The pre-treatment system 4 for juicing is used for inserting and taking the fruit 1 on the fruit storage mechanism 3, peeling, slicing and denucleating the fruit, and then feeding the fruit after being sliced into the spiral juicing mechanism 5, specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the pre-treatment system 4 for juicing comprises a horizontal inserting and taking mechanism, a vertical inserting and taking mechanism, a peeling mechanism, a slicing mechanism and a denucleating mechanism.
As shown in fig. 7, the horizontal inserting and taking mechanism is arranged at the side of the fruit storing mechanism 3, and the horizontal inserting and taking mechanism comprises a third bracket 21, a horizontal two-axis linear module and a horizontal inserting pin 22. The side face of the inner wall of the refrigerated cabinet 2 is fixedly provided with a third slide rail 60 arranged along the front-rear direction, the third support 21 is provided with a third slide block 65 matched with the third slide rail 60, and the third support 21 is arranged in the refrigerated cabinet 2 through the third slide block 65 and the third slide rail 60. The horizontal two-axis linear module is installed on the third support 21, and the horizontal two-axis linear module is used for driving the horizontal pin 22 to move back and forth and left and right, and specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the horizontal two-axis linear module includes the left and right linear modules 76 and the front and back linear modules 77, the left and right linear modules 76 are fixedly installed on the third support 21, the front and back linear modules 77 are fixedly connected with the sliders of the left and right linear modules 76, and the horizontal pin 22 is fixedly connected with the sliders of the front and back linear modules 77. The sensor detects the fruit 1 in the fruit basket 19, the front and back linear module 77 drives the horizontal pin 22 to align with the fruit 1, and then the left and right linear module 76 drives the horizontal pin 22 to insert into the fruit 1, so as to realize the horizontal insertion and taking of the fruit 1. When there is no fruit 1 in a fruit basket, the chain drive 74 drives the fruit basket adjacent to the fruit basket to move to the same horizontal position as the horizontal pins 22.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the vertical inserting and taking mechanism is arranged above the horizontal inserting and taking mechanism, and the vertical inserting and taking mechanism comprises a fourth bracket 23, a vertical linear module, a vertical sliding bracket 24, a fruit rotating shaft 25, a fruit rotating shaft driving mechanism and a vertical inserting needle 26. The inner wall side of the refrigerated cabinet 2 is fixedly provided with a fourth slide rail 61 arranged along the front-rear direction, the fourth support 23 is provided with a fourth slide block 66 matched with the fourth slide rail 61, and the fourth support 23 is arranged in the refrigerated cabinet 2 through the fourth slide block 66 and the fourth slide rail 61. The vertical linear module is installed on the fourth bracket 23 and used for driving the vertical sliding bracket 24 to vertically move, specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the vertical linear module comprises a lead screw 78 and a lead screw driving motor 79, the lead screw 78 is installed on the fourth bracket 23, the axis of the lead screw 78 is in the vertical direction, the vertical sliding bracket 24 is installed on the fourth bracket 23 in a vertically sliding manner through a guide column and is in threaded fit with the lead screw 78, and the lead screw driving motor 79 is installed on the fourth bracket 23 and is connected with the lead screw 78. Fruit pivot 25 is the tubulose, and fruit pivot 25 is installed on vertical sliding support 24 and its axis is vertical direction, and fruit pivot actuating mechanism installs on vertical sliding support 24 and is used for driving fruit pivot 25 rotatory, and is specific, and fruit pivot actuating mechanism includes fruit pivot driving motor 80 and belt drive 81, and the output shaft of fruit pivot driving motor 80 passes through belt drive 81 and is connected with fruit pivot 25. The vertical pin 26 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the fruit rotating shaft 25. The horizontal inserting and taking mechanism moves the fruit 1 to be right below the vertical inserting needle 26, the vertical linear module drives the vertical inserting needle 26 to move downwards to insert the fruit 1, and then the left and right linear modules 76 drive the horizontal inserting needle 22 to be drawn out of the fruit 1, so that the vertical inserting and taking of the fruit 1 are realized.
When the vertical pin 26 is used for inserting and taking the fruit 1, in order to prevent the horizontal pin 22 from being bent due to overlarge radial force, a fruit supporting mechanism is arranged below the horizontal inserting and taking mechanism and comprises a baffle 27 and a baffle driving mechanism, the baffle 27 can be horizontally and slidably arranged on the third support 21, the baffle driving mechanism is arranged on the third support 21 and can drive the baffle 27 to slide to the position right below the vertical pin 26 so as to support the fruit 1, and the baffle driving mechanism of the embodiment is preferably an electric push rod 82.
