1. a blanking unit: the product conveying belt corresponds to one of the stations on the rotating table and comprises a product conveying belt, and the product conveying belt is positioned right below the stations.

The automatic packaging device for disc-shaped nuts as claimed in claim 1, wherein an intermittent servo motor is provided at the center of the bottom of said disc-shaped turntable, said intermittent servo motor drives said disc-shaped turntable to rotate (360/N) ° every time, and the time interval between two rotations is 1-3 s.

The automatic disc-shaped nut packing device according to claim 1, wherein the raw material conveyer belt comprises a horizontal belt and a slope belt, the slope belt is positioned at the tail end of the raw material conveyer belt and is inclined upwards, a roller is arranged at the junction of the horizontal belt and the slope belt, the roller is used for conveying zipper-type packing bags laid on the horizontal belt to the slope belt, and the length of the slope belt is less than that of the zipper-type packing bags;
the gripper comprises a first mechanical arm, two clamping plates and a fourth driving unit for opening or closing the clamping plates, the clamping plates are fixed at one end of the first mechanical arm, and the clamping plates clamp the unsealed end of the zipper type packaging bag.
5. A disc-shaped nut automatic packaging device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the bag opening unit is provided with a suction pump, and the suction pump is communicated with the suction cup assembly;
the sucker assembly comprises at least one group of upper sucker assemblies and at least one group of lower sucker assemblies, and the upper sucker assemblies are aligned to the upper part of the position where the zipper of the zipper type packaging bag is located; the lower sucker component is aligned with the lower part of the position where the zipper of the zipper type packaging bag is located.

The automatic packaging device for disc-shaped nuts as claimed in claim 5, wherein the bag opening unit is provided with two support plates in a V shape and a second mechanical arm, the inner walls of the two support plates are matched with the outer wall of the feeding funnel, the support plates are fixed at one end of the second mechanical arm, and the second mechanical arm is used for driving the support plates to be inserted into the opened zipper-type packaging bag and move to the station where the feeding unit is located along with the rotating table until the feeding funnel extends into the zipper-type packaging bag.
7. An automatic disc-shaped nut packaging device as claimed in claim 1, wherein two of said platen assemblies are provided with hard rubber pads disposed thereon.

A device for automatically packaging nuts in the shape of a disc as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the device is provided with a controller connected to the disc-shaped turntable, the clamp, the gripping unit, the bag opening unit, the putting unit and the bag closing unit and used for controlling the operation of the disc-shaped turntable, the clamp, the gripping unit, the bag opening unit, the putting unit and the bag closing unit.
9. The automatic disc-shaped nut packaging device of claim 8, wherein the controller is a PLC controller.
