橡胶轮胎是用来接地滚动的圆环形弹性橡胶制品,常用在车辆上,橡胶轮胎能支承车身,缓冲外界冲击,保证车辆的行驶性能,橡胶轮胎支撑着车辆的重量,并与地面直接接触,橡胶轮胎与地面之间产生摩擦力方便车辆的移动,但是橡胶轮胎与地面之间的摩擦力也会造成橡胶轮胎的磨损,特别是在路面环境恶劣的情况下,更是加速了橡胶轮胎的磨损,再加上路面上可能会有玻璃、石块等比较尖锐的东西出现,会对橡胶轮胎造成轧伤、割伤等,这些都会影响橡胶轮胎的使用,缩短橡胶轮胎的使用寿命。

本实用新型的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供耐磨损抗切割充气橡胶轮胎。

如图1-图3所示,耐磨损抗切割充气橡胶轮胎,包括轮胎主体1、耐磨凸块3、加厚胎面层4、钢丝加强层5,轮胎主体1外侧设置有耐磨凸块3,耐磨凸块3用以保护轮胎主体1,耐磨凸块3远离轮胎主体1一侧设置有防滑毛刺2,防滑毛刺2用以防滑,耐磨凸块3内部设置有加强筋16,加强筋16用以增强耐磨凸块3的耐磨、抗切割的性能,耐磨凸块3远离防滑毛刺2一侧设置有加厚胎面层4,加厚胎面层4用以加强轮胎主体1的耐磨性能,加厚胎面层4远离耐磨凸块3一侧设置有钢丝加强层5,钢丝加强层5用以增强轮胎主体1的强度,钢丝加强层5远离加厚胎面层4一侧设置有橡胶底层6,橡胶底层6远离钢丝加强层5一侧设置有第一保护层7,第一保护层7远离橡胶底层6一侧设置有第一钢丝束带层8,第一钢丝束带层8远离第一保护层7一侧设置有第二钢丝束带层9,第二钢丝束带层9远离第一钢丝束带层8一侧设置有第三钢丝束带层10,第一钢丝束带层8、第二钢丝束带层9和第三钢丝束带层10用以增强轮胎主体1垂直方向上的柔韧度和横向刚性,提供转向力,第三钢丝束带层10远离第二钢丝束带层9一侧有设置有胎体钢丝层11,胎体钢丝层11用以增强轮胎主体1的强度,胎体钢丝层11远离第三钢丝束带层10一侧设置有第二保护层12,第二保护层12远离胎体钢丝层11一侧设置有气密层13,气密层13用以提高轮胎的气密性,气密层13远离第二保护层12一侧设置有固定凹槽15,固定凹槽15用以固定气胎,固定凹槽15两侧设置有胎圈14,胎圈14用以使轮胎牢牢固定在轮辋上。
上述结构中,加厚胎面层4和钢丝加强层5有效加强了轮胎主体1的结构强度和使用性能,轮胎主体1外侧的耐磨凸块3能对轮胎主体1进行有效的保护工作,防滑毛刺2增强了耐磨凸块3的防滑性能,耐磨凸块3内部的加强筋16提高了耐磨凸块3的强度,增强了橡胶轮胎防滑耐磨、抗切割的性能,提高了橡胶轮胎的使用寿命。
为了进一步提高充气橡胶轮胎的使用性能,防滑毛刺2成型于耐磨凸块3,耐磨凸块3与加强筋16粘接,耐磨凸块3与加厚胎面层4粘接,加厚胎面层4和橡胶底层6与钢丝加强层5粘接,第一钢丝束带层8和橡胶底层6与第一保护层7粘接,胎体钢丝层11和第二钢丝束带层9与第三钢丝束带层10粘接,气密层13和胎体钢丝层11与第二保护层12粘接,胎圈14与轮胎主体1粘接。

1.耐磨损抗切割充气橡胶轮胎,其特征在于:包括轮胎主体(1)、耐磨凸块(3)、加厚胎面层(4)、钢丝加强层(5),所述轮胎主体(1)外侧设置有所述耐磨凸块(3),所述耐磨凸块(3)远离所述轮胎主体(1)一侧设置有防滑毛刺(2),所述耐磨凸块(3)内部设置有加强筋(16),所述耐磨凸块(3)远离所述防滑毛刺(2)一侧设置有所述加厚胎面层(4),所述加厚胎面层(4)远离所述耐磨凸块(3)一侧设置有所述钢丝加强层(5),所述钢丝加强层(5)远离所述加厚胎面层(4)一侧设置有橡胶底层(6),所述橡胶底层(6)远离所述钢丝加强层(5)一侧设置有第一保护层(7),所述第一保护层(7)远离所述橡胶底层(6)一侧设置有第一钢丝束带层(8),所述第一钢丝束带层(8)远离所述第一保护层(7)一侧设置有第二钢丝束带层(9),所述第二钢丝束带层(9)远离所述第一钢丝束带层(8)一侧设置有第三钢丝束带层(10),所述第三钢丝束带层(10)远离所述第二钢丝束带层(9)一侧有设置有胎体钢丝层(11),所述胎体钢丝层(11)远离所述第三钢丝束带层(10)一侧设置有第二保护层(12),所述第二保护层(12)远离所述胎体钢丝层(11)一侧设置有气密层(13),所述气密层(13)远离所述第二保护层(12)一侧设置有固定凹槽(15),所述固定凹槽(15)两侧设置有胎圈(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨损抗切割充气橡胶轮胎,其特征在于:所述防滑毛刺(2)成型于所述耐磨凸块(3),所述耐磨凸块(3)与所述加强筋(16)粘接,所述耐磨凸块(3)与所述加厚胎面层(4)粘接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨损抗切割充气橡胶轮胎,其特征在于:所述加厚胎面层(4)和所述橡胶底层(6)与所述钢丝加强层(5)粘接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨损抗切割充气橡胶轮胎,其特征在于:所述第一钢丝束带层(8)和所述橡胶底层(6)与所述第一保护层(7)粘接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨损抗切割充气橡胶轮胎,其特征在于:所述胎体钢丝层(11)和所述第二钢丝束带层(9)与所述第三钢丝束带层(10)粘接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨损抗切割充气橡胶轮胎,其特征在于:所述气密层(13)和所述胎体钢丝层(11)与所述第二保护层(12)粘接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨损抗切割充气橡胶轮胎,其特征在于:所述胎圈(14)与所述轮胎主体(1)粘接。
