡板的电动上下系统40的操作。在步骤70中踏板组件54被收起的条件下,在步骤 72中可以使用典型的手动操作或使用电动上下系统40来打开和关闭后挡板30。可以由控制器44基于踏板展开开关50确定踏板54是否被收起。当收起踏板54时,踏板54通过按压开关50来致动开关50。
如果在步骤70中没有收起踏板组件54,则在步骤74中阻止后挡板30的电动上下系统40的功能。控制器44基于踏板54未接合开关50来确定未被收起(展开)。
在步骤76中,确定车辆22是否在驻车挡。在该情况下,驻车通常是指变速器的驻车挡设置,但是如果需要的话,也可以改为采用阻止车辆22移动的其他指示器。如果车辆22不在驻车挡,则在步骤 78中控制器44不提供踏板收起辅助。
如果在驻车挡,则在步骤80中可以提供踏板收起辅助。在具有踏板收起辅助的情况下,在步骤82中确定后挡板30是否大于从完全打开的后挡板30计的两度。这种打开角度的确定可以基于从后挡板位置传感器46到控制器44的输入。虽然在本文中两度被用作一个示例,但也可以选择从完全打开计的更大或更小的位移角度作为阈值。如果不大于两度,则电动上下系统40不采取动作。
如果在步骤82中后挡板30大于从完全打开的后挡板30计的两度,则在步骤84中启动电动上下系统40以驱动后挡板30返回到完全打开位置。这可以是朝向打开顺序的重复驱动,只要踏板未被收起并且后挡板大于从完全打开计的两度即可。
当后挡板30从完全打开位置向上提升时基本上被检测到的是有人手动向上提升踏板60以向上枢转支撑导轨58。在该情况下,通过用电动上下系统40向下驱动后挡板30,后挡板30保持在适当位置中,使得更容易将用于伸缩插入的支撑导轨58对准至后挡板30中。
一旦完成踏板组件54从展开位置到收起位置的移动,则在步骤 86中致动踏板展开开关50(指示收起的踏板54),随后在步骤72 中允许后挡板30的电动上下功能恢复。

根据一个实施例,所述封闭件是后挡板。
根据一个实施例,所述展开开关安装在邻近展开所述踏板的所述封闭件的表面处,并且所述踏板在收起时接合所述展开开关。
根据一个实施例,所述控制器被配置为当检测到所述踏板未收起时,防止所述电动系统将所述封闭件从打开位置移动到关闭位置。
根据一个实施例,所述位置传感器是霍尔效应传感器,所述霍尔效应传感器检测所述封闭件相对于所述车辆的位置。
根据一个实施例,所述控制器被配置为防止致动所述电动系统驱动所述封闭件完全打开,除非所述车辆在驻车挡。
根据一个实施例,所述控制器被配置为当检测到所述踏板未收起时,防止所述电动系统将所述封闭件从打开位置移动到关闭位置。
Claims (7)
1.一种车辆,其特征在于,包括:
可枢转地安装到所述车辆的封闭件,所述封闭件包括可从所述封闭件内部展开的踏板;
被配置为打开和关闭所述封闭件的电动系统,所述电动系统包括位置传感器;
展开开关,所述展开开关检测何时收起所述踏板;以及
控制器,所述控制器检测到从所述封闭件展开所述踏板,检测到所述封闭件小于完全打开,以及自动致动所述电动系统以驱动所述封闭件完全打开。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述封闭件是后挡板。
3.如权利要求1所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述展开开关安装在邻近展开所述踏板的所述封闭件的表面处,并且所述踏板在收起时接合所述展开开关。
