高速热气流,使物料悬浮其中,在气流输送过程中干
燥。干燥与粉碎同步进行,可缩短干燥时间,提高产
品粘度和细度,在低气压和常温下能正常生产。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种气流循环干燥机,应用于褐藻酸钠中和后的干燥工序。也适用于干燥产品质量有一定细度要求的其它产品。
褐藻酸钠属高分子碳水化合物,具有热敏性,成品细度质量要求全部通过40目筛。褐藻酸钠在干燥过程中统称物料。现有技术的干燥机主要由风机、预热器、风管、干燥器、旋风分离器等组成。干燥器由下部锥形底圆筒,中间圆筒,上部锥形顶圆筒组成。下部锥形底的圆筒中部有一个投料活门,底部设有搅拌,风管沿筒壁切线进入干燥器内,启动风机与搅拌,物料在热气流和搅拌作用下沸腾干燥,当物料升到一定高度时空隙率增大,使气速下降物料重新降下而不被气流带走。物料干燥后,由干燥器底部出料活门排出。废气经旋风分离器净化后排空。重新加料需停止风机。
本实用新型的目的是要为褐藻酸钠中和后干燥工序提供一种:干燥效率高、产品质量好、一机多用的气流干燥机。
本实用新型是这样实现的:空气由风机经预热器,加热至一定温度进入干燥管,干燥管底部设有粉碎机,物料投入粉碎机进干燥管,热气流将物料送入干燥管末端的旋风分离器中,物料在此与废气进行分离后,由出料管经连接布袋回送入粉碎机,再进干燥管,形成循环干燥,物料干燥后,由布袋排出完成一个干燥周期。干燥过程中所形成废气经旋风分离器排气筒进入除尘器净化后排空。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,优点是:利用高速热气流使物料悬浮其中,气流将物料输送至一定高度进旋风分离器中与废气分离,物料与热空气接触时间长,提高传热系数。物料在干燥过程中用粉碎机做物料循环加料器,物料在每个干燥过程中进出粉碎机几百次,将物料粉碎较细相对加大了物料表面传热面积,缩短了干燥时间。提高了产品粘度和细度。在低气压和常温下能正常工作。干燥过程不停风机。
以下将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的详细描述。
图1是本实用新型气流循环干燥机的示意图。
一个具有一定压力和风量的风机(1),出风口与预热器(2)左端联接,预热器(2)右端与干燥管(3)联接,粉碎机(4)出料口(9)与干燥管(3)相联接,干燥管(3)末端与旋风分离器(5)联接,旋风分离器出料管(7)经连接布袋(6)联接,连接布袋兼作气封(6)于粉碎机(4)投料口(8)相对,旋风分离器排气筒(10)与除尘器(11)联接。全部用簿板联接。
操作时启动风机(1)和粉碎机(4),气流由风机(1)经预热器(2)进干燥管(3),物料投入粉碎机(4)后由出料口(9)排出随气流进干燥管(3),沿干燥管(3)输送至旋风分离器(5)中,使物料与废气分离,物料由出料管(7)经连接布袋(6)回送粉碎机(4),物料经粉碎再进干燥管(3)形成循环至干燥,干燥后由连接布袋(6)出料,完成一个干燥周期,所形成废气经旋风分离器排气筒(10)进入除尘器(11)净化后排空。
实施例:发明人曾用功率10千瓦风机(1),2万大卡的预热器(2),直径为300mm的干燥管(3),功率7.5千瓦粉碎机(4),直径为800mm的旋风分离器(5)制做气流循环干燥机数台,得到满意的使用效果。
Claims (2)
1.一种由风机(1),预热器(2),干燥管(3),粉碎机(4),旋风分离器(5),连接布袋(6)等组成的用于褐藻酸钠中和后干燥的干燥机其特征在于:粉碎机(4)的出料口(9)与干燥管(3)相联接。
2.根据权利要求(1)所述的干燥机其特征是粉碎机(4)的入料口(8)与连接布袋(6)相对。
