背景技术
汽车排气系统的最前端是排气歧管和歧管法兰,排气歧管通过歧管法兰来与发动机气缸体相连,将各缸的排气通过排气歧管集中导入排气总管;歧管法兰为细长带有进气口法兰结构,与排气歧管焊接后,由于焊缝的热应力引起的焊接变形较难控制,影响后续装配,焊后矫形浪费了大量人力物力,所以传统焊接工装对焊接变形的控制亟待改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决歧管法兰与排气歧管焊接变形的问题,提供了一种新型汽车排气系统防焊接变形工装,其技术方案如下:
一种新型汽车排气系统防焊接变形工装,它包含底板、法兰安装板和歧管定位夹具,法兰安装板通过支撑座来固定连接在底板上,歧管定位夹具设置在法兰安装板的上方,歧管定位夹具包含左右两个定位压头,两个定位压头分别与一个开合控制气缸连接,每个开合控制气缸分别与制动机构连接;围绕法兰安装板设置有多个法兰压紧机构,每个法兰压紧机构包含L形基座、液压缸、传动块和法兰压板,液压缸固定连接在L形基座上,L形基座与底板固定连接,传动块的两端分别与L形基座和液压缸的伸缩杆铰接,法兰压板与传动块固定连接,液压缸的伸缩杆伸长时驱动法兰压板压紧法兰;在法兰安装板的底部设置有冷却水循环管;在底板上设置有气阀和气液增压缸,气阀的入口连接气源,气阀的出口分别连接气液增压缸和两个开合控制气缸的入口,气液增压缸的出口通过转接器与全部液压缸的入口连接。
本实用新型的有益效果为:结构紧凑、设计合理,增加了法兰压紧机构并采用气液增压缸增加压力,提高了歧管法兰的稳定性,能压紧歧管法兰变形风险区域,减小了歧管法兰焊后翘角变形的风险;焊接时,冷却水循环管内接入循环水,能及时有效的散发转移法兰安装板的焊接热量,进一步避免了热应力引起的焊接变形;能够有效控制歧管法兰与排气歧管焊接后产生的变形,保证歧管法兰的尺寸误差在允许范围内,提高产品质量,减少工作人员焊后的矫形工作量,提高生产效率。

参照图1至图4,一种新型汽车排气系统防焊接变形工装,它包含底板1、法兰安装板2和歧管定位夹具,法兰安装板2通过支撑座2-1来固定连接在底板1上,歧管定位夹具设置在法兰安装板2的上方,歧管定位夹具包含左右两个定位压头3,两个定位压头3分别与一个开合控制气缸4连接,每个开合控制气缸4分别与制动机构4-1连接;围绕法兰安装板2设置有多个法兰压紧机构5,每个法兰压紧机构5包含L形基座5-1、液压缸5-2、传动块5-3和法兰压板5-4,液压缸5-2固定连接在L形基座5-1上,L形基座5-1与底板1固定连接,传动块5-3的两端分别与L形基座5-1和液压缸5-2的伸缩杆铰接,法兰压板5-4与传动块5-3固定连接,液压缸5-2的伸缩杆伸长时驱动法兰压板5-4压紧法兰;在法兰安装板2的底部设置有冷却水循环管6;在底板1上设置有气阀7和气液增压缸8,气阀7的入口连接气源,气阀7的出口分别连接气液增压缸8和两个开合控制气缸4的入口,气液增压缸8的出口通过转接器9与全部液压缸5-2的入口连接。
优选的是,在气阀7与法兰安装板2之间设置有防护板7-1,防止焊接过程中损坏气阀7。

1.一种新型汽车排气系统防焊接变形工装,它包含底板(1)、法兰安装板(2)和歧管定位夹具,法兰安装板(2)通过支撑座(2-1)来固定连接在底板(1)上,歧管定位夹具设置在法兰安装板(2)的上方,歧管定位夹具包含左右两个定位压头(3),两个定位压头(3)分别与一个开合控制气缸(4)连接,每个开合控制气缸(4)分别与制动机构(4-1)连接;其特征在于围绕法兰安装板(2)设置有多个法兰压紧机构(5),每个法兰压紧机构(5)包含L形基座(5-1)、液压缸(5-2)、传动块(5-3)和法兰压板(5-4),液压缸(5-2)固定连接在L形基座(5-1)上,L形基座(5-1)与底板(1)固定连接,传动块(5-3)的两端分别与L形基座(5-1)和液压缸(5-2)的伸缩杆铰接,法兰压板(5-4)与传动块(5-3)固定连接;在法兰安装板(2)的底部设置有冷却水循环管(6);在底板(1)上设置有气阀(7)和气液增压缸(8),气阀(7)的出口分别连接气液增压缸(8)和两个开合控制气缸(4)的入口,气液增压缸(8)的出口通过转接器(9)与全部液压缸(5-2)的入口连接。
