技术领域
本实用新型涉及铜大拉机技术领域，尤其涉及一种电缆拉丝吹干装置。
背景技术
铜大拉机是线缆行业和铜加工行业必不可少的生产设备，其性能参数直接影响拉丝工序的质量和效率。在对铜线退火冷却后，需马上对铜丝进行吹干，现有的电缆拉丝吹干装置往往进气孔与过线方向垂直设置，气源对导体进行吹干时，面对进气方向的一面，相对气源的一面的吹干效果较好，背对气源的一侧导体就不能完全吹干，会附着一部份水分在铜丝上。特别是在拉制异形线导体（非圆形线），背对气源的一面就很难吹干，反而会有更多的水分流在背面，吹干效果差。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提出一种电缆拉丝吹干装置。
具体的，一种电缆拉丝吹干装置，包括具有空腔的吹干模套和设有过丝孔的调节套，调节套安装在所述空腔内，且调节套下部与吹干模套之间构成一个倾斜的环形气流通道，所述吹干模套上开有进气孔，进气孔与环形气流通道连通。
所述的空腔包括圆柱部分和圆台部分，圆柱部分和圆台部分相连通。
所述调节套下端外形呈倒圆台状。
所述空腔还包括有进丝孔，进丝孔与所述圆台部分连通，且进丝孔和过丝孔的中心线处在同一条直线上。
所述的进气孔设有多个，且呈环形阵列分布。
所述的吹干模套与调节套通过螺纹连接。
所述的调节套上设置有并紧螺母。
该装置还包括固定基座，所述吹干模套与固定基座连接。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：吹干气体可均匀地分布于铜丝的表面，且出气方向与线行方向相反，使吹干效果更好，并且，吹干气体作用于铜丝表面的焦点可调。

具体实施方式
为了对本实用新型的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解，现对照附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
如图1所示，一种电缆拉丝吹干装置，包括具有空腔的吹干模套1和设有过丝孔6的调节套2，具体的，所述的空腔包括圆柱部分8和圆台部分9，圆柱部分8和圆台部分9相连通，空腔还包括有进丝孔10，进丝孔10与所述圆台部分9连通，且进丝孔10和过丝孔6的中心线处在同一条直线上。调节套2设置在所述空腔内，且吹干模套1与调节套2螺纹连接，调节套2下端外形呈倒圆台状，调节套2下部与吹干模套1存在间隙，使其之间构成一个倾斜的环形气流通道7，使能够产生一个向下倾斜的气体流向。所述吹干模套1上开有进气孔4，进气孔4与环形气流通道7连通，进气孔4设有多个，且呈环形阵列分布，能够使吹干气体均分的分布于铜丝表面。
如图1所示，所述的调节套2上设置有并紧螺母3，加强吹干模套1和调节套2的连接。该装置还包括固定基座5，所述吹干模套1与固定基座5连接，固定基座5上设置有安装孔，便于整个装置的安装固定。
本实用新型的工作过程如下：铜丝穿过进丝孔10和调节套2上的过丝孔6，从下至上的移动，气源的气体通过吹干模套1上的进气孔4，进入环形气流通道7，作用在经过吹干模套1与调节套2之间空腔的铜丝，使水冷时附着在铜丝上的水从进丝孔10出装置，同时吹干铜丝，确保了吹干效果。

1.一种电缆拉丝吹干装置，其特征在于，包括具有空腔的吹干模套（1）和设有过丝孔（6）的调节套（2），调节套（2）安装在所述空腔内，且调节套（2）下部与吹干模套（1）之间构成一个倾斜的环形气流通道（7），所述吹干模套（1）上开有进气孔（4），进气孔（4）与环形气流通道（7）连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆拉丝吹干装置，其特征在于，所述的空腔包括圆柱部分（8）和圆台部分（9），圆柱部分（8）和圆台部分（9）相连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆拉丝吹干装置，其特征在于，所述调节套（2）下端外形呈倒圆台状。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种电缆拉丝吹干装置，其特征在于，所述空腔还包括有进丝孔（10），进丝孔（10）与所述圆台部分（9）连通，且进丝孔（10）和过丝孔（6）的中心线处在同一条直线上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆拉丝吹干装置，其特征在于，所述的进气孔（4）设有多个，且呈环形阵列分布。