The third bracket 21 is provided with a peel collecting cylinder 28, and the lower end of the peel collecting cylinder 28 is connected with a garbage can (not shown in the figure).
The peeling mechanism is arranged below the horizontal inserting and taking mechanism, and as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the peeling mechanism comprises a knife arm 29, a peeling knife 30, a force adjusting pin 31, a limiting pin 32, a torsion spring 33 and a peel guide piece 34. A knife arm 29 is swingably mounted on the third bracket 21, and a peeling knife 30 is mounted on the knife arm 29. The third bracket 21 is provided with a plurality of adjusting holes 35, and the force adjusting pin 31 and the limiting pin 32 are installed on the third bracket 21 through the adjusting holes 35. A torsion spring 33 is mounted on the third bracket 21 and acts between the force adjusting pin 31 and the knife arm 29, and the torsion spring 33 applies a torque to the knife arm 29 that swings toward the stopper pin 32. The peeling knife 30 is provided with a chamfer, the vertical inserting and taking mechanism drives the fruit 1 to move downwards, the knife arm 29 can swing towards the force adjusting pin 31 through the chamfer, and the blade of the peeling knife 30 is tightly attached to the fruit 1 under the action of the torsion spring 33. When peeling, the fruit rotating shaft driving motor 80 drives the fruit 1 to rotate through the fruit rotating shaft 25, meanwhile, the vertical linear module drives the fruit 1 to move downwards, the knife arm 29 makes profile swing, the peeling knife 30 peels off the peel, and the peel enters the garbage can through the peel collecting barrel 28 under the action of centrifugal force. Depending on the type or size of fruit, the force adjustment pin 31 can be inserted into a suitable adjustment hole 35 to adjust the preset torque of the torsion spring 33, and likewise, the limit pin 32 can be inserted into a suitable adjustment hole 34 to adjust the limit position of the knife arm 29.
A peel guide 34 is mounted on the knife arm 29 and is used to guide the peeled peel from the peeling knife 30 into the peel collection cylinder 28 to prevent the peel from being scattered and contaminated, and specifically, as shown in fig. 10, the peel guide 34 is formed in a dustpan shape with two ends respectively abutting against the peeling knife 30 and the peel collection cylinder 28.
The cutting mechanism is arranged below the peeling mechanism, and as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the cutting mechanism comprises a cutting knife, a pulp accommodating box 36, a rotary feeding plate 37, a feeding screw 38 and a feeding driving mechanism. The flap knife is fixedly arranged on the third bracket 21 and comprises an annular blade 39 and radiation blades 40, the annular blade 39 is coaxial with the fruit rotating shaft 25, and the radiation blades 40 are eight and are radially arranged by taking the annular blade 39 as the center. The pulp containing box 36 is fixedly arranged below the flap cutter, a partition plate 41 corresponding to the radiation blade 40 is arranged in the pulp containing box 36, and the inside of the pulp containing box 36 is divided into eight containing cavities by the partition plate 41. The rotary feeding plate 37 is coaxially arranged below the pulp containing box 36, and a blanking notch 42 matched with the containing cavity is arranged on the rotary feeding plate 37. A feed screw 38 is installed below the rotary feed plate 37. The feeding driving mechanism is mounted on the third support 21 and used for driving the rotary feeding plate 37 and the feeding screw 38 to rotate, specifically, the rotary feeding plate driving mechanism comprises a rotary feeding plate driving motor 83, a driving gear 84 and a driven gear ring 85, the driving gear 84 is connected with an output shaft of the rotary feeding plate driving motor 83, the driven gear ring 85 is coaxially connected with the rotary feeding plate 37, and the driving gear 84 is meshed with the driven gear ring 85. The feed screw 38 is mounted below the rotary feed plate 37 and is connected to a rotary feed plate drive motor 83 for pressing the pulp into the screw juicing mechanism 5. After peeling, the fruit 1 peeled by the peeling mechanism continues to move downwards under the driving of the vertical linear module, and under the action of the slicing knife, the fruit 1 is sliced into eight pieces by the slicing knife and falls into eight containing cavities in the pulp containing box 36 respectively. The rotary feeding plate driving motor 83 drives the rotary feeding plate 37 to rotate through the driving gear 84 and the driven gear ring 85, so that the eight-piece pulp falls into the spiral juicing mechanism 5 in sequence.
