The swing cylinder 307 pushes the joint head 306 and the connecting rod 305 to move continuously, so that the swing shaft 304 is driven to rotate, and the blanking baffle 22 is driven to swing; the swinging shaft 304 can also be changed into a stepping motor 303, as shown in fig. 3, the stepping motor 303 drives the blanking baffle 33 to swing, and the blanking baffle 33 can be opened and closed to block the blanking slot and open the blanking slot, so that temporary storage of small bags and conversion of falling into the transfer box 5 during continuous counting are realized;
the receiving bucket 38 receives the small bags falling from the blanking slot holes, a plurality of exhaust diversion holes 30 are also arranged on the surface of the receiving bucket 38, the small bags fall smoothly due to the diversion airflow, a receiving baffle 39 is arranged at the bottom of the receiving bucket 38, a receiving transfer box 5 is placed under the bottom of the receiving baffle 39, and the receiving baffle 39 can prevent the small bags from being popped out from the transfer box. The exhaust diversion holes 30 arranged on the blanking buffer cylinder 36 and the receiving cylinder 38 can unload the undershoot air flow of the small bag packing machine, so that the small bag can smoothly fall down, the suspension phenomenon is prevented, and the counting is accurate.
Transfer box:
as shown in fig. 6: the transfer box 5 is used for transferring and storing the buccal cigarette small bag, and the transfer box 5 is made of food grade material and can be made of food grade stainless steel and organic glass; the bottom of the transfer box 5 is of a mesh structure or is provided with a plurality of small holes for exhausting and removing tobacco dust.
The small buccal cigarettes are received from the counting mechanism 3, the transfer boxes 5 are conveyed by the conveyor 2, and the material distributing cylinder is arranged in front of the counting mechanism 3, so that the transfer boxes 5 enter the counting mechanism 3 one by one, when entering the bottom of the blanking baffle 33, the signal induction and positioning cylinder 301 act to push the transfer boxes 5 into the middle of the material receiving baffle 39, namely, the material receiving position, and the accurate positioning of the transfer boxes 5 is realized. After the one-time material receiving counting is completed, the positioning cylinder 301 is retracted, the transfer box 5 is conveyed to the next station by the conveyor 2, the blanking baffle 33 swings to the initial position to block the blanking slot, the temporarily-stored falling small bag is blocked by the next transfer box 5, the material distributing cylinder is released, and the material receiving position is reached, so that continuous counting and material receiving are realized. After passing through the last-removing weighing mechanism, the transfer box 5 is conveyed to the feeding mechanism 10 through the lifting pushing assembly 9, the feeding mechanism 10 is a feeding station, the transfer box 5 is grabbed by a mechanical grabbing hand 1004 of the feeding station, small bags are poured into the blanking funnel 104, and the small bags fall into a feeding ring barrel of the box feeding device.
Remove last weighing machine construct:
as shown in fig. 7: the transfer box 5 with the receiving material is pushed into the dust removing station of the dust removing weighing mechanism 6 through the box transferring device 65, the box transferring device 65 moves and guides through the horizontal guide shaft 651 and the linear bearing 653, the far-end stepping motor 641 drives the box transferring device 65 to move at different stations through the synchronous belt 62, the transfer box 5 moves under the clamping of the two pushing side plates 655 on the box transferring device 65, the air jet pore plate 6560 on the box transferring device 65 presses the top of the transfer box 5 under the action of the air cylinder 658, meanwhile air flow is ejected from the small holes on the air jet pore plate 6560, dust on the small bags is blown out along with the air flow through the bottom meshes of the transfer box, and dust removal of the small bags containing cigarettes is achieved.
Square slots are formed in the dust removing bottom plate 631 and the base plate 632 so that the airflow flushes the smoke dust to fall down, and a dust removing cloth bag can be additionally arranged at the bottom of the dust removing bottom plate 631 for receiving the smoke dust. The air injection bottom plate 656 is connected with the lower air cylinder 658, can move along the vertical direction through a vertical guide shaft 657 and a linear bearing 653 arranged on the pushing bottom plate 654, is internally provided with an air chamber and a diversion trench, is connected with the air storage tank 67 through a quick connector and an air pipe, and is provided with an air injection pore plate 6560 with a plurality of small holes on the bottom surface of the air injection bottom plate 656 for dust removal and air blowing.
The weighing assembly 66 is composed of a weighing module, a weighing base plate and a weighing base plate arranged on the weighing module, after dust removal is completed, the material box transferring device 65 moves the transfer box 5 into a weighing station, the transfer box completes weight detection on the weighing assembly 66, a data signal is transmitted into the PLC, then the small box is moved back to a conveying belt by the material box transferring device 65, and unqualified weight products enter a rejecting station for rejection. The transfer of the transfer box, dust removal and weighing are realized.
And a feeding mechanism:
as shown in fig. 11: the rotary clamping arm 100 in the initial state is located at the working origin, the gripper 1004 of the rotary clamping arm 100 is loosened and parallel to the conveyor 2, the lifting cylinder 107 is located at the low position, when the sensor detects that the transfer box 5 enters the gripper 1004 of the feeding mechanism, the gripper 1004 contracts along with the gripper cylinder 1003 to clamp the transfer box 5, the lifting cylinder 107 lifts the platform where the rotary arm 1001 is located, the servo motor 109 drives the rotary arm 1001 to rotate, the blanking funnel 104 is up, the overturning cylinder 1002 overturns the transfer box 5 to finish pouring a small bag, meanwhile, the blowing cylinder 105 descends, the spray head 106 is aligned with meshes at the bottom of the transfer box 5, the sprayed airflow enables the small bag to fall into the blanking funnel 104 completely, after the pouring action is completed, the blowing cylinder 105 is lifted, the servo motor 109 rotates to drive the rotary clamping arm 100 to enter the upper part of the recycling conveyor, the gripper cylinder 1003 is loosened after the lifting cylinder 107 descends, the transfer box 5 is placed on the recycling conveyor, then the lifting cylinder 107 ascends, the rotary clamping arm 100 rotates back to the origin position on the small box conveyor, the lifting cylinder 107 descends to the origin position, and waits for the arrival of the next transfer box. The positions of the small box conveyor, which are close to the feeding mechanism 10, are provided with a distributing cylinder and a position detecting photoelectric sensor 35, so that the transfer boxes 5 enter the feeding mechanism 10 one by one in order.
According to different production line arrangements, the conveying mechanism of the device can be matched with a vertical lifting conveyor and a landing conveyor to convey the transfer small boxes to different heights so as to flexibly arrange the production lines; the device is provided with a distributing device 4 before each independent mechanism so as to enable transfer boxes 5 to sequentially enter stations one by one, and a lifting pushing assembly 9 can be used for transferring the transfer boxes from the horizontal conveyor to the vertical lifting conveyor. The device can be provided with the buffer mechanism 8 between each station, the buffer mechanism 8 comprises a working machine and a conveyor belt arranged on the working machine, the conveyor belt can buffer the transfer box and also can convey the transfer box, so that buffer can be realized between each station, the fault part can be independently stopped, and the operation of other stations is not influenced.
