4) starting the suction bag lifting cylinder 57 to work, driving the balance block 59 to move downwards through the fifth piston rod 58 until the suction bag sucker 60 is attached to the surface of the valve bag 23, controlling the ventilation of the air pipeline through the control box 25 to enable the suction bag sucker 60 to generate negative pressure, and sucking the valve bag 23 through the negative pressure;
5) the bag suction lifting cylinder 57 is started to work, the balance block 59 is driven to move upwards through the fifth piston rod 58 until the balance block 59 touches the sucker height limiting device, and the opening of the bag opening of the valve bag 23 is notched;
6) the opening pushing cylinder 34 is started to work, and the whole opening and closing mechanism is driven to push out through the second piston rod 38, so that the opening mouth extends into the bag opening along the gap opened by the bag sucking sucker 60;
7) the opening and closing cylinder 41 is started to work, and the upper teeth 42 are driven to rotate through the third piston rod and the push rod to open the bag opening;
8) starting the integral lifting cylinder 29 to work, and driving the lifting platform 32 to integrally lift to the top through the first piston rod;
9) the bag suction pushing cylinder 31 is started to work, the connecting rod mechanism is driven to retract through the fourth piston rod 49, the whole bag suction mechanism is horizontally retracted and ascends simultaneously, and the valve bag 23 is completely unfolded;

The material receiving tray 71 is arranged below the lifting platform 69 on the material bag platform support 64, the material receiving tray 71 is of an inverted cone structure, and a dust suction opening is formed in the material receiving tray 71, so that scattered residual materials can be effectively collected.
