The moving module 30 includes a transverse column 32, the transverse column 32 extends along a transverse direction, one end of the transverse column extends to the left longitudinal column 31, the other end of the transverse column extends to the right longitudinal column 31, and both ends of the transverse column 32 are movably connected with the longitudinal columns 31.
The two longitudinal columns 31 are respectively and movably connected with a longitudinal slide block 314; one surface of each longitudinal sliding block 314 is movably connected with the longitudinal column 31, and the other surfaces of the two longitudinal sliding blocks 314 are respectively connected with the two ends of the transverse column 32; when the user selects the article to be purchased, the longitudinal motor 313 drives the longitudinal sliding block 314 to move along the longitudinal direction, and the longitudinal sliding block 314 drives the transverse column 32 to move along the longitudinal direction; the pick module 40 is mounted on the transverse column 32 such that the pick module 40 moves along the longitudinal direction with the transverse column 32 to move the pick module 40 to the height of the selected item.
The longitudinal column 31 is concavely provided with a mounting groove 315 for mounting the longitudinal sliding block 314, and the mounting groove 315 extends along the longitudinal direction; the surface of the longitudinal sliding block 314 abutting against the longitudinal column 31 forms a mounting protrusion, the mounting protrusion is embedded into the mounting groove 315, and the mounting protrusion reciprocates longitudinally along the length direction of the mounting groove 315 under the action of the longitudinal motor 313.
A clamping groove is concavely formed on the side wall of the mounting groove 315, and the clamping groove extends along the length direction of the mounting groove 315; the end part of the mounting convex block protrudes towards two sides to form a clamping strip, the clamping strip is embedded into the clamping groove, the longitudinal sliding block 314 is connected with the longitudinal column 31, and when the longitudinal sliding block 314 is driven by the longitudinal motor 313, the longitudinal sliding block 314 cannot be separated from the longitudinal column 31 under the action of the clamping strip, so that the longitudinal sliding block 314 smoothly reciprocates on the longitudinal column 31.
The mounting groove 315 communicates with the inside of the longitudinal column 31; a first transmission structure 33 is arranged inside the longitudinal column 31; the first transmission structure 33 includes a plurality of first transmission wheels 331 and a first belt body 332 connecting the plurality of first transmission wheels 331; in this embodiment, two ends of the longitudinal column 31 are respectively provided with a first driving wheel 331, the first belt body 332 connects the two first driving wheels 331, and one side of the first belt body 332 is connected with the longitudinal sliding block 314; when the longitudinal motor 313 drives the first transmission structure 33 to move up and down, the first belt body 332 drives the longitudinal sliding block 314 to move up and down in a reciprocating manner, so that the transverse column 32 moves in the longitudinal direction,
however, the two longitudinal columns 31 are synchronous, the left longitudinal slide 314 moves by a certain amount, and the right longitudinal slide 314 also necessarily moves by a certain amount, so as to ensure that the transverse column 32 is transversely arranged all the time in the moving process, so that the goods taking module 40 on the transverse column 32 can keep a vertical state, and the goods taking module 40 is convenient to take and load goods.
A gap is reserved between the mounting groove 315 and the mounting convex block, so that when the longitudinal sliding block 314 moves on the longitudinal column 31, abrasion between the mounting convex block and the mounting groove 315 can be reduced, the service lives of the mounting convex block and the mounting groove 315 are prolonged, and an infrared sensor can be conveniently arranged on the inner wall of the mounting groove 315.
