本实用新型 目的是提供了一种结构简单，使用牢固稳定，底板受力更均匀，变形更小，增加使用寿命的半挂车多道弯W型穿插梁。

一种半挂车多道弯W型穿插梁，包括横梁，其特征在于：所述横梁上设有多个拱段，所述多个拱段的上表面为平面结构，所述相邻的拱段之间设有间隙，所述间隙内铺设有多个垫梁槽，所述垫梁槽内焊接有垫梁，所述横梁穿设在纵梁内，所述横梁与纵梁之间连接有斜撑。
所述横梁的两端分别设有槽钢。
本实用新型在横梁上设有多个拱段，且在相邻拱段之间设有垫梁，将横梁穿设在纵梁上，且在横梁和纵梁之间设有斜撑，提高了结构强度，相比传统W型穿插梁，留出了垫梁凹槽，配合垫梁，车厢承载时，底板受力更均匀，变形更小，增加使用寿命，配合垫梁，在底板铺上后，更平整，使工艺固定压平及校正更加方便；多道弯W型穿插梁+方管垫梁和传统W型穿插梁+分段式垫梁结构相比，重量减少15%；由于使用整体式垫梁，不用分段，以13米栏板，6道垫梁为例，减少焊缝120道（约10米长的焊道），节省大量人工和时间成本， 。
