Abstract
本发明公开了一种螺纹管接头的双密封结构,包括被连接件、垫圈、管接头和密封圈,所述密封圈设置于被连接件连接管接头的外表面,并与管接头的限位台阶配合;在螺纹管接头和被连接件连接处采用密封圈压缩密封和垫圈变形密封的双密封结构,可有效提高密封的可靠性和使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及螺纹连接管接头领域,具体涉及一种螺纹管接头的双密封结构。
背景技术
常规螺纹连接管接头只采用密封圈压缩密封(如图3),管接头经多次拆装或长期使用,密封圈容易损伤或老化,工作介质会出现泄漏,造成工作压力不稳定,影响成品性能或其他系统附件。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种螺纹连接管接头。
本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种螺纹管接头的双密封结构,包括被连接件1、管接头3和密封圈4,所述密封圈4设置于被连接件1连接管接头3的外表面,并与管接头的限位台阶3a配合,螺纹管接头的双密封结构还包括设置在被连接件1与管接头3端面的垫圈2。
进一步地,所述垫圈2采用T2-M、T3-M材料。
本发明的有益效果在于:在螺纹管接头和被连接件连接处采用密封圈压缩密封和垫圈变形密封的双密封结构,可有效提高密封的可靠性和使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
在被连接件上设有螺纹安装孔用于螺纹管接头连接,在螺纹连接处采用密封圈(4)压缩密封工作介质;在被连接件与螺纹管接头端面增加垫圈(2),安装螺纹管接头时,通过适宜的拧紧力矩,使垫圈充分变形消除间隙密封工作介质。同时为保证密封圈压缩量和防止挤压损伤,在管接头设有限位台阶(3b);为保证垫圈易变形,垫圈材料应采用T2-M或T3-M材料。

1.一种螺纹管接头的双密封结构,包括被连接件(1)、管接头(3)和密封圈(4),所述密封圈(4)设置于被连接件(1)连接管接头(3)的外表面,并与管接头的限位台阶(3a)配合,其特征在于:螺纹管接头的双密封结构还包括设置在被连接件(1)与管接头(3)端面的垫圈(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺纹管接头的双密封结构,其特征在于:所述垫圈(2)采用T2-M、T3-M材料。
