背景技术
除尘器主要由进出风烟道、灰斗、过滤室、净气室、滤袋及笼骨、脉冲反吹装置、压缩空气供应系统、爬梯平台及电气自动化控制系统组成。除尘器喷吹系统中的脉冲阀是靠气流经气阻，气容的延时作用，使输入的长信号变为脉冲信号的阀类。脉冲阀分为直角脉冲阀和淹没式脉冲阀，脉冲阀如发生故障，应及时排除，如内部有杂质、水份等异物，应及时清理，膜片损坏应及时更换。

为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提供一种除尘器顶部新型脉冲阀防雨罩。
本实用新型的技术方案为：除尘器顶部新型脉冲阀防雨罩，包括防雨罩本体，防雨罩本体的四角分别焊上插销圆钢，插销圆钢和喷吹包筒体的护板上的固定卡槽相契合，防雨罩本体一侧通过合页与盖板的一侧进行链接固定，盖板一端两侧分别焊接有活动把手。
