所述的斜顶杆为圆形顶针。

如图1-图5所示，本实用新型是一种大斜度斜顶模具，包括动模板1、顶板2、斜顶杆3、斜顶头4、斜顶头固定销5、斜顶杆保护块6、斜顶座7、滑动座8、滑动块9。
所述的斜顶头4固定套接在斜顶杆3的上端并由斜顶头固定销5固定，斜顶头4的顶面伸入型腔，斜顶杆保护块6通过螺钉62固定在动模板1上，斜顶杆3的中部活动穿置在斜顶杆保护块6的导向孔61内，斜顶杆3的下端与滑动座8通过螺丝82固定连接，滑动座8通过滑动块9滑接在斜顶座7的滑槽71内，斜顶座7固定在顶板2上。
所述的滑动座8的两侧分别向外伸出一个转轴81，滑动块9活动套接在滑动座8的转轴81上。
在本实施例中，所述的斜顶杆3为圆形顶针。
本实用新型的工作原理：
顶板2向上顶起，活动安装在滑动座8上的滑动块9在斜顶座7的滑槽71内，斜顶杆3在斜顶杆保护块6的引导下，斜顶头4向上顶出塑料制品10。
