Abstract

一种电连接器,包括具有沿插入方向前后贯通的收容腔的外壳、收容于所述收容腔的端子模组及环设于所述外壳前端的防水套,所述防水套设有的内壁面环设于所述外壳前端设有的外壁面,所述外壳的前端的外壁面或所述防水套的内壁面其中之一者设置有至少一个卡持槽,另一者设置有卡持配合于所述至少一个卡持槽的至少一个凸部。本发明电连接器通过在外壳头部形成卡持槽,使得卡持槽底部与两侧面呈一定角度,形成燕尾槽结构,让液态硅胶成型于所述外壳,防水套使得机壳与外壳更紧密结合,不会有水渗透,能更好地达到防水目的。

【技术领域】
本发明有关一种电连接器,尤其是指一种通过燕尾槽结构固持防水套与电连接器的防水电连接器。
【背景技术】
中国第CN205159615U号实用新型专利揭示了一种防水电连接器,其包括:绝缘体,其前端成型有舌板;复数个端子,其固定于绝缘体中,且端子的接触部显露于舌板外表面,端子的引脚部伸出于绝缘体下端面;壳体,其固定包覆于绝缘体外围;壳体内壁还插嵌固定有无缝金属壳,该无缝金属壳内壁与舌板之间形成有插口;壳体外围注塑成型有塑料套,该塑料套前端还包覆无缝金属壳前端口外围,且该塑料套后端还包覆于绝缘体后端部分。前案只是在壳体头部挖一个凹槽进行液态硅胶成型,不能很好地起到稳固防水作用,不能很好地固定液态硅胶(塑料套)与外壳。
因此,确有必要提供一种使得防水套更稳定固持且方式效果好的电连接器。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水的电连接器。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种电连接器,包括具有沿插入方向前后贯通的收容腔的外壳、收容于所述收容腔的端子模组及环设于所述外壳前端的防水套,所述防水套设有的内壁面环设于所述外壳前端设有的外壁面,所述外壳的前端的外壁面或所述防水套的内壁面其中之一者设置有至少一个卡持槽,另一者设置有卡持配合于所述至少一个卡持槽的至少一个凸部。
进一步,所述至少一个卡持槽为若干个间隔凹设于所述外壳的前端的外壁面的槽道,该等间隔设置的卡持槽之间形成隔栏,所述至少一个凸部为若干个间隔凸设于所述防水套的内壁面的突起部,该等间隔设置的凸部之间形成凹槽,所述卡持槽与所述凸部配合,所述隔栏与所述凹槽配合。
进一步,所述卡持槽沿所述前后方向从后往前单方向贯穿所述外壳的前端 设有的前端面。
进一步,所述卡持槽底部的宽度大于所述卡持槽顶部的宽度。
进一步,所述卡持槽与所述凸部为相互配合的燕尾结构。
进一步,所述隔栏与所述凹槽为相互配合的燕尾结构。
进一步,所述防水套为液态硅胶注塑成型于所述外壳前端后固化形成的塑胶件。
进一步,所述外壳前端的上下两侧外壁面为间隔设置的若干卡持槽,所述外壳前端的左右两侧外壁面为完全覆盖所述左右两侧外壁面的一个卡持槽,所述上下外壁面的卡持槽与左右外壁面的卡持槽均为燕尾槽结构。
进一步,所述卡持槽与所述凸部为相互配合的梯形结构。
进一步,所述卡持槽在前后方向的尺寸大于所述卡持槽在左右方向的尺寸。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明电连接器通过在外壳头部形成卡持槽,使得卡持槽底部与两侧面呈一定角度,形成燕尾槽结构,让液态硅胶成型于所述外壳,防水套使得机壳与外壳更紧密结合,不会有水渗透,能更好地达到防水目的。

