【技术领域】
本发明有关一种插座电连接器组件,尤其是指一种无金属壳体的插座电连接器组件。
【背景技术】
如中国专利第CN204315771U号公开了一种电连接器,固定于电路板上,包括绝缘本体、具有第一信号端子和第二信号端子的导电端子以及套设于绝缘本体外部的金属壳体,所述绝缘本体包括具有第一舌板的第一绝缘本体和具有第二舌板的第二绝缘本体,所述第一信号端子固持于第一舌板内,所述第二信号端子固持于第二舌板内,所述绝缘本体还包括具有第三舌板的第三绝缘本体,使得所述第三舌板包覆所述第一舌板和第二舌板,所述第一信号端子和第二信号端子各自露出于第三舌板上下表面。其中,所述金属壳体有铆接缝,使得电连接器防水性能不好,而且金属壳体会影响对天线信号的干扰,还存在机构之间短路的风险。
因此,确有必要提供一种无金属壳体的插座电连接器组件。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种无金属壳体的插座电连接器组件。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种插座电连接器组件,其包括电连接器,所述电连接器可正反插,其包括绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体的一排第一导电端子及一排第二导电端子,夹持于所述第一导电端子及所述第二导电端子之间的金属片,所述绝缘本体包括基座及自基座向前延伸的具有上、下表面的舌板,所述第一导电端子与第二导电端子反向对称设置于所述舌板的上、下表面,所述插座电连接器组件还包括包覆于所述绝缘本体外的壳体,所述壳体由塑胶材料制成。
进一步的,所述壳体采用一体成型的方式制成,其包括设有一收容腔的框体部,自所述框体部向后延伸的基部及自所述框体部两侧分别向左右延伸的安装部。
进一步的,所述插座电连接器组件还包括电路板,所述壳体组装于所述电路板上,所述电路板设有与所述安装部相互固定的固定部。
进一步的,所述安装部上设有安装孔,所述电路板上设有与所述安装孔配合的锁扣孔。
进一步的,所述基部的下表面处贴合于所述电路板上,所述基部的下表面向下突出形成限位块,所述电路板上设有与所述限位块配合的限位孔。
进一步的,所述壳体由PA46(聚己二酰丁二胺)制成。
进一步的,所述壳体的框口部的肉厚不小于0.6mm。
进一步的,所述绝缘本体包括第一绝缘本体,第二绝缘本体及第三绝缘本体,所述第一绝缘本体与第二绝缘本体上下组装,所述第三绝缘本体成型于相互组装的所述第一绝缘本体及第二绝缘本体的前端,所述第一导电端子收容于所述第一绝缘本体内,所述第二导电端子收容于所述第二绝缘本体内。
进一步的,所述壳体采用组装的方式组装在绝缘本体外,并通过胶水粘合。
进一步的,所述壳体采用一体成型的方式直接成型在所述绝缘本体外。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明插座电连接器组件能够起到防水,并降低对天线信号的干扰及机构之间短路的风险的作用。

