本实用新型公开了一种用于车载充电机的搭铁线限位结构,包括安装车载充电机的外壳(1)、固定在搭铁线线缆(2)端头上的线鼻子(3),所述外壳上设有用于固定线鼻子的螺丝孔(4),在所述螺丝孔的周边竖立多个用以阻挡线鼻子绕螺丝孔转动的限位柱(5),相邻限位柱之间的空档可以容纳所述线鼻子;使用本实用新型可有效防止搭铁线上螺丝时随螺丝一起旋转,搭铁线和车载充电机连接可靠、提高了安装速度;可控制调整搭铁线与车载充电机的相对角度,满足主机厂对车载充电机搭铁点不同方向的接线需求。

一种用于车载充电机的搭铁线限位结构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及电动车充电技术领域,尤其涉及车载充电机OBC、电压变换器DC-DC上搭铁线的限位结构。
背景技术
随着节能减排,以及控制大气污染的需求,新能源汽车逐渐在市场商用,而电动汽车更是新能源汽车的主力军。电动汽车又分为纯电动汽车和混动汽车,其中车载充电机OBC、电压变换器DC-DC是电动汽车中重要的组成部分。车载充电机和电压变换器DC-DC输出的负极导线业内通常称之为搭铁线。在汽车上,搭铁线是构成汽车电路回路的一部分,搭铁线在汽车电路中起着十分重要的作用,因此车身搭铁线搭铁状况的好坏是汽车电控系统和汽车电气装置工作好坏的关键。如果搭铁线有接触不良的故障存在,就相当于在电路中串联了一个电阻一样,从而导致传感器工作信号失准、执行器工作迟缓以及相关电子控制单元工作失灵,从而导致车辆的故障发生。
搭铁线通过螺丝将搭铁线压接在车载充电机上,在连接过程中不同车型,搭铁线向车载充电机的接入角度是不同的,在旋紧螺丝的过程中搭铁线会跟随旋转,当螺丝旋紧时,搭铁线与车载充电机的相对角度可能并不理想;加之车内空间狭小,对线路走向、排布方式都有考究,所以对搭铁线与车载充电机接入角度有所要求。
故此业内亟需开发一种搭铁线限位结构,可以方便的将搭铁线与车载充电机紧固在一起、且能控制两者的连接角度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是要解决现有技术的上述问题,提出一种用于车载充电机的搭铁线限位结构,可以方便的将搭铁线与车载充电机紧固在一起、且能控制两者的连接角度。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出的技术方案是设计一种用于车载充电机的搭铁线限位结构,包括安装车载充电机的外壳、固定在搭铁线线缆端头上的线鼻子,所述外壳上设有用于固定线鼻子的螺丝孔,在所述螺丝孔的周边竖立多个用以阻挡线鼻子绕螺丝孔转动的限位柱,相邻限位柱之间的空档可以容纳所述线鼻子。
所述限位柱可以与所述外壳一体,由压铸而成;所述限位柱也可以独立制备,然后通过螺丝固定在所述外壳上。
所述限位柱上卡接一个盖子,所述盖子覆盖住所述线鼻子和所述限位柱。
所述盖子的内侧设有填充物,该填充物压住所述线鼻子、将线鼻子与外部空气进行隔绝。
所述填充物采用弹性海绵、弹性硅胶、橡皮泥中的一种。
使用本实用新型可有效防止搭铁线上螺丝时随螺丝一起旋转,搭铁线和车载充电机连接可靠、提高了安装速度;可控制调整搭铁线与车载充电机的相对角度,满足主机厂对车载充电机搭铁点不同方向的接线需求。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
本实用新型公开了一种用于车载充电机的搭铁线限位结构,参看图1示出的较佳实施例,本结构包括安装车载充电机的外壳1、固定在搭铁线线缆2端头上的线鼻子3,所述外壳上设有用于固定线鼻子的螺丝孔4(螺丝孔4极其周边在业内称为搭铁点),在所述螺丝孔的周边竖立多个用以阻挡线鼻子绕螺丝孔转动的限位柱5,相邻限位柱之间的空档可以容纳所述线鼻子。
使用时先将搭铁线线缆2与线鼻子3夹紧连接在一起,然后将线鼻子3从一个方向放在螺丝孔4上,旋紧螺丝,将线鼻子3压紧在外壳1上,使搭铁线与车载充电机的负极可靠连接。在旋紧或放松螺丝时,线鼻子3有跟随螺丝转动的趋势,但被边上的限位柱5所阻挡,线鼻子3停止不动,能被迅速夹紧固定,有效提高了安装速度。图2示出了搭铁线由下方接入的示意图,图3示出了搭铁线由左侧接入的示意图,图4示出了搭铁线由右侧接入的示意图。
需要指出,本限位结构不仅可以在车载充电机上使用,同样可以在电压变换器DC-DC上应用。
在一个事实例中,所述限位柱5与所述外壳1一体,由压铸而成。在另一个事实例中,所述限位柱5单独制备,通过螺丝固定在所述外壳1上。
参看图5示出的较佳实施例,所述限位柱5上卡接一个盖子6,盖子的内侧伸出多个卡脚8,卡脚卡住限位柱5以固定盖子。所述盖子覆盖住所述线鼻子3和所述限位柱。
所述盖子6的内侧设有填充物7,该填充物压住所述线鼻子3、将线鼻子与外部空气进行隔绝。藉此保护线鼻子和搭铁点,免受灰尘、油污的污染,减慢线鼻子和搭铁点的氧化,提高搭铁线的连接可靠性。
所述填充物7采用弹性海绵、弹性硅胶、橡皮泥中的一种。

1.一种用于车载充电机的搭铁线限位结构,包括安装车载充电机的外壳(1)、固定在搭铁线线缆(2)端头上的线鼻子(3),所述外壳上设有用于固定线鼻子的螺丝孔(4),其特征在于:在所述螺丝孔的周边竖立多个用以阻挡线鼻子绕螺丝孔转动的限位柱(5),相邻限位柱之间的空档可以容纳所述线鼻子。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于车载充电机的搭铁线限位结构,其特征在于:所述限位柱(5)与所述外壳(1)一体,由压铸而成。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于车载充电机的搭铁线限位结构,其特征在于:所述限位柱(5)单独制备,通过螺丝固定在所述外壳(1)上。
4.如权利要求1至3任一项所述的用于车载充电机的搭铁线限位结构,其特征在于:所述限位柱(5)上卡接一个盖子(6),所述盖子覆盖住所述线鼻子(3)和所述限位柱。
5.如权利要求4所述的用于车载充电机的搭铁线限位结构,其特征在于:所述盖子(6)的内侧设有填充物(7),该填充物压住所述线鼻子(3)、将线鼻子与外部空气进行隔绝。
6.如权利要求5所述的用于车载充电机的搭铁线限位结构,其特征在于:所述填充物(7)采用弹性海绵、弹性硅胶、橡皮泥中的一种。