以下,将结合图1至图12介绍本发明电连接器100的具体实施方式。
请参阅图1至图12,本发明电连接器100,固持于一电路板(未图示),包括固持于电路板且具有沿插入方向前后贯通的收容腔10的外壳1、收容于 所述收容腔的端子模组2、位于所述外壳1后端的防水挡板3和套设于所述外壳1前端的防水套4。
请参阅图1、图2及图7至图12,所述外壳1包括呈筒状的主体部11和沿所述主体部11两侧向外延伸形成的一对臂部12。外壳可以为金属制成,也可以为绝缘材料制成。优选地,在本实施例中,外壳为金属粉末成型。所述外壳1与所述防水套4其中之一者具有至少一卡持槽,则另一者具有与所述至少一卡持槽对应的凸部。优选地,本发明外壳1具有若干卡持槽111,所述防水套4具有与所述卡持槽111配合的凸部421。所述卡持槽111为若干凹设于所述外壳1的前端110的外壁面1101的从前往后的槽道,所述卡持槽111等间隔设置且相邻卡持槽111之间形成隔栏112。且所述卡持槽111沿所述前后方向从后往前单方向贯穿所述外壳1的前端110设有的前端面1102。所述卡持槽111包括底部1111和位于所述底部1111上方的顶部1114。本发明中为了使得防水套很难从外壳上脱落下来,将卡持槽111底部的宽度设计成大于所述卡持槽顶部的宽度,例如可以将卡持槽设计为“凸”字型结构,使得防水套很难从卡持槽脱落。优选的,本发明将卡持槽设计成燕尾槽机构,即所述底部1111与顶部1114之间的连接面为彼此相对倾斜延伸设置的第一侧面1112和第二侧面1113。所述卡持槽111集中设置在所述前端110的上下两排,卡持槽在前后方向的尺寸大于卡持槽在左右方向的尺寸。且所述外壳1的两侧形成两个完整的燕尾槽结构。具体地,卡持槽也可以尽量多地设置在外壳1前端110的两侧,这样可以更稳定地卡合外壳与防水套4。所述臂部12包括固持于所述电路板的固定部121和连接所述主体部11与所述固定部121的连接臂120。所述固定部121包括一呈圆形通孔状的固定孔1211,用于通过工件固定于所述电路板。所述外壳1可以为金属粉末成型的金属壳体,也可以为注塑成型的绝缘壳体。
请参阅图7至图12,所述防水套4为液态硅胶注塑成型于所述外壳前端110后固化形成的。所述防水套4包括外侧的外表面41、位于内侧的内壁面42和位于内壁面42的若干凸部421。所述凸部421等间隔设置并于所述相邻的凸部421之间形成凹槽422。所述外表面41是凹凸不平,贴合于所述外壳与机壳之间,用来防水。所述凸部421包括与所述卡持槽111的所述底部1111抵持的抵持面4211、沿所述抵持面4211两端倾斜延伸形成的第三侧面4212与第四侧面4213。所述第三侧面4212抵持所述第一侧面1112,所述第四侧面4213抵持所述第二侧面1113。所述凸部421与所述卡持槽111配合,优选地,为相互配合的燕尾结构。所述凹槽422与所述隔栏112相互抵持,优选地,为相互配合的燕尾结构。当然,所述卡持槽111与所述凸部421亦可设置为相互配合的梯形结构,只是相互之间的保持效果略差。
请参阅图3至图6,所述端子模组2包括一绝缘块22、固持于所述绝缘块22的导电端子20、包覆所述绝缘块22和所述导电端子20的绝缘本体21和中间接地片5。所述绝缘本体21包括基部211和沿所述基部211向前延伸的舌板212,所述舌板212包括所述导电端子20头部的收容部2121和位于两侧的侧边2122。所述绝缘块22包括上表面222、和所述上表面222对应设置的下表面223、位于所述上下表面222、223且用来固定所述导电端子20的收容槽224和位于两侧向上延伸且固定所述导电端子20和中间接地片5的固持部221。所述导电端子20包括位于所述上表面222且卡持于所述收容槽224的上排导电端子23和位于所述下表面223且卡持于所述收容槽224的下排导电端子24。所述上排导电端子23包括第一接触部231、第一焊接部233和连接所述第一接触部231和所述第一焊接部233的第一连接部232。所述下排导电端子24包括第二接触部241、第二焊接部243和连接所述第二接触部241和所述第二焊接部243的第二连接部242。所述第一焊接部233和第二焊接部243穿过所述防水挡板3排列成一排。

请参阅图7及图8,所述防水挡板3由塑胶灌塑而成从而密封所述外壳1和所述导电端子20的后端。所述防水挡板3包括呈一排设置的穿孔31,供所述第一焊接部233和所述第二焊接部243穿过。
与现有技术相比,本发明先将端子模组2从后往前装设于所述外壳1的收容腔10,然后将液态硅胶灌塑成型于所述外壳1的前端110后固化形成防水套4。由于所述防水套4与外壳1前端形成互相配合的燕尾槽结构,使得两者之间更紧密地卡持,将外壳与机壳之间的空隙密封,起到更好的防水作用。

1.一种电连接器,包括具有沿插入方向前后贯通的收容腔的外壳、收容于所述收容腔的端子模组及环设于所述外壳前端的防水套,所述防水套设有的内壁面环设于所述外壳前端设有的外壁面,其特征在于:所述外壳的前端的外壁面或所述防水套的内壁面其中之一者设置有至少一个卡持槽,另一者设置有卡持配合于所述至少一个卡持槽的至少一个凸部。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述至少一个卡持槽为若干个间隔凹设于所述外壳的前端的外壁面的槽道,该等间隔设置的卡持槽之间形成隔栏,所述至少一个凸部为若干个间隔凸设于所述防水套的内壁面的突起部,该等间隔设置的凸部之间形成凹槽,所述卡持槽与所述凸部配合,所述隔栏与所述凹槽配合。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述卡持槽沿所述前后方向从后往前单方向贯穿所述外壳的前端设有的前端面。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述卡持槽底部的宽度大于所述卡持槽顶部的宽度。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述卡持槽与所述凸部为相互配合的燕尾结构。
6.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述隔栏与所述凹槽为相互配合的燕尾结构。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述防水套为液态硅胶注塑成型于所述外壳前端后固化形成的塑胶件。
8.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述外壳前端的上下两侧外壁面为间隔设置的若干卡持槽,所述外壳前端的左右两侧外壁面为完全覆盖所述左右两侧外壁面的一个卡持槽,所述上下外壁面的卡持槽与左右外壁面的卡持槽均为燕尾槽结构。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述卡持槽与所述凸部为相互配合的梯形结构。