【具体实施方式】
以下,将结合图1至图9介绍本发明插座电连接器组件1000的具体实施方式。
请参照图1至图9,本发明插座电连接器组件1000,定义了前后方向为插入/退出方向、同时定义了与插入/退出方向垂直的竖直方向及与插入/退出方向及竖直方向均垂直的左右方向。本发明插座电连接器组件1000包括电路板200及安装于电路板200上的电连接器100。电连接器100包括绝缘本体1、收容于绝缘本体1内的导电端子2、收容于所述绝缘本体1内的金属片3、点胶形成于绝缘本体1内的防水板5、包覆于所述绝缘本体1外的壳体4。
绝缘本体1包括第一绝缘本体11、第二绝缘本体12及第三绝缘本体13。第一绝缘本体11包括第一基座111及自第一基座111向前延伸形成的第一舌板112。所述第一基座111两侧设有一对凹槽113。所述第一舌板112前端中间设有一缺口115。所述第一舌板112上设有收容部分导电端子2的若干第一端子槽110。所述第二绝缘本体12包括第二基座121及自第二基座121向前延伸形成的第二舌板122。所述第二基座121后端外侧向上延伸出与所述一对凹槽113卡扣的一对突起部123。所述第二舌板122包括若干第二端子槽120及设于前端缘且向上凸伸的凸肋125。所述凸肋125卡扣于所述缺口115内。第三绝缘本体13包括第三基座131及自第三基座131向前延伸形成的第三舌板132。所述第三基座131后端具有前后贯通的插入口130,而所述第三舌板132具有镂空的镂空部133。所述第三基座131的上壁挖设有一对卡扣槽134,所述第三基座131的左右壁设有凸块135。第一绝缘本体11与第二绝缘本体12上下组装,第三绝缘本体13注塑成型于组装后的第一绝缘本体11及第二绝缘本体13的前端。所述第三绝缘本体13设有收容胶水的收容槽16。在最佳实施方式中,所述第二绝缘本体12设有连通收容槽16与外部的点胶口161,胶水亦通过点胶口161流动至收容槽16内形成防水板5。
导电端子2包括收容于第一绝缘本体11内的第一导电端子21及收容于第二绝缘本体12内的第二导电端子22。绝缘本体1包括基座(111,121,131)及自基座向前延伸形成的具有上、下表面的舌板(112,122,132),第一导电端子21及第二导电端子22分别反向设置于所述舌板的上、下表面。第一绝缘本体11与收容于第一绝缘本体11内的第一导电端子21形成第一端子模块10,第二绝缘本体12与收容于第二绝缘本体12内的第二导电端子22形成第二端子模块20。第一端子模块10与第二端子模块20上下组装,金属片3夹持于上下组装的第一端子模块10及第二端子模块20之间。凸肋125与缺口115,凹槽113与突起部123均卡扣配合。
请参阅图6至图9,所述壳体4是由塑胶材质一体成型制成,包括设有一收容腔40的框体部41,自框体部41向后延伸的基部42及自框体部41两侧分别向左右延伸的安装部43。绝缘本体1收容于收容腔40内。基部42为U形,包括左、右侧壁421及自左、右侧壁421的下表面向下突出形成的限位柱422。框体部41包括左、右壁411及自左、右壁411向内凹陷形成的与收容腔40贯通的与凸块135配合的配合孔45。安装部43为一对自框体部左、右壁411向外延伸形成的设有安装孔430的翼部。在最佳实施例中,壳体4采用PA46(聚己二酰丁二胺)材料制成,其框体部41的肉厚值设定为不小于0.6mm,以满足扭转力度测试的要求。在一种实施例中,壳体4采用组装的方式组装在绝缘本体1外,并通过胶水粘合进行防水。在另一种实施例中,壳体4采用一体成型的方式直接成型在绝缘本体1外,直接起到防水作用。
请参阅图1至图3,电路板200上设有若干与导电端子2电性连接的导电片201,与安装孔430配合的锁扣孔203,与限位柱422配合的限位孔202。限位柱422插入限位孔202中,起到限位作用。安装孔430与锁扣孔203配合,通过螺钉和螺帽进行固定,也可以通过其他方式进行固定。
本发明插座电连接器组件1000的最佳实施方式是适用于正反插的插座电连接器组件,故,包括上下设置的第一端子模块10,第二端子模块20且第一导电端子21和第二导电端子22的接触端23为反向对称设置,以满足正反插的需要。在其他实施方式中,本发明插座电连接器组件1000亦可以仅包括一个绝缘本体及固持于绝缘本体的若干导电端子。

Claims (10)

1.一种插座电连接器组件,其包括电连接器,所述电连接器可正反插,其包括绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体的一排第一导电端子及一排第二导电端子,夹持于所述第一导电端子及所述第二导电端子之间的金属片,所述绝缘本体包括基座及自基座向前延伸的具有上、下表面的舌板,所述第一导电端子与第二导电端子反向对称设置于所述舌板的上、下表面,其特征在于:所述插座电连接器组件还包括包覆于所述绝缘本体外的壳体,所述壳体由塑胶材料制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的插座电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述壳体采用一体成型的方式制成,其包括设有一收容腔的框体部,自所述框体部向后延伸的基部及自所述框体部两侧分别向左右延伸的安装部。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述插座电连接器组件还包括电路板,所述壳体组装于所述电路板上,所述电路板设有与所述安装部相互固定的固定部。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述安装部上设有安装孔,所述电路板上设有与所述安装孔配合的锁扣孔。
5.如权利要求3所述的插座电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述基部的下表面处贴合于所述电路板上,所述基部的下表面向下突出形成限位块,所述电路板上设有与所述限位块配合的限位孔。
6.如权利要求1所述的插座电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述壳体由PA46(聚己二酰丁二胺)制成。
7.如权利要求6所述的插座电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述壳体的框口部的肉厚不小于0.6mm。
8.如权利要求1所述的插座电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体包括第一绝缘本体,第二绝缘本体及第三绝缘本体,所述第一绝缘本体与第二绝缘本体上下组装,所述第三绝缘本体成型于相互组装的所述第一绝缘本体及第二绝缘本体的前端,所述第一导电端子收容于所述第一绝缘本体内,所述第二导电端子收容于所述第二绝缘本体内。
9.如权利要求1所述的插座电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述壳体采用组装的方式组装在绝缘本体外,并通过胶水粘合。
10.如权利要求1所述的插座电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述壳体采用一体成型的方式直接成型在所述绝缘本体外。
