Claims (8)

1. Juice pretreatment system of freshly squeezed juice vending machine, its characterized in that: comprises a frame (1), a fruit storage mechanism, a horizontal inserting and taking mechanism, a vertical inserting and taking mechanism, a peeling mechanism, a split mechanism and a stoning mechanism;
the fruit storage mechanism comprises a fruit basket (2), the fruit basket (2) is arranged on the frame (1), and a plurality of storage grooves (3) are formed in the fruit basket (2) along the front-back direction;
the fruit storage mechanism further comprises a fruit basket lifting mechanism, the fruit basket lifting mechanism is arranged on the frame (1) and used for lifting the fruit basket (2), and the fruit storage mechanism comprises a plurality of fruit baskets (2);
the horizontal inserting and taking mechanism is arranged at the side of the fruit storage mechanism and comprises a horizontal two-axis linear module and a horizontal contact pin (4), the horizontal two-axis linear module is arranged on the frame (1), and the horizontal two-axis linear module is used for driving the horizontal contact pin (4) to move forwards and backwards and leftwards and rightwards;

the split mechanism is arranged below the peeling mechanism and comprises a split cutter, a pulp accommodating box (11), a rotary feeding plate (12) and a rotary feeding plate driving mechanism; the slicing knife is fixedly arranged on the frame (1), the slicing knife comprises an annular blade (13) and a radiation blade (14), the annular blade (13) is coaxial with the fruit rotating shaft (7), and the radiation blade (14) is radially arranged by taking the annular blade (13) as the center; the pulp accommodating box (11) is fixedly arranged below the slicing knife, a partition plate (15) corresponding to the radiation blade (14) is arranged in the pulp accommodating box (11), and the interior of the pulp accommodating box (11) is divided into a plurality of accommodating cavities by the partition plate (15); the rotary feeding plate (12) is coaxially arranged below the pulp accommodating box (11), a blanking notch (16) matched with the accommodating cavity is formed in the rotary feeding plate (12), and the rotary feeding plate driving mechanism is arranged on the frame (1) and used for driving the rotary feeding plate (12) to rotate;