The kernel removing mechanism comprises a kernel ejector 43 and a kernel shifting mechanism, wherein the kernel ejector 43 is fixedly arranged on the fourth bracket 23 and sleeved in the fruit rotating shaft 25. The kernel shifting mechanism is used for shifting kernels ejected by the kernel ejector 43 from the vertical insertion pin 26 into the fruit peel collecting cylinder 28, and specifically, the kernel shifting mechanism comprises a swing driving mechanism and a shifting rod 44, the swing driving mechanism is mounted on the third support 21, the swing driving mechanism can drive the shifting rod 44 to swing around a vertical axis to the upper port of the fruit peel collecting cylinder 28, the swing driving mechanism can be a swing electromagnet 86 or a swing cylinder, and the swing electromagnet 86 is preferred in the embodiment.
The spiral juicing mechanism 5 is arranged below the slicing mechanism, and as shown in fig. 13 to 15, the spiral juicing mechanism 5 comprises a first bracket 7, a screw 8, a screw driving mechanism, a fixed juicing cylinder 9, a stop block 10, a movable juicing cylinder 11, a movable juicing cylinder driving mechanism, a cleaning shield 12 and a cleaning nozzle group.
The inner wall side face of the refrigerated cabinet 2 is fixedly provided with a first slide rail 58 arranged along the front-rear direction, the first support 7 is provided with a first slide block 63 matched with the first slide rail 58, and the first support 7 is arranged in the refrigerated cabinet 2 through the first slide block 63 and the first slide rail 58.
The screw 8 is installed on the first bracket 7 and the axis thereof is in the horizontal direction, and the screw driving mechanism is installed on the first bracket 7 and used for driving the screw 8 to rotate, and the screw driving mechanism of this embodiment is a screw driving motor 87. The screw 8 is provided with a helical blade 88, and the pitch of the helical blade 88 is gradually reduced and the diameter of the screw 8 is increased along the upstream-downstream direction on the screw 8. The fixed juicing cylinder 9 is fixedly arranged on the first bracket 7, the top of the fixed juicing cylinder 9 is provided with a feed hopper 13, the feeding screw 38 is positioned in the feed hopper 13, and the rotary feeding plate driving motor 83 drives the feeding screw 38 to rotate so as to extrude pulp entering the feed hopper 13 and prevent the pulp from being accumulated in the feed hopper 13. The screw 8 comprises an upstream section 14 and a downstream section 15, the upstream section 14 being located within the stationary juicer cartridge 9.
The movable juice extracting barrel driving mechanism is arranged on the first support 7 and used for driving the movable juice extracting barrel 11 to move horizontally so as to be in butt joint with or separated from the fixed juice extracting barrel 9, the movable juice extracting barrel driving mechanism is a movable juice extracting barrel linear module 89, the movable juice extracting barrel linear module 89 is arranged on the first support 7, and a sliding block of the movable juice extracting barrel linear module is fixedly connected with the movable juice extracting barrel 11.
The bottom of the fixed juice extracting barrel 9 is provided with a juice outlet 16, the movable juice extracting barrel 9 is provided with a filter screen 17 matched with the juice outlet 16, and one end of the filter screen 17 is fixedly connected with the end part of the movable juice extracting barrel 11.
The stop block 10 is fixedly mounted on the first support 7 and located at the end of the downstream section 15, specifically, a cross rod 90 coaxial with the movable juice extracting cylinder 11 is fixedly arranged on the cleaning stop cover 12, the stop block 10 is fixed at the end of the cross rod 90, the diameter of the cross rod 90 is far smaller than the inner diameter of the movable juice extracting cylinder 11, and the interference is not easy to occur when the interior of the movable juice extracting cylinder 1 is cleaned. The stopper 10 is made of silicon rubber or nylon, the stopper 10 is matched with the movable juicing cylinder 11, and when the movable juicing cylinder 11 is in butt joint with the fixed juicing cylinder 9, the stopper 10 seals the end part of the movable juicing cylinder 11 and is used for stopping fruit residues.
