本实用新型公开了一种高压条件下密封用卡套, 其特征在于卡套小端内侧为双刃,外锥为16°— 20°,工作时双刃切入管子形成双刃密封,在400— 600巴压力下,仍能起到良好的密封作用。

Description

本实用新型涉及液压管接头密封领域。
现有密封卡套、为单刃结构小端外锥角为26°,其适用的压力范围为400巴以下。
本发明的目的在于提高卡套式管接头的耐压性能使其在600巴以下范围内仍能达到密封效果。
本发明采用的解决方案是:将卡套的单刃改为双刃,将卡套小端外锥角(a)减小到16°——20°。
当卡套前刃前角(r01)为0°——5°后角(a01)为5°——10°、后刃前角(r02)为0°——5°后角(a02)为5°——10°时,采用该卡套的接头的耐压密封性能最佳。
本发明的效果是:以本发明所组成的管接头、当管内压力在400——600巴时,仍能起到密封作用。

密封机理:旋紧螺母(4),在螺母与接头体(1)的共同作用下,迫使密封卡套(3),刃部切入管子(2)形成双刃密封。
下面以12毫米的卡套为实例加以说明以1Cr17Ni12为材料,按下表所示加工后,表面热处理、硬度范围HV550-800、硬层深0.03-0.05mm、芯部硬度范围HV220-300。

以此卡套所成的管接头在650巴的压力下仍起良好的密封作用。

Claims (2)

1、密封卡套由带有轴肩的轴套形成,其特征在于卡套小端内侧有双刃,外表为16°-20°锥角的外锥。
2、权利要求1所示的卡套,其特征在于前刃前角为0°-5°,后角为5°-10°,后刃前角为0°-5°,后角为5°-10°。
