中国发明专利申请第CN105449398A号揭示了一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体的导电端子及一体成型于所述绝缘本体外的绝缘外壳,所述绝缘本体包括基座、自基座向前延伸形成的舌板及自所述基座向后延伸形成的安装部。所述绝缘外壳包围所述基座、舌板及安装部,可减少电连接器对于天线的干扰。然,电连接器本身的导电端子易受外部电子元件的信号干扰,不利于电连接器的信号传输。
是以,有必要对现有电连接器进行改进以克服该缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种对天线干扰小且外部电子元件对导电端子信号干扰小的电连接器。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体及收容于所述绝缘本体内的若干导电端子,所述绝缘本体包括基座、自所述基座向前延伸形成的舌板及自所述基座向后延伸形成的安装部,所述导电端子包括固持于所述基座的固持部、位于所述固持部前端的暴露于所述舌板的表面的接触部及位于所述固持部后端的延伸出所述安装部的焊接部,所述电连接器还包括环设于所述基座且与所述舌板之间构成对接腔的绝缘外壳及遮盖定位于所述安装部且与所述绝缘外壳相固持的金属壳体。
进一步地,所述绝缘外壳的内壁面突伸形成有挡止部,所述基座向前抵靠于所述挡止部。
进一步地,所述绝缘外壳的内壁面于所述挡止部的后端突伸形成有供所述基座向前越过的限位突块,所述限位突块的前端面挡止于所述基座的后表面。
进一步地,所述挡止部设置有开槽,所述基座设有向前抵靠于所述挡止部的主体部及自所述主体部突伸形成的嵌设于所述开槽内的突块。
进一步地,所述挡止部的前端面位于所述突块的前端。
进一步地,所述安装部向后延伸出所述绝缘外壳的后端面,所述绝缘外壳的横向两侧向后延伸形成位于所述安装部的横向两侧的定位部,所述定位部设有安装槽,所述金属壳体的横向两侧设有插设于所述安装槽内以与所述绝缘外壳之间固定的固定臂。
进一步地,所述绝缘外壳的横向两侧向外突伸形成有具有安装孔的安装耳部,所述定位部自所述安装耳部的后端向后延伸形成。

请参照图1至图9所示,本实用新型电连接器100包括绝缘本体1、收容于所述绝缘本体1的若干导电端子2、围设于所述绝缘本体1的绝缘外壳3、遮盖于所述绝缘本体1的金属壳体4及封堵所述绝缘本体1与绝缘外壳3之间间隙的由防水胶形成的防水胶板5。
所述绝缘本体1包括基座11、自所述基座11向前延伸形成的舌板12及自所述基座11向后延伸形成的安装部13。所述导电端子2包括固持于所述基座11的固持部21、位于所述固持部21前端的暴露于所述舌板12的表面的接触部22及位于所述固持部21后端的延伸出所述安装部13的焊接部23。
为了减小所述电连接器100对外部天线(未图示)的干扰,所述绝缘外壳3 环设于所述基座11且与所述舌板12之间构成对接腔30。而为了减小外部电子元件(未图示)对所述电连接器100的导电端子2的信号干扰,所述金属壳体 4遮盖定位于所述安装部13,进而可对设置于安装部13的所述导电端子2进行遮盖,从而屏蔽外部电子元件(未图示)对于所述导电端子2的信号干扰。
为了防止所述绝缘本体1相较于所述绝缘外壳3向前运动,所述绝缘外壳3的内壁面31突伸形成有挡止部32,所述基座11向前抵靠于所述挡止部 32而被限制向前运动。而为了防止所述绝缘本体1相较于所述绝缘外壳3周向的运动,所述挡止部32设置有开槽321,所述基座11设有向前抵靠于所述挡止部32的主体部111及自所述主体部111突伸形成的嵌设于所述开槽 321内的突块112,所述突块112嵌入所述开槽321内可有效防止所述绝缘本体1相较于所述绝缘外壳3周向的晃动。优选地,所述主体部111的上侧、下侧及横向两侧均突伸形成有所述突块112,对应的,所述挡止部32分别开设有供该等突块112嵌入的所述开槽321。此外,为了防止所述对接连接器(未图示)插入后直接抵靠于基座11,而造成焊接部23被顶脱焊,所述挡止部32 的前端面3210位于所述突块112的前端,优选地,所述挡止部32的前端面3210超出所述突块112的前端0.05mm,如此,对接连接器(未图示)插入后会直接抵靠于所述挡止部32的前端。此外,所述绝缘外壳3的内壁面31向所述对接腔30内突伸形成有紧密卡持所述对接连接器(未图示)的突肋311。

2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘外壳的内壁面突伸形成有挡止部,所述基座向前抵靠于所述挡止部。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘外壳的内壁面于所述挡止部的后端突伸形成有供所述基座向前越过的限位突块,所述限位突块的前端面挡止于所述基座的后表面。
4.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述挡止部设置有开槽,所述基座设有向前抵靠于所述挡止部的主体部及自所述主体部突伸形成的嵌设于所述开槽内的突块。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述挡止部的前端面位于所述突块的前端。
6.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述安装部向后延伸出所述绝缘外壳的后端面,所述绝缘外壳的横向两侧向后延伸形成位于所述安装部的横向两侧的定位部,所述定位部设有安装槽,所述金属壳体的横向两侧设有插设于所述安装槽内以与所述绝缘外壳之间固定的固定臂。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘外壳的横向两侧向外突伸形成有具有安装孔的安装耳部,所述定位部自所述安装耳部的后端向后延伸形成。
8.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述安装槽自上往下贯通所述定位部,所述固定臂设有自上往下插设于所述安装槽内的插入部及自所述插入部向内弯折形成的抵靠于所述定位部的底面的抵靠部。
9.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属壳体具有遮盖于所述安装部的顶面的顶壁、位于所述顶壁的横向两侧的贴靠于安装部的侧面的侧壁及位于所述顶壁的后端的位于所述安装部的后面的后壁,所述固定臂自所述顶壁的横向两侧向下弯折形成。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述侧壁开设有固定孔,所述安装部的侧面突伸形成有扣入所述固定孔内的突出部。
11.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘外壳的后端面向后超出所述基座的后表面以与所述基座的后表面之间形成灌胶腔,所述安装部具有位于所述灌胶腔内的前端部及位于所述前端部的后端的后端部,所述前端部的横向两侧的距离小于所述灌胶腔的横向距离,所述灌胶腔内灌设有包围所述前端部的周缘并封堵所述基座与绝缘外壳的内壁之间间隙的防水胶。
