背景技术
随着市场对复杂包装容器的需求日益增长，这种复杂包装容器装饰良好，外观美观，增加了包装容器的消费吸引力，同时提高了对包装行业的要求，从而提供了具有竞争力的包装容器类型。并且，对消费者的视觉吸引力和差异化机会对于每天食品的包装非常重要，以与其他品牌的食品竞争。无穷的丰富多彩的视觉效果是可能的。因此，需要实现具有视觉吸引力的包装层压体。
实用新型内容
为了解决或缓解上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种包装层压板。该包装层压板包括主体层和全息膜，该全息膜设置在该主体层的外侧。

也可能在全息图案的表面中产生光泽/磨砂效果。全息膜表面的一部分可以具有全息图案，一部分可以不具有全息图案。如果图案是连续的并覆盖整个包装层压板表面，则不需要关于全息图案的记录保持。
全息膜12的聚合物材料可以是用于取向膜的合适的聚合物材料。正常选择是定向聚丙烯，例如双轴取向聚丙烯(BOPP)或取向的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯，例如聚酯薄膜(BOPET)。全息图案涂层可以替代地应用于薄纸载体层。
其他方法可以是用可热封的热塑性聚合物层熔融挤出覆盖全息膜12，在其外侧印刷外观，并用薄漆或其它薄的保护涂层进一步覆盖印刷的装饰。
主体层11内侧的结构可以是具有或不具有氧阻隔层的任何结构。在图1的实施例中，在主体层11的内侧，存在通过层压层15层叠到主体层11的阻挡层16。阻挡层16可以是铝箔、聚酰胺和EVOH阻挡层、气相沉积的和金属化的膜等。层压层15可以是LDPE，但也可以是另一种聚烯烃，例如聚丙烯(适用于可蒸馏包装)或其它热塑性聚合物，例如羧酸改性聚烯烃，例如丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)或乙烯丙烯酸甲酯(EMAA)。
在阻挡层16的内侧，存在最内侧的可热封层17。最内侧的可热封层17是热塑性聚合物，更具体地说是聚烯烃，例如选自低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)，线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)，茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯(mLLDPE)的聚乙烯和它们的任意混合物。或者，最内部的可热封层17可以是可热封的聚丙烯均聚物或共聚物，例如，适用于可蒸煮包装。
根据需要，可以使用包装层压板10来制造具有任何形状的折叠式包装容器，例如长方体形状(参照图4)或半长方体形状的。包装层压板10也可用于制造袋形包装(见图5)或楔形包装。
