Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种车轮螺母,包括螺母体,螺母体的外表面是由多个相同的圆弧面构成,圆弧面为向外凸出的圆弧面,圆弧面的半径大于螺母体外表面的外切圆半径;本实用新型将现有的车轮螺母外六角特征的方形面设计为圆弧面,增大了车轮螺母与套筒之间的接触面积,增大了车轮螺母的受力面积,进而有效的避免了车轮螺母刚帽变形、松动的问题,提高了车轮螺母的使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车用的紧固件,特别是涉及一种车轮螺母。
背景技术
车轮是汽车行驶系统中的重要部件,主要作用是支撑整车,缓冲由路面传来的冲击保持车辆平衡性,并通过轮胎同路面之间的附着力产生驱动力和制动力等。在汽车行驶过程中,车轮可能因为各种原因需要被更换,而每次更换都需要将连接轮辋和轮毂的汽车车轮螺母拆卸下来,这样往复拆卸、再安装拧紧,会造成车轮螺母的变形、松动,甚至出现螺母黏附套筒等问题,以致车轮螺母脱落而造成安全隐患。
因此本领域技术人员致力于开发一种不易变形的车轮螺母。
实用新型内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种车轮螺母,其能够解决现有车轮螺母多次使用后变形、松动的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种车轮螺母,包括螺母体,螺母体的外表面是由多个圆弧面构成,圆弧面的圆弧方向外,圆弧面的半径大于螺母体外表面的外切圆半径。
较佳的,圆弧面共六个,且结构相同,螺母体截面的外形呈六边形,圆弧面弧形的最高点为螺母体每边的中点。
较佳的,六个圆弧面之间采用倒圆连接。
较佳的,圆弧面的半径比螺母体外表面的外切圆半径大20mm-30mm。
较佳的,螺母体的上方设有螺母盖。
较佳的,螺母体与螺母盖之间通过翻铆方式连接。
本实用新型将现有的车轮螺母的平面设计为圆弧面,增大了车轮螺母与套筒之间的接触面积,增大了车轮螺母的受力面积,进而有效的避免了车轮螺母变形、松动的问题,提高了车轮螺母的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明,需注意的是,在本实用新型的描述中,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方式构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
如图1至图2所示,一种车轮螺母,包括螺母体1,螺母体1的外表面是由六个相同的圆弧面2构成,圆弧面2为向外凸出的圆弧面,圆弧面2的半径R1大于螺母体1外表面的外切圆半径R2,较佳的,圆弧面2的半径R1比螺母体1外表面的外切圆半径R2大20mm、21mm、22mm、23mm、24mm、25mm、26mm、27mm、28mm、29mm、30mm;螺母体1截面的外形呈六边形,圆弧面2弧形的最高点A为螺母体1每边的中点。
通过将螺母体的外表面设计为圆弧状,使得用套筒5拆卸螺母时,增大了套筒与螺母体六个面的接触面积,增大了螺母体的受力面积和抗压能力,进而有效的避免了螺母体因受力面积小,而使得螺母体变形或螺母拧不紧的问题。另外,还可将螺母体1的六个圆弧面的连接部分设计为倒圆角,进一步增大螺母体与套筒之间的接触面积,降低螺母体变形的风险,提高了螺母体的使用寿命。
螺母体1的上方设有螺母盖3,螺母体1与螺母盖3之间通过翻铆方式连接,一方面美化了螺母的外观,另一方面防止泥土等物质进入车轮螺栓和车轮螺母之间,保持了车轮螺栓和车轮螺母之间的洁净,进一步提升螺母的使用寿命。
如图3至4所示,使用时,套筒5套设在螺母体1外侧,然后旋转套筒5,套筒5与螺母体1的圆弧面2的接触部分为面;若是现有设计中的螺母体6,则套筒5与螺母体1之间的接触点为线,故本实用新型大大提升了螺母体1与套筒5的接触面积,提升了螺母体的受力能力,达到了提高螺母体使用寿命的效果。

1.一种车轮螺母,包括螺母体(1),其特征是:所述螺母体(1)的外表面是由多个圆弧面(2)构成;所述圆弧面(2)的圆弧方向向外;所述圆弧面(2)的半径(R1)大于所述螺母体(1)外表面的外切圆半径(R2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的车轮螺母,其特征是:所述圆弧面(2)共六个,且结构相同;所述螺母体(1)截面的外形呈六边形;所述圆弧面(2)弧形的最高点(A)为所述螺母体(1)每边的中点。
3.如权利要求2所述的车轮螺母,其特征是:六个所述圆弧面(2)之间采用倒圆连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的车轮螺母,其特征是:所述圆弧面(2)的半径(R1)比所述螺母体(1)外表面的外切圆半径(R2)大20mm-30mm。
5.如权利要求1所述的车轮螺母,其特征是:所述螺母体(1)的上方设有螺母盖(3)。
6.如权利要求5所述的车轮螺母,其特征是:所述螺母体(1)与螺母盖(3)之间通过翻铆方式连接。