The cleaning shield 12 is fixedly mounted on the first support 7 and covers the downstream section 15, the stopper 10 and the outside of the mobile juice extracting cylinder 11, the cleaning nozzle group is mounted in the cleaning shield 12, specifically, the cleaning nozzle group comprises a downstream section cleaning nozzle 68, a mobile juice extracting cylinder cleaning nozzle 69 and a sieve cleaning nozzle 70, the downstream section cleaning nozzle 68 is mounted on the cleaning shield 12 and faces the downstream section 15 and is mainly used for cleaning the downstream section 15, the mobile juice extracting cylinder cleaning nozzle 69 is mounted at the end of the cleaning shield 12 and faces the inside of the mobile juice extracting cylinder 11 and is mainly used for cleaning the mobile juice extracting cylinder 11, the sieve cleaning nozzle 70 is mounted on the cleaning shield 2 and is positioned between the downstream section cleaning nozzle 68 and the mobile juice extracting cylinder cleaning nozzle 69 and is mainly used for cleaning the sieve 17 and the stopper 10.
Since the fruit residues rarely remain in the inside or upstream section 14 of the fixed juicing cylinder 9, the fruit cleaning nozzle 45 is arranged on the fourth bracket 23, the fruit cleaning nozzle 45 faces downwards, the fruit cleaning nozzle 45 can clean the fruit 1 inserted by the horizontal inserting pin 22 or the vertical inserting pin 26, and can also clean the inside of the juiced feed hopper 13 and the fixed juicing cylinder 9.
The first bracket 7 is provided with a fruit juice guide cylinder 71 and a pomace guide cylinder 72. The juice guide cylinder 71 is fixedly arranged on the first bracket 7 and is connected with the juice outlet 16. The downstream of fruit juice guide cylinder 71 is equipped with three-way mechanism, and is concrete, and three-way mechanism includes swing ware 73 and swing ware actuating mechanism, and the swingable installation of swing ware 73 is on first support 7, and the top and the both ends opening of swing ware 73, and the top of swing ware 73 docks with the lower port of fruit juice guide cylinder 71. The swinging dish driving mechanism is used for driving the swinging dish 73 to swing, and the swinging dish driving mechanism of the embodiment is preferably a swinging dish driving motor 91, and the swinging dish driving motor 91 is installed on the first support 7 and is connected with the swinging dish 73. When the fixed juice extracting barrel 9 is cleaned, the swinging vessel driving motor 91 drives the rear port of the swinging vessel 73 to swing towards the garbage can so as to guide waste water to the garbage can, and when juice is extracted, the swinging vessel driving motor 91 drives the front port of the swinging vessel 73 to swing towards the cup body 92 on the cup falling and covering mechanism 6 so as to enable juice to enter the cup body 92. The marc guide cylinder 72 is fixedly arranged on the first bracket 7 and positioned below the downstream section 15, and the marc guide cylinder 72 is used for guiding the marc and the waste water to the garbage can. The pomace guide cylinder 72 is internally provided with a pomace guide cylinder cleaning nozzle 93, which can effectively prevent pomace from adhering to the pomace guide cylinder 72.
During juicing, as shown in fig. 14, the movable juicing cylinder linear module 89 drives the movable juicing cylinder 11 to be butted with the fixed juicing cylinder 9, and at the moment, the fixed juicing cylinder 9, the movable juicing cylinder 11 and the stop block 10 form a sealed juicing space. Pulp enters the fixed juice extracting cylinder 9 from the feed hopper 13, the screw driving motor 87 drives the screw 8 to rotate, the pulp is extracted, juice flows out through the juice outlet 16 and enters the cup body 92 on the cup falling cover-buckling mechanism 6 under the guidance of the juice guide cylinder 71 and the three-way mechanism, and pomace is mainly accumulated on the downstream section 15. After juicing, as shown in fig. 15, the movable juicing cylinder linear module 89 drives the movable juicing cylinder 11 to be separated from the fixed juicing cylinder 9, the downstream section 15 and the stop block 10 are exposed, the cleaning nozzle group performs high-pressure washing on the inside of the movable juicing cylinder 11, the stop block 10 and the screw 8, and waste water flows into the garbage can through the pomace guide cylinder 72.
The cup falling and cover buckling mechanism 6 is used for packing the juice filled cup. As shown in fig. 16 to 19, the cup drop closing mechanism 6 includes a fifth bracket 46, a cup cylinder 47, a cover cylinder 48, a stripper driving mechanism, a tray 49, a tray driving mechanism, a platen 50, and a platen driving mechanism.
The inner wall bottom surface fixed mounting of freezer 2 has along the fifth slide rail 62 of front and back direction setting, is equipped with the fifth slider 67 who matches with fifth slide rail 62 on the fifth support 46, and fifth support 46 passes through fifth slider 67 and fifth slide rail 62 to be installed in freezer 2. The cup cylinder 47 and the cover cylinder 48 are both fixedly arranged on the fifth bracket 46 and are respectively used for containing the cup body 92 and the cover 101 which are stacked together.
