图1-6为本发明的一个实施例,一种水果生产的榨汁设备,包括粉碎仓1、挤压仓2、脱汁仓3、底盒4,脱汁仓3处于底盒4的内部,挤压仓2 架设在粉碎仓1底部、脱汁仓3的顶部,三者通过外侧的固定架固定,粉碎仓1包括有粉碎箱11,粉碎箱11的顶部设有两个进口朝上的进料管12,其内部的中部位置设有粉碎刀组13,粉碎刀组13包括有设在粉碎箱11外部的高速电机131,高速电机131输出端穿过粉碎箱11顶部并通过转轴传动有粉碎刀132,粉碎刀132刀片的数量不少于三个,而粉碎刀132位于两个进料管 12的下方,粉碎刀132的延伸端延伸至进料管12远离转轴端的另一侧已达到全面切割,当水果从两个进料管12中落下入料时,高速旋转的高速电机131 带动这粉碎刀132转动,将水果漏出进料管12出口部分进行切块,实践证明切块后的水果没有了外皮的阻挡,挤压时,果汁压榨更容易流出,一方面保证了果汁压榨的充分快速,另一方面也部分的降低了压榨时的压力,从而实现更加的省力效果,粉碎箱11的底部接通两个向下收紧的漏斗件14,两个漏斗件14出料端分别对应着外箱21与两个挤压板25形成开口的位置,两漏斗件14顶端周边与粉碎箱11内壁间形成圆弧引导物料流下的面,能够有效的将落下的水垢切块引导至两个漏斗件14中去,避免了切块后出现堆积在粉碎箱11内部的问题,一方面保证了切块后水果迅速的下落,另一方面能够避免出现堆积,保证内部的有效空间提供给粉碎刀132的粉碎工作,挤压仓2包括有上下通透的外箱21,外箱21两侧壁上开设均匀圆孔用作排汁,使得果汁有效的落在下方的底盒4收集,而不会留在挤压板25与外箱21内壁之间占用内部空间影响压榨,并且降低了内部的压强,进一步保证压榨效果,前后壁下端间固定一个顶端为梯形面的支撑座22,这样设置的支撑座22能够保证底部电动伸缩杆23和顶部电动伸缩杆24有效的配合,实现上下启动收缩而不同功能的作用,支撑座22侧壁下端位置活动两个底部电动伸缩杆23,顶端的梯形面上活动两个顶部电动伸缩杆24,同一侧的底部电动伸缩杆23和顶部电动伸缩杆24间传动有挤压板25,启动顶部电动伸缩杆24时,推动了挤压板25挤压水果块的压榨工作,收回顶部电动伸缩杆24,启动底部电动伸缩杆 23收起,实现了对挤压板25和外箱21底部的打开,将压榨的水果渣块排入到脱汁仓3进行进一步的脱汁工作,挤压板25的上端设有九十度垂直的折边延伸,一方面可以用于遮挡挤压物料蹦出,也防止了挤压时物料挤出外箱21 影响挤压效果的问题,另一方面对进入的水果块限位,限制挤压时水果块可移动空间,使得压榨更充分,挤压板25的底端设为半圆形,是为了顶部电动伸缩杆24推动挤压板25转动时底端不受阻挡影响,同时又通过接触面上设置的橡胶垫片,能够实现小范围的挤压位移,保证底端在配合转动的人同时保证底部的密封状态,接触外箱21内壁的位置设有一层橡胶层,同一侧的底部电动伸缩杆23和顶部电动伸缩杆24与挤压板25和支撑座22间形成一个梯形面,以便于挤压板25配合底部电动伸缩杆23和顶部电动伸缩杆24不同状态不同功能的实现,脱汁仓3分为固定仓31、活动仓32、圆环板33和内隔环34,当甩汁时工作时,活动仓32向下滑动抵触在圆环板33上,此时活动仓32,实现果汁与水果渣块的分离,脱汁工作后,在清理水果残渣时,将活动仓32向上推动,利用刮板35将活动仓32内壁上粘附的水果渣块刮动,使其落在圆环板33上,通过固定仓31的继续转动而甩出圆环板33进入底盒 4收集,此时的果汁已被清理出后状态,从而方便脱汁仓3内水果渣块清理的工作,无需人工手动清理,操作便捷快速,固定仓31设有外壁上设有凹槽,且固定仓31套在活动仓32外部,圆环板33底部与底盒4的内底壁间通过一个圆环状的导轨实现的转动连接;活动仓32的底端与圆环板33顶面的接触位置设有一层密封垫圈,以防止闭合时果汁朝向内隔环34内部流动,活动仓 32底端经过圆环板33与内隔环34底部固定,二者间通过设置的滑轨实现上下的滑动,并且外壁上均设置有均匀排列用作漏汁的漏孔,内隔环34顶端向顶部圆心处延伸,且顶部伸出固定仓31顶端的上方,能够对榨后的物料在落下时进行引导,进入脱汁仓3中完成后续脱汁工作,固定仓31内壁上固定一中部朝向圆心凸出的刮板35,且刮板35上下面为向上下延伸的斜面,一方面可以引导落下的剩渣进入脱汁仓3进行脱汁工作,另一方面又能够起到一定的限位作用,帮助甩汁时放置向上滑动脱离;1-6 are an embodiment of the present invention, a juice extraction device for fruit production, including a crushing
