汽车零部件中通常包含外形复杂的零部件,其中会有折弯侧向力较严重的零部件,现有的加工模具折弯时不使用靠刀,受侧向力的影响会出现折弯角度偏大,导致零件尺寸不稳定等问题。

为了解决现有折弯侧向力较严重的零部件加工模具存在的上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种防侧向力用靠刀模具。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:防侧向力用靠刀模具,包括上模座和下模座,上模座下侧安装上垫板,上垫板下侧安装上夹板,上夹板下侧设有脱料板,上夹板上安装成型冲头,下模座上部安装下垫板,下垫板上部安装下模板,下模座上位于成型冲头后侧安装成型靠刀。
所述下模座下侧安装下垫脚,下垫脚安装于下托板上。