The stripper is arranged below the cup barrel 47 and the cover barrel 48, the stripper is slidably mounted on the fifth bracket 46 through a guide rail, the stripper driving mechanism is mounted on the fifth bracket 46 and is used for driving the stripper to horizontally slide, specifically, the stripper driving mechanism of the embodiment comprises a stripper driving motor 94, a stripper gear 95 and a stripper rack 96, the stripper rack 96 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the stripper, the stripper driving motor 94 is mounted on the fifth bracket 46 and is connected with the stripper gear 95, and the stripper gear 95 is meshed with the stripper rack 96. The stripper comprises a bottom plate 51, a cup body U-shaped inserting plate 52 and a cup cover U-shaped inserting plate 53, wherein a long hole 54 is formed in the bottom plate 51, and a cup falling hole 55 and a cover falling hole 56 are respectively formed in two ends of the long hole 54. The cup body U-shaped inserting plate 52 and the cup cover U-shaped inserting plate 53 are both fixedly connected above the bottom plate 51, and a gap is arranged between the cup body U-shaped inserting plate and the bottom plate, and the gap can accommodate a cup edge or a cover edge. The openings of the cup body U-shaped inserting plate 52 and the cup cover U-shaped inserting plate 53 are opposite, inclined planes are arranged at the inner end of the cup body U-shaped inserting plate 52 and the inner end of the cup cover U-shaped inserting plate 53, the diameter of the cup falling hole 55 is larger than the width of the long hole 54 and the width of the opening of the cup body U-shaped inserting plate 52, and the diameter of the cover falling hole 56 is larger than the width of the long hole 54 and the width of the opening of the cup cover U-shaped inserting plate.
A tray 49 is mounted below the stripper, with a cup holder 57 on the tray 49 to prevent the cup 92 from tipping. The tray driving mechanism is mounted on the fifth bracket 46 and is used for driving the tray 49 to rotate, and specifically, the tray driving mechanism of the embodiment is a tray driving motor 97.
The pressing plate 50 is arranged above the tray 49, the pressing plate driving mechanism is arranged on the fifth support 46 and used for driving the pressing plate 50 to vertically move, specifically, the pressing plate driving mechanism of the embodiment comprises a pressing plate driving motor 98, a pressing plate gear 99 and a pressing plate rack 100, the pressing plate rack 100 is vertically slidably arranged on the fifth support 46 and fixedly connected with the pressing plate 50, the pressing plate driving motor 98 is arranged on the fifth support 46 and connected with the pressing plate gear 99, and the pressing plate gear 99 is meshed with the pressing plate rack 100.
The width of the long hole 54 is smaller than the diameter of the cup rim and the lid rim, so that the cup body 92 and the cup lid 101 can be supported by the bottom plate 51. When the cup needs to be dropped, the tray driving motor 97 drives the tray 49 to rotate, so that the cup holder 57 is positioned right below the cup cylinder 47. The stripper driving motor 94 drives the stripper to horizontally slide so that the inner end of the cup body U-shaped insert plate 52 is inserted between the rims of the two adjacent cup bodies 92 at the lowermost end and gradually strips the two cup bodies 92 (as shown in fig. 19), and when the cup dropping hole 55 is located right below the cup bodies 92, the cup body 92 at the lowermost end drops into the cup holder 57 because the diameter of the cup dropping hole 55 is larger than that of the rim. The tray 49 then rotates the cup 92 at an angle below the front end of the swing cup 73 to receive juice. The cup 92 is then moved by the tray 49 to be located directly below the lid cylinder 48, and the stripper peels the lowermost lid 101 off, and the lid 101 drops onto the cup 92. Then the tray 49 drives the cup 92 to rotate a certain angle continuously, so that the cup 92 is positioned under the pressure plate 50, the pressure plate driving motor 98 drives the pressure plate 50 to buckle the cup cover 101 on the cup 92, at the moment, the fruit juice equipment is packaged, and a customer can take away the fruit juice from the cup opening.
The fresh fruit juice vending machine of this embodiment adopts the modularized design, has abandoned fixed modes such as conventional screw thread, welding, through each module of slide rail and slider installation, is convenient for maintain, maintain each module. Taking the fruit storing mechanism 3 as an example, the first bracket 7 is pushed into the cabinet door of the refrigerated cabinet 2 during installation, and then the first sliding block 63 and the first sliding rail 58 are fixed through the limiting member.
